Ron was fantastic. Helped us out with a puncture at extremely short notice, was very straightforward to deal with and fixed the problem right away. Would recommend!

I would not recommend R & R auto sales and service to anyone. Their production of work & sales are very poor. Not happy by the way I was lied to about a vehicle that was purchased from them. They may appear nice & polite, but that's not what makes a car run. After the purchase of the vehicle come to find out after I got it come to my mechanic. It doesn't need any of the petty stuff the told me of the vehicle. It needs a whole new engine. Just know if you decide to go to them. Really check to see what your getting yourself into. Because they sold me a lemon.They knew what they were doing when they sold it to me. Not professional at all.

If I could give them them zero stars I would! I found them on fb market place and communicated with a guy name Tim about a 2010 Chevy Colbalt which I explained I was purchasing for my mother who needed a reliable vehicle. I was told that the car is in "great condition" and is very reliable.... hmmmm proved to be the opposite!!When we arrived to check the car it had a check engine light on which I was told it only needed a gas cap replacement... so I took their word for it since they seemed friendly and their reviews seemed up to date and honest... not to mention a 1hr+ car ride and my mom needs a vehicle...First red flag was after transferring the title we stopped for gas and the car took 5min to start up... so I called them and explained what happened and they said the car had been sitting awhile that may be the issue...So I got it home to our hometown and took it to my mechanic.... come to find out it has a oil leak, needs a tune up, and it needs an entire engine replaced!!! Repairs are going to cost me over 1k!!!Something told me to use my better judgment and leave after they had us sitting in their office that smelled like an ashtray!! DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS THEY ARE SELLING LEMONS! all their fb ads say they are "selling for a friend"

My roommate and I drove over 1.5 hours to see an exterra and the ad on fb stated that it ran and drove well. Sadly that was not the case.The odometer was over 100k more than stated, the check engine light was on as well as oil was leaking out of the motor and down the brush guard.I decided it was better to go home empty handed than place my life on the line for a good deal.Whomever "Tim" is, one day you are gonna sell a car that might endanger someone's life.DO NOT RECOMMEND, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Had my truck inspected 11/30/18; had failed due to needing a tailpipe. Due to work hours being cut I had to wait till I had the money to fix. So, between Jan 1-17 i took it back and 1/2 way there something was rattling; clamps were rubbing driveline so fixed that and took back Jan 18 and got inspection sticker. A week later Jan 25 wheel falls off. Call R&R to tell them what happened and was told i could've done anything to my truck cause I had it there several times. They wouldn't stand behind their inspection and said they could fix it but I'd have to pay. You won't be getting anymore business from me. Had to replace left front axle, LF inter tie rod boot, left front shock, LF and RF upper and lower ball joint. This didn't just happen since I had it there on November 30.
