These guys are just AWESOME!!! They're not playing around, had my front shocks done. It only took a couple of days for them to get the job done!! I am deeply appreciated for your service Pro Action. George, the owner, let me ride his trike two years ago before I took my '21 Triglide back to trade it in. I was so impressed with his system I kept the trike, bought his suspension, and put 15k miles on it. As my wife is now recovering from a triple bypass, I thought I might inquire back with Pro-Action as to whether he's tweaked the Triglide suspension in those two years. Long story short, after two appointments and 7ish FREE hours of working on my two year old, 15k miles suspension, I drove away once again with the same smile I had two years prior. AND, he promises me that there is MORE tweaking to be done, once he's satisfied with tweaking the tweaks!! HOW DOES THIS GUY STAY IN BUSINESS?? I WAS considering a Wilbers system on my '07 Road King, BUT . . . since George took such good care of our trike, I'll be a putting a full Pro-Action system on the King soon.

Installed a set of Pro Action Street Series shocks on my 2014 Street Glide last week. They are great!! What an upgrade from stock! I called them up and spoke with DJ. He explained the set up and adjustments on them and he was a cool person to talk to. If your considering buying these shocks, do it!! Worth every penny. Plus they are made in the USA!!

It is rare in this day and age when I do business with a company that absolutely exceeds my expectations in every way and is a pleasure to deal with. Pro-Action Suspension is that company. I purchased a set of 14" shocks for my Freewheeler this week. After several very in depth discussions with George on my requirements, the shocks arrived here in FL in 3 days after ordering. The shocks are mechanical jewels. Can't wait to ride them!

I have a 2016 HD street glide. Two seasons ago I purchased a set of Pro Action shocks. It took a while to get them set up, but when i finnaly got them set, the ride was alot better than stock shocks. Over the winter I purchased and installed the Pro Action fork kit. Easy to install (if you have the proper tools). Once the weather turned good eneough to ride I was amazed at the difference. Best $ I have spent on my street glide! I don't know if it is the combination of both the shocks and the front end kit, but the improvement is fantastic, especially for the money spent. The front end is stiffer for the twisty curves (I am an ex Ducati road racer), but smoother over bumps, expecially the sharp bumps like bridge seams.

I could not asked for a better company to deal with DJ is a awesome guy to deal with. He walked me though how to adjust the rear shocks on my Harley when I got them. I bought these shocks off a good friend of mine & after talking with DJ we found out the one of the shocks would not return after they where push in. He had me send the shocks back to him & he fixed the issue with them & set them up to my specifications. Just a great company you don't see many company's stand behind there product they sell like Pro-Action does. Great experience highly recommended I will be a customer for life.

My initial contact was via phone to the main office. Very informative. For the shock work is was seeking, they were very honest in expected lead time and steered me towards their track side shop setup. I visited High Point this past weekend for the rebuild and couldn't be more pleased with outcome. I will definitely be a return customer.

They will not help you with parts, I have a proaction shock for a KX 60. they won t even give me the seal number so I can source one elsewhere. Their only solution is send the shock to them for $150 plus shipping both ways and they will put a seal in it for you.

Got pro action 12 shocks put on in Sturgis. The set up was great. They allowed multiple test rides, and were set up weight specific. The ride is significantly better than HD premium, including lean angles, corner speed, pot holes, & bumps. Before the whole rear would jump up, or the whole bike would drop into a pothole, before the suspension could react. I was pleasantly surprised at how much smoother & controlled the bike rode. If you re doing comparison shopping, they are on par with my ohlins setup. I love my ohlins, but these ride just as good without the complex & frustrating set-up. Dude set my axel cockeyed cost me chain sprockets and wheel bearing...a simple suspension (set up) cost me alot of money...could have been way worse..never again can I trust someone to touch my bike.. even the professionals...I use that term loosely..

I purchased a set of rear shocks for my 2017 Roadglide Special.I originally ordered the 13 ,after trying them,found them to be too tall for my liking.For a small,re-stocking fee,George,and his staff built me a set of 12 shocks.I installed them,and the Wife,and,I enjoyed a two week vacation to SD.With a minor adjustment to the springs,the ride is the same whether riding solo,or 2 up.These guys are super nice to deal with.In addition to selling a Super,High Quality Product.The ride improvement over the factory set is incredible.I highly recommend these shocks for anyone that is the market for a HUGE upgrade.Service: Steering & suspension repair
