I recently bought a car from Sam and Brian and had a great experience. I needed an affordable vehicle with reasonable monthly payments, and they delivered. Their not your typical pushy salesmen; they are down to earth and genuinely care about helping everyday people like me find the right car. The car I got isn't flawless, but it still manages to get me from A to B. Sure, there might be a need for new shocks soon, but hey, it's a used car! If you want a hassle free car buying experience, I highly recommend them!

Horrible experience! Bought a van was told nothing was wrong. 2 days later we find out it s leaking antifreeze we can smell it inside the car and it was all over the engine so we take it to a garage and they said it s a head gasket issue then a week later we find out it has a electrical problem all the lights on the dash comes on and windshield wipers come on so we go backTo the dealer and tell them and they don t believe us until they see the antifreeze is leaking all through the parking lot so they offer us something else but want 4,000 more so they gave us money back but lost out on 1000 dollars and go to get a different vehicle somewhere else and take the plate and the notary says it s not registered so we paid for a plate that s dead. Never would go through this dealer again !

Great Service! Very Honest! Very good quality vehicles! Returning customers have purchased 4 vehicles for myself and kids. Recommend to friends and family. Wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a used vehicle.

Update: ive only had the vehicle for 7 months and ive had nothing but problems. Ive already spent over $2000 in repairs and it will need another $1000 to be driveable again.They guys here are great! They took care of my needs and gave me a good deal on my vehicle.

Quick and easy service,went and told Sam (the owner) what I was looking for and what I wanted to spend, he got me in a good, clean and solid vehicle. I definitely would recommend Best Buy someone looking for a vehicle

Bought a 2010 Nissan Altima for $6,500. I was assured very little was wrong with it. First, battery needed replacing. Now, it needs $3,200 in repairs to pass inspection, after only owning it since October 30th. Details that would have had me pass on buying it. Never doing business with them, or any small dealer, again.

I bought a Chevy Tracker here for an affordable price. The customer service has been great! Definitely better than the other dealership I had gone to. I would 100% recommend Best Buys Motors!

This place was probably the best experience I have had with buying a used car. They were very transparent with the vehicle I was buying as well as a fair price in my opinion. I showed up on the lot I told them my price range and they showed me the cars in their lot that lined up with that. The buying process was easy. They made me feel that I was valued I am proud to support a small business with good values such as this. 10/10 would recommend.

So I m updating my review! Do not get a car here unless you wanna be broke down in a year! I m paying a high loan and they sold me a car with thousands of dollars to fix. There s so many problems with my car! I had to get a strut and a control arm and there s still another problem with it! I put a thousand into it already! Paying for a loan on a junk car! Which they won t be getting the rest of their down payment so not get a car from here they lie! They said they fired the guy that was screaming people and it s them no one else. They assure you ur getting a great car no a car with so much damage to fix! Never again will I ever purchase a vehicle from them! They must know someone that will inspect their cars before they leave the lot even with the car being unsafe and that s sad

500 STAR! I don't even know where to begin with this dealership, these men, their inventory, their finance company,...their expertise, their CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I will be a FOREVER customer with BEST BUY MOTORS. I will tell everyone to go there. In such a time as I have had, they made EVERYTHING easier and MUCH MORE AFFORDABLE. So I had a subaru impreza that all it wanted to do was fall apart everytime I put money in it. So I called Sam and right away I was loaded in a GMC Acaidia perfect truck for me and my family... The crew at Best Buy was very polite and and very pleasant to deal with and their service was fast I had a problem with my old car told them about it got another verhicle that same day... I'd go back and buy my next vehicle there as well super pleased with all of you there at best buy motors best service I have ever had thank you

Great people to work with when buying a used car! Sam, Brian, and Melanie went over and above what was expected to assist a Vietnam veteran to regain his wheels of independence! Thank you to Brian for his hard work and efforts to ensure the car was roadworthy for a veteran on a fixed income who found himself suddenly stranded. Kudos to Sam and Melanie for making the process affordable and enjoyable. All three of them treated us with care, kindness, and consideration of the extenuating circumstances we were dealing with.They sincerely want to help people find a car to fit their needs and work hard to make it happen. Highly recommended!!!

