You'll get an honest assessment and a fair price. It's an auto repair shop run by men, so the amenities are frugal and the conversation brief, but that's okay. I've been to the larger dealers where they offer cushy chairs, coffee, and lots of smiles and fawning attention, before handing you their overpriced, deceptive, and fraudulent invoices; I'll take Jasper's over those places any day of the week. I had to drive a long way to get there, but I will do it again if I can't find another honest mechanic closer. Jasper's is the place to go for honest, fairly priced car repair.

It's never fun to have to pay to get your car fixed, but every experience I've had here has been positive. Work is done well and in good time. Prices have been fair and the service has been friendly. I ve never used this shop before and only called because my shop I ve used previously was booked out 3 weeks. Had a minor issue with some rattling and a loose piece under my car. I didn t have an appointment, but Chad told me to bring it by the shop and he d take a quick look. Turns out it was very minor and something that could be handled super quickly. The shop was busy, but Chad made time for my very minor issue. This is the kind of service that will earn you customers, which is definitely the case here. I can tell this is a good shop just based off my limited interaction with Chad. I ll be back next time I have an issue with my vehicle.Service: Auto maintenance

Very satisfied with the oil change service. Chad, the owner, and his mechanics (Wayne and Zack) are friendly, and knowledgeable folks. Very clean waiting room and rest room. Suitable place to keep kids occupied while waiting.

Knowledgeable and honest. Prices are very reasonable. He has worked on 4 different vehicles for me and I've been happy with all that he has done. I've referred numerous friends and neighbors to him and they all have been happy with the service they received also. Highly Recommend.

Jasper's offered me great customer service. They were very transparent in their price breakdown when providing me a quote over the phone. Pricing was very competitive, and they were also able to get my vehicle in and out of the shop much faster than competitors in the area. I'll definitely call on them next time I need a car repair.

This shop is very honest and fair. I have two older vehicles that parts are scarce for. We needed a power steering line replaced. We dropped the car off on a Monday night for service on Wednesday morning. We went to pick the car up after I got off work on Wednesday. We got there right before they closed. Our car was ready and Chad Jasper checked us out. We were pleasantly surprised as the bill was $30 less than what we were told. We will definitely be back!!

Jasper's Auto Repair was able to diagnose and repair a problem that had baffled the big chain auto care store, all at a fraction of the cost and in half the time. They work very hard to figure out the root of your car's issue, rather than simply replacing parts and hoping for the best. They've also been able to fit me in at short notice when unexpected car troubles arose. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

I have taken my vehicle to them multiple times and they have been very honest and knowledgeable! Extremely happy with the quality of service and pricing I received while being there. I highly recommend this garage to anyone!

I cannot to begin to tell you how much i love this place. It is a family owned business. Kari is fantastic and helpful. Chad is by far the best master mechanic around. They worked hard to get the issues with our car fixed and inspected. The mechanic is very knowledgeable and very helpful when i had questions. If your looking for a trustworthy mechanic who is honest and wont rip you off...or do shotty work to your vehicle..i suggest you go here. Jaspers is the best mechanic i have found by far. Thank you Jaspers for all the work you have done on our vehicle.

Cannot say enough about Jasper's. We have taken multiple cars to Jasper's, and everytime has been great. They are extremely knowledge and HONEST! Service is great. We will not use another mechanic. I highly recommend Jasper's.

Jaspers is everything you d hope for in a local, independently-owned car repair business. Carrie is cheerful and highly-responsive, and she and her colleagues have been quick to find solutions to the urgent mechanical situations we keep finding ourselves in either managing to fit us in for a last-minute appointment or else offering to let us park our ancient but much-needed second car on the lot for the team to attend to in-between other customers.Jasper s prices are also often lower than expected. We ve used them three times two major repairs and one quick brake job and paid far less than we would have at the only other local place we know of that specializes in older Volvos. To pay less and have the job done better and faster, while also experiencing such exceptional customer service, has all made us as happy as it s possible to be with the breakdown-prone car we hope to keep forever .

Chad and his staff are the salt of the Earth. An honest mechanic is not an oxymoron. It's great to find someone we can trust with our vehicles to do a fast and proper job. We are lifelong customers for sure.

Fast, efficient, & professional. Had a hard time trying to find someone who would work on my VW. All other shops told me to go to the dealership which charges me an arm and leg. They really went the extra mile to ensure my car was fixed and done right. Feels like a brand new car again

I cannot say enough good things about this place, I took my car here 40 minutes before they closed to see if they could tell me what was wrong with my car (it kept stalling and had basically no power), not only did Chad inform me I needed a new ignition coil, but he stayed open late to fix it for me! I highly recommend and will be coming back for all my future car fixes/inspections.

Great place and great service !! I brought my car for a sqeeking noice that the DEALERSHIP could not identify. And within 10 min the car was fixed !! No charge for it either !! Got.my oil changed then. Definitely will be my new mechanic.

This place is awesome!! The workers are very respectful and the work on my jeep was in and out so quick that I didn't even realize that my vehicle was in the shop!
