I would highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone I know. Sheri was absolutely amazing and always was quick to answer calls or texts. I also greatly appreciate the fact that they took the time to give my girl a much needed bath even while the snow was falling. I've worked in body shops that really fail in the customer service aspect, but these guys really killed it. Thank you Caliber!!

The absolute worst experience I've ever had. Joann is about the only good thing to that place. They had my vehicle for 3.5 months and not 1 time was I ever called with an update on what was going on. I always had to make a call to them to find out what was going on with progress. Scott was highly recommended. However 2 weeks after I dropped my vehicle off he was fired, or left or whatever but when he did, they couldn't keep up. Just my luck. Joe took over as my contact person and he was rude and acted like I was a bother to him when I called for an update and he was very hard to work with. I honestly wouldn't recommend a corporation for any type of body work after an accident. Take it to you're little home town body shops. You get better customer service for sure. Lesson learned.

I had never had an insurance claim or need for a body shop before, but Caliber Collision made the process easy and painless. From the estimate to the pick up, they were professional and communicated with me well. My Jeep was returned to me as good as new and even cleaned inside and out. Needing to get my Acura moonroof glass repaired I went to Caliber Collision after getting the run around from others. Should have went there in the beginning!! Very nice and professional people there. I showed Joanne the insurance estimate and she explained that some parts maybe on backorder and I was ok with that as long as it can get fixed. Joe kept me informed when the parts were ordered and expected in and called when they arrived --took 2 weeks for parts. Joanne got me scheduled right away. Text messages are sent to keep you informed of the repair. Received a phone call as soon as it was done. The repair is excellent! Vehicle is cleaned too. Good as new!! Moonroof operates perfectly glass and shade and no leaks! Highly recommend them and you will not be disappointed! Thanks to everyone involved at Caliber Collision in Fayette City for getting this repair done for me. I know it wasn't an easy repair --several days-but appreciate all the time and work to make sure it was done right!

The personnel that work here are dedicated to doing things right they did almost a total rebuilt on my truck and we're very detailed and meticulate In their job during a national parts shortage they did their best to keep me updated , they were honest and upfront with everything they did and they are a very professional repair shop ! Had my car repaired there and paid my deductible only to find out the next day they ran my check through twice with different amounts almost doubling my bill. I called them and got the run around that it was my banks fault. Lol they ran my same check though twice and still fighting to get my money refundedService: PaintingService: Painting

Took 2021 Ram for body repair after being hit by another vehicle. Was worried because we were paying for a new vehicle that is now wrecked but caliber collision made it look as if nothing happened. The Facility does good work on the repair unfortunately they do not give any update on the repair like my car needed extra parts for the due date and I had to called to check on the car all the time to make sure that it was still on trackService: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim
