Amazing work great people

Owner is super nice and respectful, but the alignment tech does bad work. 1. He didn t mention I had a bad ball joint while telling me I had a bad shock. 2. Did my alignment but never tightened then tie rod bar clamps. 2 minutes down the road my tie rods loosened up and my vehicle was walking all over the road again. 3. He then did the alignment then mentioned I need a ball joint after the fact, told me I d have to purchase the expensive adjustable ball joints and come back in for an alignment. Considering my right ball joints were good and had perfect in spec camber I said I d replace my bad ones with stock moog joints. He then told me no those would not work. (They worked fine as they always have) 130$ for nothing, instead of him telling everyone at the shop that I had a unfixable vehicle he could have told me hey your ball joints are bad go fix them and come back. I would have been perfectly fine paying 20-40$ for him looking at it and letting me know. but instead he aligned it then mentioned I needed ball joints. Pretty disappointing considering the owner is a very good guy.

My insurance company required me to use Jim's, and I experienced nothing but excellent customer service and communication! Cannot thank them enough for guiding me through a really unfortunate experience with my vehicle. Would highly recommend Jim's Custom & Collision.

I just got my jeep fixed there from an accident I was in and they did an amazing job!!! My jeep looks great and they were very nice and helpful! If I need any more work done I'll definitely be going back there!
