A huge shout out to the service department! My 2019 Corvette needed 4 tires and an alignment. Not only did they beat the price of many other competitors but they were also able to perform the alignment. Tires were ordered and installed promptly. Every person I had contact with was amazing. I would highly recommend any fellow Corvette owners to consider Allen Hornbeck Chevrolet for all your service needs!

Thank you too Briana and the team over at Hornbeck Chevrolet!!! They are amazing and I am loving my new 2024 Trax so far! I never would have imagined leaving in something this nice but they made it happen! Would 100 percent recommend if you're looking for a new car!!!

My experience at Hornbeck Chevrolet was excellent. Alisha, my sales lady, was incredibly helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. She secured a great deal on my 2020 Chevy Traverse, the entire staff was attentive, and the service was impressively fast. Highly recommend!

They deserve one star because the online service completely wasted 5 hours of my time, however that s what happens with most outsourced work BUT if you go there and ask for Sean, tell him I sent you. He s a good dude and a straight shooter. I basically had to beg the sales manager to look for a cab and chassis for a new 3500. But if you talk to Sean he actually gets the ball rolling for ya, is straight forward and fair which is what you d want in a salesman. Anyway I m going 4 stars and I m hoping they maybe make up for my trip and look for a certain vehicle like they said they would. Who knows with the outsourced work though. Will update if they find me anything

Went to the dealership with not expectations on purchasing a vehicle, just to look.Kendra (answered all my emails in a timely manner) and the whole dealership staff worked with me on getting my new vehicle out the door in a timely manner (with my trade in) and working with me as I used an outside financial institution.I highly recommend working with Kendra and she was understandable and took into consideration everything I was looking for.

I went to Hornbeck in forest city on a Saturday looking for a reliable vehicle not thinking I would come home with one. Katrina showed me around the lot. I found the Toyota RAV 4 that I absolutely loved. We went in and spoke with Omir and they treated us with the most respect that I have ever received in a car dealership. Just to let you know the RAV4 is sitting in my driveway. they did everything in their power to get me this vehicle. All the people that work in Hornbeck Chevrolet and Forest City Pennsylvania are fantastic but Katrina and Omir I thank you from the bottom of my heart

I had a Sonota until my divorce. I m sure a lot of you have very similar situations. Guess what???? Alisha and Omir blew my first sonata out of the water with this beautiful car. Thank you guys I m a Chevy girl at heart but Sonatas run forever. Go get a Chevy or whatever you want. Ex husband not needed!!!

I bought a new vehicle a couple weeks ago with the help of Katrina and Omer. They both were unbelievably helpful and patient with us finding the right car for us. This is the second car from them in a year. I will go back just because of them!

Saleswoman was polite but sadly many of their used cars wouldn't run, or had trouble lights on. I quickly got outta there. Inventory of vehicles seemed to have possibly lot rot going on. Battery was dead in one vehicle and another the steering wheel was locked up.

I had a wonderful experience at Hornbeck Chevrolet. I had spent several months working with several dealers and nobody was able to accommodate me as well as Bree and Alisha from Hornbeck Chevrolet. They were quick, concise, knowledgeable, and professional. They were able to quickly guide me through some obstacles I had in my way and made the car buying process very simple. I HIGHLY recommend working with these individuals and I will likely be returning in the future to continue business with Hornbeck Chevrolet. You guys were awesome, thank you.

This dealership located in the small town of Forest City is really a hidden gem for anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle in Northeast PA. We had just come back from a mediocre experience at another dealership so coming into the dealership, expectations were realistic but our salesman Kyle was able to secure us a feature rich pickup truck with all the features we would ever need to go camping. While busy, the buying process was smooth with the amazing staff doing whatever they could to make sure we were comfortable.

My gf and I came in today to see about getting me in a new used car. We met with Kendra Franklin who walked us through the entire process and worked with us for several hours to make sure we left in a new suv today.I couldn t recommend this dealership or Kendra more!

Place is a joke!!! I inquired about a vehicle they had for sale. Was told it was still available, asked if there was anything wrong with it and was told it was in great condition and there is nothing wrong with it. I told them I was 2 hours away and wanted to make sure it was available before I drove to see it and told them if they sell it before I get there to call me so I don't drive there and have it no longer available. I get there 2 hours later after my call and was told it was sold and it needed a steering rack. I was offered to purchase 3 other vehicles, one had 140k, one with 150k and a third with 180k. The one I went to look at had 100k. After telling them I was not interested with that high of mileage, I was told to wait. Then the manager comes out and tells me I can purchase the original car I came to see and he will put the steering rack in it. Then gives me a price of $10,750 instead of the advertised price of $6,277... What a joke!! Stay away!!!

