Totally impressed witch isn't easy to do.found what I wanted talked to Will Luther and he explained everything about the quad .so I bought it.very very happy.wil be a repeat customer in the future.

Will Luther, the sales and finance person at Snows Polaris Beaver Falls PA provided an excellent experience on our 2023 Polaris Ranger Crew 1000, this is our first purchase of a side by side and Will answered all questions, he is very knowledgeable about the Polaris and made the process easy, thank you Will and everyone at Snows Polaris, we will be back in the future.

I want to thank your service department for getting my older Polaris ATV up and running again. It is running better than it ever has since I purchased it. Their prices are very reasonable, they don't gouge you with extra services, and their turnaround time is incredible. Chris was very attentive and knowledgeable. Once we have him and idea of what we were looking for he pointed us in the right direction. Best part is they never made us feel like we were being pushed in one direction or another. He laid out all the options available to us and allowed us to make a decision based on our needs. I highly recommend Snow s Polaris. Chris was very informative and answered all of my questions prior to purchasing my Ranger. When there were complications with my pick up, he agreed to come back in the next day, when the store was closed, so I could get it home before the imminent snowstorm to plow my drive. First class experience.

Will not recommend anyone from buying something and having it shipped they will over charge you for shipping. If I could give a negative star I would have. The owner is very disrespectful to customers asking about the over charge on shipping.
