Honestly this was the worst person I could have brought my car too after an accident. Not only did he do a terrible job twice he kept the car about a month after it was supposed to be done. The work is atrocious, paint isn t even filled in some spots, chips in the paint he did fill, damage on things that were supposed to be brand new. 0/10 would not recommend

Excellent service. Bill Cavalier, the owner, takes care of all the insurance issues and does most of the work himself. Attention to detail and many years experience make this a place I'd recommend every time.

I had used Folcroft Auto Body in the past, so when my son was in an accident I called Bill. He did an excellent job. He worked directly with the insurance company and handled my rental. The truck looks awesome, he had to replace the front end and radiator. He went over what would be done with me and explained everything that needed to be done. He estimated the time it would be done and delivered right on schedule. He also cleaned the truck inside and out. I would highly recommend this shop for your needs. I am a highly satisfied customer who will be returning for minor work on another vehicle.

Bill deserves all the amazing reviews that his business is getting. My car was involved in a minor hit and run accident at my job and Folcroft Auto Body went way above and beyond what I expected out of an auto body shop. The accident put a hole and gash on my front bumper and scratch on my driver side headlight.After the repair the bumper and headlight looks good as new. Bill even followed me to Hertz to drop off my rental car and waited to drive me back to the shop to pick up my car at the end of the repair.I initially stopped at Folcroft Auto Body because they are ridiculously close to me but if I have another accident I'm definitely going back because Bill is ridiculously good at what he does. Thanks again Bill!

I was hesitant to let Bill work on my 2012 Ford Fusion when it was rear ended and the rear bumper needed to be replaced. After interviewing a few local body shops, I came to realize that Bill knows more about the body business then all the folks with the big fancy shops and was extremely helpful in making the repairs. All the other Body Shops were more interested in making a quick buck and milking the insurance company but Billy actually cares about doing the job right, making sure you don't over pay and further more he does it with a smile on his face. I am glad to know that Folcroft Auto Body is out there for all my Auto Body needs. By the way, my car looks like it just drove off the showroom floor.

Went to Folcroft Auto Body on The Saturday afternoon of Mother s Day weekend. Asked Bill about availability to do my Audi s exterior. It was in rough condition. Bill gave me a great price on what I needed done, and went above and beyond on some little touches I didn t even ask for. This car is black. Anyone with a black car knows it s tough to clean and keep swirls away. Car came out flawless. Couldn t be happier. Bill even texted me with updates of progress and I had it back the next afternoon. Highly recommend!

I was recently in a car accident, completely losing my bumper, headlight and having my passenger front panel destroyed (along with having my washer reservoir and other internal damage). Before even starting the estimate process, Bill pulled the side panel away from my wheel so my wheel also wouldn't be damaged (something neither of the other shops I visited that day bothered to even attempt). When we got to the estimate I was in SHOCK, the two other shops I went to estimated more than double!The way my car looks now looks better than the day I got it. My new bumper and panel look completely original, the color blended so beautifully with the other panels of my car (even ridding preexisting scratches). Bill even went out of the way to fix a bent corner of my hood that I said not to bother with! Not only is Bill's quality of work is outstanding, he takes pride in his work. On top of that it's evident he truly cares about his customers, giving nothing but amazing service. I can't thank Bill enough!b

Bill's work is outstanding! It took a little longer than I anticipated, but it was well worth the wait! He took great care of me, and made my van look like the first day I purchased it. Thank you very much, and keep up the great work! I highly recommend him to anyone.

Bill was great. He researched the best pricing for my mirror replacement. Was delivered quickly, and replaced in 15 minutes while I waited. Professional, reasonably priced and takes care of his customers. Highly recommended.

Wow! What a beautiful job Bill Cavalier! Bill restored my 2010 Nissan Maxima to factory. My front bumper had horrible scratches on it from a hit and run. My passenger mirror was hit also. It was dangling with a huge hole in it. Bill replaced my mirror and painted that along with my bumper. Impeccable work! Thank you again Bill. I have to add that Bill's estimate was the best I received. I would highly recommend anyone with any auto body needs to go see Bill Cavalier!

I live in NE Philly but work in Folcroft, so naturally when my car overheated due to a cracked coolant reservoir at work, I was worried! Luckily I found Folcroft Auto Body on Google with good reviews. Bill was absolutely wonderful and he got my car fixed quickly and at a very reasonable rate. He even waited for me after hours to get all the way down there to pick it up... on a Saturday! Very grateful I found him and would rate him higher if I could!

Bill repaired the door on my Jeep Cherokee and it looks brand new. He was able to start work within 3 days of my accident and had it done within a week. Other places were going to have me wait 3 weeks just for an estimate. Since I only went to Bill, I cannot speak to price but I think it was reasonable.

Had to get some work finished on my bike..I didn't have a transportation to the shop ,and Bill, the owner personally picked my bike up from my home! i really appreciated that ..the staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable,they answered all my questions and seemed to enjoy doing so! The price for the work was extremely reasonable, he doesn't seem to be trying to get rich off of his customers. My overall experience was great..I would totally use them again for all my bike and auto body work!

Went to Folcroft Auto Body he did such amazing job on my car, I was so happy and his price are also reasonable. Great attitude, honest and does such a good job I will always go to Folcroft Auto Body if I need any other work done on my car. If you need any type of work done go to Folcroft Auto Body.

Bill repaired cab corners and rocker panels on my 2005 F-150. Excellent work! Looks factory. Went above and beyond what I expected. Keep in touch and sent pictures through out entire process.

Bad workmanship quality. He puts new damages on parts he is repairing and new damages on good parts nearby.He does not care to fix paint defects he creates after the painting. He presents himself as experiencedauto body repairman, but in reality does a sloppy job. Not worth the money he appears to save you.Stay away from his shop, if you have half decent car. But if you have a clunker, he is your man !

So i decided to wait to give a review until the repairs had a real chance to be tested such as parts & paint. I take reviews seriously and i wanted to be honest & objective ...Its been a full yr since my repair from Bill and Im please to report that his work has SUPER EXCEED my expectations...the mechanic parts are going strong, i have had NO issues whatsoever. The paint work has endured ALL seasons w/o cracks, chips or dullness. Bill the owner, customer service is old school...he is HONEST, INFORMATIVE, PATIENT, RESPECTFUL, HELPFUL & FAIR!...My suv needed to be towed, Bill came out to give me an estimate...The price was BEYOND fair & reasonable...other body shops prices where close to or over double digit in the thousands making my suv a total loss (repairs more then car value). Bill HELPED me save my suv w/o insurance help. The repair took no longer then he predicted which was fast (2wks)! On the day of pickup, my suv had a leak... Bill kept it an extra day to repair it, instead of sticking me with the tab which would have been easy to do, he took responsibility for his employee error. ***A SERVICE VERY HARD TO FIND*** in today's time. In short, VERY GOOD Guy, EXCELLENT WORK and He is now my go to FIRST pick! ****TRY BILL & YOU WONT BE SORRY!****

First let me say bill was very respectful and on point ,we asked him to fix some scratches well to be honest he went about and beyond and I wish I found him a long time ago it would have saved us money and time . If I ever need to have our car fixed definitely going back and the price was reasonable to.

The job was done quick, efficiently and fast. So pleased with the work that was done! Felt like going through a family member because the price was extremely forgiving. Thanks for all the labor and work put into my car because it came out better than when I first got it. Very thankful for this shop
