This was one of the best worst experiences I ve had I did a number on my Sprinter camper van and the team at Bonnell s Truck & RV somehow made it better than new! I ve never had better customer service anywhere. Thank you Brandi, Jamie, Nick, and Andrew for everything. I will only ever want you work on my van!

Everyone on the staff was professional and courteous. They did a beautiful job on my vehicle in just a few days. I highly recommend Bonnell's Truck & RV! Btw, they work on cars, too, not just trucks & RVs.

On a recent cross country road trip we experienced a problem with a trailer brake light. Bonnell's was the only company we contacted who would take a look at it on short notice. We arrived and they immediately had a technician do some troubleshooting. He found the light to be faulty but they had no replacement in stock. They came up with a temporary solution which allowed us to be safely on our way. I want to commend Nick and the technician for the fantastic service they provided. Its not often you see such dedication to customer service. You made the rest of our trip worry free!Service: Electrical

The connection between our tow vehicle and RV malfunctioned during a cross country trip. Jamie was kind enough to recognize our need and allowed us to bring it in immediately for an unschedled repair. Nick and Andy diagnosed the problemand worked hard to repair it. Fantastic service! Great staff. Always friendly and doing everything possible to get your rig back in service as quick as they can. Above and beyond. Never disappointed. They define customer service. All businesses should stive to operate like Bonnell's .

BONNELL's is the BEST for RV service. I bought a brand new Thor RV at RV General. After taken it home, we found out it was wrecked or damaged prior to us buying it. We did not know what to do. Then I called Bonnell's and all my troubles faded away!After explaining the situation to Brandi and Jamie, Wow, what a team! Brandi answered the phone and was a delight to speak with. I was worried at first, thinking she would not be help. Boy, was I proven wrong. She is a true professional and knows her way around an RV. Brandi also introduced me to Jamie. Jamie looked over my RV like I was a family member. He pointed out issues he found with excellent detail. Jamie took the time to do the work and documented with photos. I took my RV there for repairs after hitting a deer. I was impressed by their ability to find all of The repair parts during the pandemic when everything was shut down. They scheduled me for the next available opening and only took 3 days to repair. Brandi did all of the communications between rv manufacturer and my insurance company relieving me of the stress of dealing with them. I will definitely recommend them for all body work repairs.

High quality workmanship. The fiberglass work was fantastic and made it look new. Todd and Brandi answered all my questions. Being from out of town and fulltime RVs, they were very sympathetic to our needs. Delivered when promised. Very professional. My wife and myself were having difficulty with our refrigerator on our travel trailer. A technician came out and assessed the fridge and was able to get it working on propane, he said to fix the electric component was 1 of 2 issues but said was not 100% certain. He called me back a few hours later to check on the situation and assure our fridge was working (on propane) and said he did not want to 'guess' on a repair but rather wanted to be sure. He gave us a contact of someone else who specializes in RV refrigerators. When we asked about our bill, he said he was not going to charge us because he did not fix the fridge.....This is amazing service!!! I respect his honesty and ethics of this company.

The entire Bonnell s team was amazing from start to finish. Todd and Brandi answered all our questions and completed the work around our busy camping schedule so we didn't have to miss a weekend. I highly recommend Bonnell s Truck & RV Collision. Their artistry with our RV brought our unit back to new again.

They were "Professional" from the first word spoken. And their work was equally as professional! I appreciated the time they took to listen to my concerns and upon pick up of my horse trailer, they went over everything that was done and made sure it was to my satisfaction. Loved dealing with Bonnel s Truck & RV. They were so easy to work with and kept me updated throughout the process. Since the weather was so bad, they kept my RV inside until I was able to pick it up and I truly appreciated their thoughtfulness. My RV looks brand new since they even touched up a few spots I didn t even ask for. Great customer service!

While traveling through the area on a coast-to-coast bike trip, the skylight in our truck camper developed a leak during an intense rainstorm in the night, right over my wife s head. Red alert, Commander Reiker!First thing this morning, I called Bonnell s Truck and RV in Fairview, and spoke to the professional and personable Brandi. She checked with the technicians and assured us it could be resealed today (Thursday). They are closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday, so our timing was good. We got here as fast as possible, and the technicians, Todd and Aaron, conferred with me and discussed how to best repair it. Turns out our skylight had been glued in, instead of the typical butyl tape. Their quick assessment of just how to fix it saved us time and money.Brandi and Todd arranged to drive us into town for breakfast at the Cakery Cafe while the repairs were being done. We had hoped to find a place in town to pass a few hours (still raining outside), but there was no library or coffee shop, so after breakfast Todd picked us up and let us wait it out in the body shop break room.I can t say enough good things about these folks - their professionalism, courtesy and kindness really saved the day for us.Service: Body & Trim

Todd and his team did an excellent job repainting and clear-coating the faded front cap on our 5th wheel. The quality far exceeds what the unit came with brand new from Jayco. Not only does the color match the rest of the RV better, but the clear coat is much more glossy. The lifetime warranty on the repair further confirms we made the right choice with Bonnell's!Service: Body & Trim

I couldn't find anyone in the tri-state area who had the capability of fixing my Sea-doo jet ski that could have potentially been a total loss. They accepted the challenge! WOW! My repair, ended up needing replaced! Sorry for the five stars. I should have made them do it right! Before i took possession. But i had to get going.Just make sure EVERYTHING ! Works properly, and looks just like new.

We have a 26" Itasca Cambria motorhome. Approximately 8' extends behind the rear wheels. We don't know how it happened but the entire rear panel separated from the side panels, probably due to backing into a hill. Bonnell's Truck & RV Collision Service restored the integrity of our rig in a friendly and timely manner. Exceeded expectations.Service: Body & Trim