My husband and I recently purchased a caravan from Best Buy. The entire process was as painless as it could be. Chris is VERY informative, as is the owner, Sam. They are legit willing to work with you no matter what. We will definitely will be purchasing from there again.

I needed a new daily driver, so Chris and Sam took care of me and put me in a Toyota. They made sure the car was in tip top shape before I drove it off the lot. They definitely care about their customers and their cars! I will be recommending them to my family and friends.

5 star review for Chris Bundy and the team at best buy motors, I saw online they had a sweet low miles dream car of mine. They where able to get me through the car buying process quickly and had the car shipped to my house in Maine within 3 days. Chris was good to work with and has been very helpful.

Avoid at all cost!! Terrible place to buy a car. Bought a car from them and when I got it home I realized the horn didn't work. I called them immediately thinking since I just bought the car they would be willing to fix it. Was given nothing but the run around. They seen my car 2 weeks later. Afterwards, I continued to call multiple times and was told by Chris he would call me back. Guess what the call never came. You could tell they wanted nothing to do with me. I was even hung up on once even though it may have been unintentional, I don't know?? I was told prior to buying the car that they work with people who buy cars from them for continual service and needs and such. What a joke they can't even return a call. To anyone reading this: there are so many places to buy a car, would you want to go thru all this hassle?I wish I would have chosen a better place to buy a car

Bought a 2010 Toyota Corolla for my daughter Chris and Sam gave me good deal and the whole process was a breeze.Its been 3 or 4 weeks now and car runs great with no issues and no problems. I would surely recommend to my family and friends.Thank u guys keep up the good work..Venkata S. Laxmi.

I purchased a car from Best Buy Motors about a year ago and I am very unhappy with the results. Originally. I was impressed by the vehicle's clean body and low mileage, but I soon found out that it was in terrible condition. Within one month of owning it, I had put in $2,000 worth of repairs, including paying for a new inspection. The gentleman working there ensured me that the inspection was up to date when I asked... He failed to mention that it would expire in two months. Now, I am in a position where I cannot afford a new vehicle and I have to continuously shell out more and more money on repairs. My advise is for prospective customers to look elsewhere or bring somebody who can properly inspect the car so you won't get swindled.

I thought I would try a small dealership. Bought a van. A week later, the starter went. $150 towing and $100 starter. A week later, i went in. The window won't go up and the engine light on. Needed a switch for the window. He called and got nothing so he told me he would call me when he found something. I waited a couple of days and then I called, and called and called. I was finally told they would call me when they got the motor. I waited and 3 weeks later i went in.. He said I bet you're here because of the switch. I said NO. The transmission is bad. He put the machine on it. It said the pressure was too high. He said he would check it out and call me. I did my own research and found out it is either the solenoid or the switch. 2 days later he called and told me it was the solenoid or the switch. He would figure something out and call me back. That was a week ago and I have heard NOTHING. I'm almost 70, disabled and just lost my husband. And to get ripped off this badly. They should be ashamed. I WILL notify the BBB. Terri Wise

We bought a nissan altima from here, The financing process was smooth we were in and out in an hr. I did have to go home to grab paystubs, bills and bank statement. Would recommend them for anyone looking to buy a car.

I will never go back there i bought a car that was cheap but was told it only had a little coolant leak which ended up being everything including a blown head gasket so they can keep their junk which seems to be a cracker barrel dealership anyway so STAY AWAY!!! if u don't want scammed

I just moved here from another state. I had a very limited amount of cash to spend but badly needed transportation. Best Buy Motors worked with me, provided transportation to and from their office, and got me in a vehicle that same day.

Would never purchase a car here again very poor they said it was a good car no not even close been nothing but issues since day one had a false inspections sticker put on it has had check engine light after check engine light issues since the day I literally drove it off the lot was told its a clean and solid car and here to find out the frames roughted in 2 places the rear sway bar link is bad right front lower control arm bushings are bad that they said was replaced front struts are bad rear bumper support roughted out power steering line they said was fixed is leaking had the car back there several times and still nothing but problems 5,700 for a scrap vehicle appreciate getting screwed over

Sent a message over Facebook market place lower than they wanted the person messaging proceeded to get aggressive saying I would never sell it for that price I was wasting there time and I was rude. I simply asked a question. Rude aggressive people.
