Horrible mechanics and ownership! I would strongly advise you elsewhere!! Overcharged for work and the car is still broke!! Not my problem you couldn't order the correct part, so why am I billed for your mistake!?! We were in a pinch after a car accident during an ice storm and were referred to Shartzer by the garage we called for service. They were able to quickly find the replacement parts we needed and the price was great to get us back on the road again!

The woman who answers the phone is a straight bit**, she has no idea how to talk without giving attitude, sounds mad that she has to do her job. insufferable hag

Would have been better if they would have gotten the right year when I called. Go all that way to get part and was way off on the year. I was lucky they had it but had to wait for them to get it off. Just made it to my appointment after waiting to part off.

I wont even give his place one star they ought change their name from shartzers to scheisters .tell you a price on the phone then once you get there they charge u more,then after you pay and get your change back they give you half of a bill back that u can't do nothing with and won't do nothing about it.Real good way to do business run it into the ground,what goes around comes around.Supposedly so called mountain folks yea right far from it

I have been dealing with shartzers since i was 16 years old Donnie the owner is the most honest helpful man in the used auto part / scrap yard business i buy 98 percent of my usrd parts from him and his wife they know what they are doing and will go the extra mile to help you

They had my part pulled z they were very nice it was sitting there and ready to go when I got there great experience thank you and they will help you find the part that you actually need if you don't even know

Awesome place prices are decent usually work with ya as well. Sucks cant pull parts ya self though one scumbag ruins it for the rest of us stealing or whatever they did. Shartzers is local to me always took care of me and scumbags screw up. Like pulling my own parts I know ill get all I need. Plus you can look around for other cool gadgets to buy for me it was being able to get my parts close, fairly and resale on my website so we all made a buck. I still get stuff there but for my self. Always have decent used tire selection and every car that's on the road is there from neons to Honda's and trucks.

Took my truck there to have a motor replaced. I got the truck back 2 months later and it ran for 3 days and blew the transmission. I took it to a reputable garage, and come to find out they never replaced the motor, they just bandaged it enough to make it run, also they drained most of the transmission fluid out witch caused the transmission to lock up. Tried to call the shop about it and they laughed and said prove it. The lady there was very disrespectful and used a lot of profanity when speaking to me. These people are Hacks and I woulnt trust them to change windshield wipers

I called for a driver's side door window for my vehicle because I couldn't put my window up do to the track being rusted on the bottom. I was to go pick it up the next day and I live 60 miles from the place. The next day it was raining so therefore I could not drive my truck because the window wouldn't go up.The woman called me asking me if I was coming to get the window and she was yelling it out through the phone. I begin to tell her it was raining I could not drive in the rain she stated well it's not raining here,still yelling outloud t ok me being disrespectful. I told her I was sorry and soon as it wasn't raining I would come and get it while she goes on being nasty yelling at me.i decided I don't have to take that kind of service and I just called around till I did find someone who didn't treat me like that over the phone and I took my business else where,Thank you Martin's Salvage yard for being understandably.

It is a big rip off they don't repair what's a wrong and they mis up other things and charge more for it they are RIP offset so I would recommend you finding a better place that will not charge you for work they don't do

Completely disrespectful to the public, the woman who is answering the phone needs to be fired immediately. I will not and will tell my situation to everyone. Im a great customer that will never call there again.
