Ian is a good guy. He said I could bring my wheels in because he is very busy, but moreover it will save me money. Did just that and he delivered when he said he would. I will go back to A&D. Thanks.Service: TiresService: Tires

BEWARE Veteran brothers and sisters!! It would be in your best interest to avoid this shop. It's like dealing with a child. If you want to ask hard questions this is not your place. Who changes oil and puts brakes on a motorcycle that isn't running properly? I think they call those types of people in the business world a shyster. Who keeps your bike for 3 weeks and when you ask why and why you have had my bike for 3 weeks and only ordered a part you might think it needs a week ago and you get a childlike response of come get your bike tomorrow, I am not working on it....Wa Wa. I think they call the types of people in the business world very unprofessional. I see the other ratings on this list and am glad you customers had a good experience. That was not my experience. AGAIN, TO MY VETERAN BROTHERS AND SISTERS....STAY AWAY.Services: Engine repair, Brake service & repair, Oil change

Talked to the owner the other day about my motorcycle and he was straight forward about what he does and does not work on. Highly recommended shop by friends.

I was surprised at how great my experience was at A&D, rarely do I receive such a high level of customer service from any business today. The owner remembered my name, as well as all the details that we discussed during my first visit. He also was very happy to answer my questions, I can understand why A&D came so highly recommended. Any job, from routine maintenance to major upgrades, this is the place to go no question about it! Fair prices across the board and you can ride with confidence that your bike is road worthy and will perform at its best. I highly recommend! Support small business!

This review is not about workmanship but customer service. I appreciate that your shop only works on Harleys even though that is not what I own. What I thought was borderline rude was the approach when asked if you would mount my Saddlebags to my Honda. I just hope that this is not how your potential, if my next bikes a Harley, customers are treated. You and your partner approached like I was a nuisance and then extremely short.I just wanted you and of others have this experience know that it was not appreciated and not the way to treat any customer. Perhaps I interrupted work or due to crisis you acted this way.... something tells me it was not!

I have a 2007 Victory Jackpot and need my fork seals replaced. Called A&D Custom Cycles and asked about the repair and was told that they would not fix my bike because they won't work on a Victory. What a jerk to turn down a paying customer because I don't have a Harley.

Best service in area, very professional owner ( Ian) has over 25 yrs HD experience, does excellent work and always stands behind it! If you haven t tried it, you ll love it! Great prices on everything!

They would only put tires on my bike if I purchased the tires from them.? Guess they didn't want my money? Norms cycle did it.. no problem
