I have been bringing my cars to RPM for the past 10 years. The owner and his employees have always been very helpful and professional, and I have never had a single issue with them. I highly recommend them.

The Absolutely only place I trust to bring my vehicle ! I don t have a typical car I own a Jeep lol and they have done all the work to it suspension, driveline, electrical everything they are honest , fair, and will absolutely go out of there way to help you! They are family to me !

Trustworthy, thorough, on point with their craft. If you need an oil change, and that's all you need. They won't try selling you a head gasket! :P Best alignment in bucks and great at getting the angles right on modified vehicles (jeeps and such). Highly recommended.

You can not find a better place than RPM to take your vehicle. They are THE MOST HONEST mechanics anywhere. They do GREAT WORK and are very fair with their pricing. I have been going to them for a few years now and it is ALWAYS A GREAT EXPERIENCE from the moment I call them to the time I pick my car up. I love these guys. I won't take my car anywhere else since I found them !

I heard of guys getting alignments on their vehicles with lift kits and aftermarket wheels but they didn t want to do mine so I wasn t sure why not trying it. I have seen photos of some of the jobs and wheels done similar to mine unless those are fake photos and reviews.In top of that the owner responded with a comment that has nothing to do with my vehicle, I never ask to lift my truck I just wanted to get an alignment, that tells you right there that this place is a joke. Maybe they only take business from certain people.

I've been meaning to write this review for over a year. My mother moved to Pennsylvania a year ago from a state which did not require car inspections, so we had to take our car for an inspection at RPM auto. They inspected it and initially the car failed the inspection due to a few safety issues. They listed the issues and answered all of my questions about replacing those parts. I brought the car home and, over the course of a week, fixed all of the issues except for an electrical issue. I brought the car back to them and paid them to diagnose and fix the electrical issue. They did and were very kind and helpful, fitting my mother and me into their busy schedule within a day's notice. When they were doing the re-inspection, they confirmed that my repairs were sound, but also noticed that a minor power-steering fluid leak I previously knew about had gotten larger - to the point that it was unsafe to drive the car. They were yet again very helpful in advising my mother and me in getting and installing a new pump, and after that replacement the car finally passed inspection! We're very thankful for their advice and help after my mother's move.Also, I'm not sure if they still have it, but when we were there they had a shop pet - a squirrel! Ask them about the squirrel if you stop by. They nurtured it back to health after it crawled into their shop, nearly dead. It's stuck by them ever since.I highly recommend RPM - they're very helpful, kind, and (most importantly) honest.

I work for an auto repair shop but unfortunately we do not do alignment jobs so we sometimes need that service & have to send cars to shops who are equipped..well these guys are our Go To s because the job is done right, the price is more than reasonable & I ve always dealt with someone who is courteous & professional! I highly recommend!!!

Steve and his staff at RPM did all work to my Charger in the promised amount of time. (a couple days for what would have taken a week or more at most shops) and did so at a great price.Steve also took the time to go over all recommended/performed work so that I understood not only what was being done but why it was being done.I am extremely pleased with my experience at RPM and would highly recommend them to anyone who seeks a service center they can depend upon. RPM has earned my trust and I will be using them for vehicle inspection and other routine maintenance tasks for my car going forward.

Very impressed. Multiple shops wouldn't touch my 2001 M5 for alignment.They also handled the car with care, parking it in the back after work was done, they clearly respected the car.Salesperson was nice, not pushing for more service at all. I brought my own alignment specs and they hit them almost perfectly.

My family has had a great experiences working with RPM. They have handled many of my cars issues quickly and professional. I also find their prices to be very fair. The best aspect of their business is that they stand behind their work.

I just returned from my first service stop at RPM, and I'm here to tell you that everything you've read about this shop is spot on. Steve runs a top notch business - fast, friendly, courteous, and professional. No pressure of any sort, good prices, and there isn't a shred of stress involved. There are any number of places closer to my residence, but I'll be returning to Steve's shop for all of my service needs. I'd be out of my mind to do otherwise.Update:Things you can count on in life ... The sun will rise, the seasons will change, and RPM will get you on your way with a smile on your face... Just returned from my second visit to RPM, which was every bit as stellar as the first. Great work, great price, fast service. I'm running out of superlatives to use for these guys...

A review worth reading! Maybe you are the type of person that knows "mechanic talk", but if are anything like me, that kind of "talk" and the anticipated dollar amount of getting your car fixed overwhelms you. The holding your breath kind of overwhelming. You just want to know the bottom line and hope they are telling you the truth without ripping you off. After moving from Philadelphia, it took my husband and I a long time to find a mechanic that I can say without hesitation that I trust 100%. The RPM Tire and Auto shop mechanics are truly one of a kind! The kind that you want to keep all to yourself and don't want to share! I'm writing this review because over the years they have been nothing but good to me and my family. Whether it's a last minute fix or a scheduled appointment, they get it done. I know that I can always count on them for our auto needs. They are timely, professional, go out of their way, and above all, honest and fair. I can't stress enough the honest and fair qualities! I have a 2006 Toyota Sienna with 217,000 miles on it. It's running smoothly and without any hiccups.(knock wood) Steve, the owner/manager's goal is to see to it that my Toyota reaches 300,000 miles! Finger's crossed! My daughter and her husband routinely travel from West Chester to have their cars serviced at RPM Tire and Auto as well. Her husband's retired father owned a car mechanic shop and understands what a rare gem it is to find a good one! So, if you are looking for a trusting mechanic, look no further! You have finally found them at RPM Tire and Auto on Lincoln Hwy!!

Capable of maintaining your vehicle no matter what it needs. Steve is a top notch business owner and stands behind his technicians work. Techs there are focused and Elias makes sure work gets done right the first time. From an oil change or wheel alignment to a complete subframe replacement i trust RPM to make my car safe and reliable.

Did a brake replacement for me. I realized the cash I planned to pay them for it I left in the car during the repair. It was still there and would've been completely my bad if it wasn't lol. Talk about an honest place! Thanks guys

These guys are solid citizens. Very honest and focused on quality. They repair all flats by taking the tire off the rim and patching from the inside. They will not sell you a tire you do not need. They are my go to place for tire repair and alignment.

have a lifted truck. brought them alignment specs that I wanted for the truck. they put it exactly to those spec.they have themselves a new repeat customer. will recommend these guys to friends and family. very professional people. fox news on when I dropped off the truck, fox news on when I picked it up gave them the extra 5th star rating.

They called with a repair quote 90 minutes after I pushed my car into their lot; the work was done quicky, properly, and at a fair price. How unique - a trustworthy repair shop! I reccomend them highly!

I got a flat tire right in front of their shop. I stopped in to see if they could put the spare on for me. They did it no problem and took care of us right away. Great guys!

Service was fast and at a great price. After being screwed over at a chain auto service center, this was the right place to go. Got an alignment with detailed paper printed out.

Went here a few months ago to get a tire rotation on my car and everyone who took care of me were fantastic. Great service all around!
