Over the years I have had 2 deer collisions and each time Long's has done excellent work on my cars. Keith is a great guy to work with and was able to get my car back to it's original conditon a little less than 2 months after the incident, which was more than reasonable in the middle of "deer season". My experience working with Long's through Erie Insurance was a painless process.

I ve used Long s on more than one occasion and have always been pleased with the quick turnaround and the finesse with which repairs are done. It s been my experience that their quality of work surpasses that of both Honda and VW dealerships. My cars have always been immaculately cleaned to showroom quality after repairs, which is a very classy touch and says a lot about the ownership.

I had a little run-in with an embankment on an icy morning over the holidays. Having a positive past experience with Long's Auto Body, I called and scheduled a quote and was taken in immediately. Had the car back to like new in a little over a week, which is very impressive to me being over the New Year holiday. Best body shop out there. 2nd car I had to take there and both came back to me better than from the factory. Works with the insurance companies flawlessly. My Subaru bumpers didn't even match perfectly when I bought the car but now my front bumper is properly blended and you can hardly tell without knowing what your looking for.

We've used Long's Autobody for years. My son hit a deer in Nov 2022 causing significant damage to the hood and drivers side fender, bumper, and headlight. Keith from Longs is a super nice, honest guy. Due to staffing and abundance of other claims ahead of us we had to wait several weeks to get in. He temporized the car to make it safe for my son to drive until it was fixed. We were told 2 weeks to fix it. Only took 1. It looks beautiful. Paint job was flawless. Also, he found a few minor body issues underneath from the previous owner that he made right. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for body work!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Keith at Long's is very professional and did great work repairing my 2019 Tacoma. Looks like new. Very easy process and worked well with my insurance. No problems, no hassle. I hit a deer and had a lot of front end damage. Keith and his boys put it together so I could drive it while waiting on parts and we waited a while but as soon as he could he had her in and looking brand new. My truck was as clean on the inside as well as washed and shined as the day I drove her off the lot. It looks like a new truck and it was done in 4 days from drop off to pick up 4 days.Service: Body & Trim

I have used this establishment several times over the years. Everything is explained - there are no surprises. Work is impeccable. I also appreciate the great effort put into communicating the progress on my vehicle. Always use Long's - even if I have to wait a bit to get them.
