Charles was so professional I was actually afraid to use a regular auto shop beside the Chevy dealership. But Charles reassure me that my car is in the right hands. And when I tell you Charles Auto (mechanics) completed the assignment plus more. They went above and beyond. I m so graceful and May Allah continue to bless your shop and hands. Charles was very overall professional, diligent and provided a great customer service experience. From the day I brought my vehicle to his business our communication was consistent and he walked me through the process and provided updates on when the vehicle would be fully repaired. The result was as if my car was never involved in any accident with such polished worked. I 100% recommend this body and will bring any of my friends or family here!

I was in a auto accident and took my truck to Charles Auto Body & Son and they did an excellent job on my car, got my car looking and driving like I just got it off the lot when I purchased it. Charles always answered and let me know what was going on every step of the way with my vehicle. Great work done to repair my car after it had been in an accident. Charles is very knowledgeable and understanding. After the repairs made after my collision I asked if he could service my car and also do a tune up and oil change and he did . This is the first time I took my car to an auto body/ mechanic shop being a female and felt like a valued customer and not a TARGET. Would recommend their services

Literally 5 stars. From the customer service to the car work. They got my car in and out with no problems and it looks fresh off the lot. Great service in a timely manner. Even went the extra mile and help me arrange a way to pick up my vehicle. Charles updated me each step of the way during the repairs, sending pictures and confirming what needed to be done. I m absolutely pleased with the service that was provided. I was having issues with my truck after going to a few different shops being without my personal vehicle for almost a month. I heard of these guys and then just like that Charles was able to fix my truck in just a few days. I ended up running into another problem and was back on the road within 24. I love the step by step process to keep you updated. I won t take my truck anywhere else we re officially locked in great mechanics and all around service.

Last Saturday Mr. Charles respectfullyapproached me while I was getting gas and asked me about my car. As we talked about my situation, then asked if he could look at it more closely. I said yes and he proceeded to explain step by step what needed to be done. Asking whether or not I had gotten estimates, he guessed my 3 estimates! And beat them all. I gave him my car late Wed on 11/16/22. I will be picking up my car on Mon. He kept me informed about every procedure as well as photo diary. I have dealt with collision companies before, but NONE were above board and professional as he. Not only was Charles professional but my car looks absolutely amazing! You can t even tell the difference in the paint color. I mean to perfection! I m in awe and in love with my car. It looks like it never was in an accident! Thank you so much!!!

This company first of all towed a car they should not have touched. The tow truck driver told driver he had to go to the police because they needed a report to pick up the car. Once they did that they charged our company a 100.00 when the driver told them they would call the police to come and make they report and one of our tow trucks would pick up the car. Next, they lied to our company because they said when they got there they had to move the car between 2 cars and there were no other cars around. So, no winch was needed and we should no have paid 150.00, but we didn't have all the facts. If you need a tow company call another company. They are a rip off. Attached are the pictures at the scene. There is no car touching the front or the rear of this car. God don't like when people try to get over on other people!! When I called to get the charges the person we very rude.

I took one our vehicle's here and we were very pleased with the professional work and prompt time it took to complete the job. My BMW 740 was hit on bought doors, Charles and son Auto Body have my car looking brand new. He also painted my bumper that was wasn t caused by the accident. I recommend y all to take your care there for collision and any Mechanical work you need done. They also did my breaks and detailed my car inside and out. I have used Charles services for a few years now and fine them to be good at what they are doing. I had the door replaced and some other body work done. Scam will hold your car for months and will lie to insurance copy and ask for more money. Beware! All the newer reviews are cover up for past experiences look at the lowest reviews and you will see a pattern. He literally had car for over a year never fixed it and ask insurance company for more money never fixed the car I repeat got paid from insurance company and NEVER FIXED THE CAR.
