I can t say enough good things about this team. Broke down on the side of I-81 400 miles from home with another 400 miles to go on my trip. Blew a transmission line on my truck which spilled on the exhaust and started a FIRE!Fortunately, I had extinguishers to put it out but the truck suffered various damage.I never thought in a million years that I would be back on the road that day but the mechanic Eric worked side by side with me to get my trans line fixed, and repair a burnt through gas line from the fire (yea, I got really lucky it didn't explode). Within 3hrs or so I was back on the road and made it to my destination. Absolute 10/10 service, I am so thankful I stumbled upon Robinson s.

This is a place that does good work and truly values its loyal customers. They'll go the extra mile. We've used them for multiple things and each time was great service, trustworthy advice, and fair pricing. The first experience was what won us over. The starter went out in our older vehicle. My husband could easily fix this himself, but the old one was impossible to remove due to rust. He finally gave up and had it towed to Robinson's. It took them hours to remove it, but they didn't charge us the full amount of time. That's stellar these days, good luck getting that at a dealership! They had the vehicle longer than they anticipated due to the complications but kept him in the loop the whole time. That's what made us a repeat customer. We've had other great experiences there and saw first-hand how they take care of customers. I'd trust them with any job, hands-down.

Said they put a NEW headlight cover on my car n it was def from a junkyard! All smudged up. Can barley see thru it!

Robinson's did an amazing job on a project for the Chambersburg Youth Football Association recently. They did top notch work, while meeting a very tight deadline. We truly appreciate your support of our local youth! Please support the companies, like Robinson's, who support our community!

Paul and his staff do an excellent job. I highly recommend their services. I see a handful of reviews of people upset about prices, but prices have been going up all around them and Paul still does everything he possibly can to keep his prices low and reasonable. I saw a complaint about $200-$400 tow, which sounds like a lot, but the price of towing has gone significantly up. The last time I had a car towed (Tom Shockey towed it) I ended up having to sell it to pay for it. The tow fee was $650 dollars and I had it towed from Waynesboro. I know it seems high, but that s what it costs. End of the day, I know for a fact they care about people and do everything to make sure their work is excellent. Anytime I ve called, they are always on top of things. I will never use another shop unless I m stuck out of town.

I would highly recommend Robinson's Body Shop. I called because I needed my car jump started and they were at my house in a matter of minutes. When I got to the shop minutes later, they worked me in and got me a new battery promptly. Everyone I encountered there was polite, courteous, and professional. Paul (Owner), Jerry & Clark are awesome! Great customer service all around. Very accommodating & thorough in their work to alleviate any concerns I had. I have been bringing my vehicle to Robinson's Auto for the last 2 years, and so has my daughter's family. When we have an issue Robinson's Auto is who we go to and rely on always. Highly recommend. Paul and his associates have been extremely kind and helpful throughout the entire process of getting my vehicle repaired. They towed my car from an accident that was 5 miles from their shop. They charged me $450 for the tow and then $50 for each day it sat on their lot. If you are looking for a tow, go somewhere else. Highway robbery at this place.

My car was recently in an accident and was towed to Robinson's. Needless to say, this was stressful. First thing Monday morning, I went to the auto body shop to arrange for my car to be towed closer to my hometown. After speaking with the office person and the owner, I changed my mind.Everyone took the time to answer my questions and later in the week Mr. Robinson spent quite a while on the phone offering helpful suggestions and guidance.I would recommend this body shop/garage to anyone needing assistance. Want to that all who were involved with my Honda from the cheerie reseptionest to the attentive macanic who had emethy and carein helping a custermer in need to the courtisy owner and prompt delivery of parts. They are all very professional and respectful. My family and I have been very pleased with the outcome of all of our vehicles. They are very reasonably priced and get things done in a timely manner. I would recommend to anyone with no questions asked.

They were able to get in the parts for our old pickup and install them within a days time, because they knew we needed it for work the next day. This service garage is pleasant, efficient, and honest.

Been using Robinsons for decades!!!!!!!!! Inspections, oil changes, tire rotations, touch up body work, once for towing! All great! Super friendly, trust worthy. Good people!

Towing .. organized crime is truely what comes to mind immediately following my experience with this company .. my 17 year old was in an accident .. state trooper ask if he could call a tow I agreed and said @yes, I just need it to get to my garage comes back later says it s been called I ask about it going to my garage .. troopers response this place does body work Weird right? Truck shows up gives me a price that is comparable to others .. when I tell it s not going to them .. price doubles plus mileage and now he needs my credit ASAP.. I told him to him to leave .. the end of the story state trooper forced to let them tow .. to my facility .. they didn t .. it went to there lot and I had to hire another service to remove it., total 260$ from Robinson s .. they are criminals and the state troopers that refer are part of the problem ..

Will not recommend going to this place ever went to go get my heat checked they told me a system flush is wat I needed so came back when it was done they was like yeah everything good no worries heat is back on next day went out so I took it to the dealership I bought it from and they said a system flush was not done still had corrosion etc they told me they did a system flush twice so they definitely not looking out for the community they just took my money and messed my vehicle up even worse if I had a lawyer would be talking to him putting everyone on point before you Go don't get Robbed like I did

Outrageous prices use a different towing company and save yourself 200$ dollars 3 mile towing costs 400$
