The staff is consistently friendly. In the past year, I've visited twice for tire issues, always with one of my kids in tow. Today, they went above and beyond by setting up a space for my child to color, providing fresh crayons and coloring sheets. As we left, a staff member noticed my son near the night key drop-off, and he took the time to help him look through. It's refreshing to experience down-to-earth, excellent service from genuinely nice guys, especially during a stressful moment.

The workers here are very professional. I ve had problems with my car, they had no problem explaining to me what the diagnosis is and how to go about it. Prices are very reasonable for the services done. Would definitely be bringing my car back here.

Went in for alignmentPick up car mgr said it was good to goDrove towards scranton making squeaking sounds around corners took too another garage they put on lift to discover broken bolt and it wasn't aligned.So I was sent out with a car with a newly sheared bolt.

I noticed a nail in my tire while in Forest City went to Kost and they took care of it within an hour (no appt). They also didn't charge me. Wonderful experience

Took my car to this location in Forest City, a couple months back to change brakes an rotor pads. Car started to squeak immediately after. Me thinking it new brake s noise(give it time) time went past still making noise so we bring it back to check on break s & rotor . Workers say they are fine you need a tension pulley but it s on back order. As we looked everywhere for at least a month finally put new pulley on.. STILL MAKING THAT LOUD NOISE!! Bring car back, worker no that s something with your ignition and it s very expensive also on back order..putting our trust in Kost didn t get a second opinion (silly) noise is getting louder now takes car to a Jeep dealership. Guess what?! It s the brakes and rotors. Bring car back to Forest City Kost Tire worker oh we did them a while back so proceed to charge.NEVER EVER AGAIN!!

I have been going here for over a year now for any service needed. The manager Andrew is always so helpful and explains to me so I can understand what needs to be done, what should be done, and what can wait. Techs are great and service time is perfect!

Andrew got me help for my vehicle right away , was honest and showed me my stem valve was leaking . They had the valve in stock so they changed it quick and was out of there in minutes ! 100% recommended

Absolute horror show!!!!! All I needed was tired and an alignment. KOST AGREED and put tires on and did the alignment but they mounted and balanced my tires incorrectly and threw out my whole front end!!! $1200 later at a different mechanic my truck finally drives right but the tires are not being covered by warranty because they were done incorrectly... Way to go KOST! Superb job you did!! Don't let these guys touch your vehicle. Please take your money to a reputable mechanic

Came in on Friday with a blown out tire on a rim. The manager Andrew ordered me a new tire which came in the same day. When I came back in the following morning he offered to put the rim on my car and had me out of the store in less the.ten mins. Thank you Kost!!!

Worst experience ever!! My car is now completely messed up after taking it to them!! $606 later, it now won't even drive down the road!! They claim "no wrong doing"... I, 100% disagree!!! Now, I am hearing that a lot of people are very unhappy with them!! One example: They forgot to fill my landlord's parents break fluid after changing the breaks and putting 4 brand new tires on. Their tire caught fire on the highway!!

I am in the business and have been for 30 plus years. A flat tire while trailering my ATVs from NY to PA interfered with my plans for having a great weekend. I walked into Kost Tire and found Tim who was very helpful and turned my bad luck around. He could not have been more helpful.Thanks Kost Tire , thanks Tim and crew for turning things around on my Suburban!Sometimes it's the proper execution of the simple services that makes the difference !

I had a great experience, with excellent customer service! I needed an inspection, and brought my 2 year old son with me. My sales rep, Alan Horrocks, was very attentive and helpful, and got us in and out quickly! He even took the time to blow up a balloon for my son, which helped him pass the time happily :-)

The last two times I have gone to Kost they always are short people and have your car the entire day because they don't make appointments anymore. Totally lost my business. Never again.

Went in to ask for a simple nail removal and plug. Guy out right lied and said that you can t plug car tires and I need new tires. He never went out to look. I went up the street to a garage plugged the tire for a nominal fee.

800 dollars for a tire and front brakes and rotors and a brake flush completely took advantage of a girl who doesn't know prices! Get second looks ever before going there!

Pretty sad when my stepmother gets a nail in her tire and stops in to be told rudely we don't plug tires and we don't have time for that. Well guess I'll never do business with kost again.

The price for simple service is outrageous $137.50 to mount and balance 4 tires. Highway Robbery