I saw a review on here that was the same situation as I had. Was told they had a $6k available. Would'nt you know it was sold when I got there!The 2020 Trax was the third option that worked. I know I was informed the accident I accepted that. (regretting it now) Carfax shows the accident, shows damage again 2 years later and the car was repossessed. Owner abused this car! I feel like this was a bait and switch :(What I have found so far!Heater Blower doesn't work in 4th position (replaced part three times)02 sensor Error CodeRadio doesn't shut off, drains batteryPassenger side door lock switch missingThe door lock switch panel brokenEven though seats were shampooed the are still filthy with cigerette burns.Glove box in trunk missingA seatbelt is brokenThe longer I have this car the more I am finding wrong with it. I was suppose to get my car on a Monday, Didn't get it until the following week. I was told by Jennifer and Joe the reason it was delayed was because they were waiting for new tires to come in for my car. Jen told me they changed the tires and replacing the seat belt to pass inspection! Well I went to my mechanic with a flat tire, he told me the rear tires were so worn that they will not pass inspection!! I was told so many stories when buying this car I feel like this was a bait and switch. Also I ordered a new cargo cover for it because the old one is missing. I went to install it today and the hooks on the hatch to connect the ropes to are completely missing just holes where they were suppose to go. There are so many missing or broken parts on this car! I am mostly pissed about being lied to about the new tires!Jen stopped working there a week after she sold me the car!!They stopped answering my emails the day the financing finalized!

My turbo was cracked, so I bought a new one and new oil & coolant lines for the new turbo, had trouble installing it myself because I didn't have proper tools, I got my car towed there. I told them my issue and what would needs to be done for the installation, it was 1 oil outlet line and a banjo bolt needed to be connected, it took me 2 hrs to get it all together, anyway they are stalling me so they can get extra money, saying it's going to take the whole next day, alot they did extra unnecessary work to check the turbo when I already did, also I kept getting a different response on when my car will be ready, I know there is a recall on the turbos 2017 chevy trax. So I still have to pay 745.00 for all this extra time wasted. I got transferred 3 times each time I called and pressed 2 for service. My chevy is over the guarantee warranty BUT there was that recall on there turbo, and I still got to pay pricey amount and not get a straight answer on the time and amount because of different employees telling me false hope. I would settle for half price at least because I had the turbo already installed and it didn't need to be taken out, check and extra stuff because I was clear in the beginning about what I needed to be done. Am disappointed...

Hey! Just bought a Chevy Silverado from these folks. Katrina (my amazing sales person) was on top of everything like a pro! Right down to making sure we had coffee or water ;)I didn t have the best credit, and needed to get into a truck in a pinch. Together with her finance managers, Megan and Omir, they did everything in their power to make it happen! And i could not be happier! They even made sure i was able to work with payment sizes, as well as serviced, and cleaned the heck out of the truck lol! Amazing experience! Thanks again for the amazing staff at Hornbeck Chevy for making sure i can still take care of my family! It means more than you could ever imagine!

This place is great my wife and I were looking for a safe and reliable car for us and our two kids and we left that day with a beautiful 2021 Kia Forte and it was a great buy. I recommend this place for anyone to visit there customer service is great. Thank you so much Hornbeck Chevrolet.

I am very disappointed in this dealership my experience was not a pleasant one a month ago I spoke to one of their sales rep sent in all my information I was upfront and let them know what my payment looked like an everything Alisha ran my credit and everything with multiple car could not get me anything, I gave up and was just going to wait and try somewhere else 2 weeks ago Ashley reached out to me I explained the situation I was very skeptical to work with them again she assured me that they can work with me even set me up with an appointment for me told me who to ask for she spoke to her supervisor and said when I come in I should be all set to leave in a car took time off form my job I am a healthcare worker I had meetings I had to attend with staff and went to the dealership was there for 5 hours first no one knew what I was talking about the finance guy was just nonchalant about my whole experience only to be turned away with nothing no one seemed to care or wanted to help I missed half of day's work for nothing mind you my job is an hour away and from home is 50 min this was just unacceptable no communication just lack of disregard.

Was extremely pushy and ignorant. I miss the old Hornbeck's. The service department here is outstanding. If I need service they are always good! Now trying to buy a new car that was a total disaster! Drove 2 hours and bought my new traverse from Nielsen Chevrolet!
