Came here for an estimate appointment on April 5th through insurance because I got rear ended. Did the appointment, they tell me to go home and they ll call me in an hour with the estimate. Four hours go by and I didn t get a call so I called them myself. They tell me they re gonna call me right back. A few days ago by at this point and nothing. I call them and it rang twice and went to voicemail. I called my insurance agent and she said she ll take care of it. Fast forward to today, April 13th, and I still have not heard anything and they will not answer my calls or call me back. My insurance adjuster calls me and she told me they will not answer her calls or messages either so now I am back to square one and have to go somewhere else. I just want my car fixed and thought this would be easiest because I live around the corner. Huge waste of time and completely unprofessional.

Best body man and body shop in the Beaver Falls area... If necessary to wait a week to ten days for work to begin, don't go elsewhere. Honest, great work that blends with your vehicles current paint! Let Jamie -n- Co' do it..

Highly recommended by me anytime everyone is polite even offered me a ride home and my rent a car from enterprise was cheaper helped me out I ll take all my cars there
