It was my first service for my new car. Although I was there for a previous car, it is still a well run service department and one of the reasons I purchased another Mitsubishi.

Great place and awesome parts department. Came in to get a few parts for my Evo 8, the gentlemen at the desk was very helpful and easy to work with. Good prices too.

They are absolutely amazing!! They were so helpful good business practices and great communication. I don't like going to dealerships because I have been ripped off in the past but they definitely were not out to do that. Checked my car and let me know everything I needed to do and asked before they did it. Love this place and will continue to go here for my car. Considering everything going on I think everything was done in a timely matter with courtesy and respect. Love these guys!!!

I ve been with this service department for a few years with a couple of cars. I had a catalytic converter stolen my insurance put me in a rental. I had to decide on my own get an after market part until my CAT came in and it took 5 mos so I m glad i decided to do that! i had failed ignition coil and when i brought it to their attention they took my concerns seriously and looked into it and it was the ignition coil! They went above and beyond for me because that part took over a month to get in and they accommodated me in such a generous way so I m so grateful to Tony and Gil for always putting up with me!! I can be a lot sometimes lol. Appreciate the hard work and professionalism your staff display. Thank you!!

They have unexpected charges they add for things without notice. They dont ask permission to do things to your car before taking it upon themselves to do it. Last time I was in for a recall repair they put my child s life at risk when they didn t tell me they unlatched her car seat from the anchor.When you have an issue they just disregard your concern and find it okay to argue with you.Its a-shame they act this way especially given the recent price increases nationwide people will stop using them for service and going elsewhere. Because they dont know how to act professional.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Peruzzi Auto service center are either lying or incompetent to do their job. My car had a 1000% issue with the transmission But according to them they can't find any problem. Ford dealership found it with no problem. How is this possible. I'm not trying to make a big deal about This but this is unacceptable and dangerous behavior. I'm trying to set up a public story. Management won't review. So the public will. Thank you

My catalytic converter was stolen and after waiting 5 months they were unable to find the order and kept stating a back order issue. Spoke with the General Manager Amar who kept stating that he would call me back and never did. Finally after the parts manager returned from vacation he looked into the matter. After almost six months of paying for a vehicle payment and insurance payments on a vehicle I couldn't drive we received the parts needed. Rick from parts was very professional and was able to get me the parts needed a few days after we spoke. Rick gets a 5 stars for his professionalism and being able to get me results. The rest get 0 if possible. I kept getting the ill call you back and never did after making a complaint to the better business bureau I received a response from Amar which still was unhelpful very unprofessional general manager.

Sad that I had no choice but to take my vehicle here. They weren t transparent at all with what caused my car to brake down, that s for one. Also, they did an engine swap, and soon after come to find out, from another mechanic elsewhere, they put the wrong power steering belt on, they left nuts and bolts in the engine bay, some holes were missing bolts, a clumsy mechanic of theirs left their ratchet in the engine bay, and I m still fixing things around the engine because not everything was installed properly. When I went to get everything tightened up, they gave me the run around saying I came in too late when they guy over the phone didn t even tell me a time. He just said come in Wednesday. Then tried to lie in front of his co workers, and had a demeanor as if it wasn t his problem. They messed up. Thankfully one of the managers I guess, decided to get it done that day because he saw how furious I was. I really hope I don t have to take my vehicle back here.Service: Engine repair

If you have your car serviced here plan on it taking all day, no matter what time your appointment is scheduled for. For a one car family this is not very efficient. My appointment was for 2PM and my car was not looked at till 4PM and not fished until 6PM. I was only getting 2 tiers replaced and aligned. The staff here is very friendly, and helpful. However if I had not purchased the service plan when I bought my car, I would not use them. Over priced and no concern for my limited time. The old service center was a lot better at keeping my appointment time.

This was my first time using their services.. Horrible service. Customer service is so rude. I dropped my car off at 7:30 and was told it would be done by 9 AM. I just called them at 11:08 and they said they haven't even pulled it around. I asked for the shuttle to pick me up at 12 because I need my car back I'm at work. They said "oh yeah he'll put you in the mix and get you when he can."I will NEVER be coming back to this location for anything.Service: Oil change

Service department was great they work on car and fix everything on one appointment both tonny and gil are both professional people that have been very helpful. They both have helped me with every question I had about the process.

I arrived to my appointment at 10:00 am , waited in the waiting room for 4 hours for a rear brake pad replacement . The whole time I thought they had taken my car to check it and get it fixed since it had been an hour since they drove off with it at 2 pm. At 3pm they came back and said they took it to get a complimentary car wash in the dealership across the street??? I hadn t even asked for that. They later mentioned they checked the car (which I already knew what was wrong with it ) and that they were now at 3:00 pm going to work on it.Since I had commitments , I had to leave without getting anything done to it after losing an entire after afternoon sitting around the dealership.I would have appreciated if they communicated that they were delayed and they could not work on my car at the time of the appointment. Also if Mitsubishi made the rear brake pads needed available to other auto servicemen, I would have not had to travel an hour away just to receive their abismal service in the first place.

Waste of my time. Unless you are desperate poor credit POS stay away. spoke to internet sales about price on website for vehicle in showroom floor. Went there check in hand to purchase and they failed to mention 2500 markup over MSRP. Total scammers as a legit business wouldn't waste a customers time having them come in under false pretenses.

All the time they try to overcharge or do unneeded services. Last year changing inspection stickers that scratched my windshield, it took almost 3 month to get it fixed, they said that I will have car wash for inconvenience, however they never did (it was broken all the time). Last time I was there They tried to perform oil change and windshield wipers change as they are bad and I will not pass emission test, however after I stated that I did both services 2 month ago, they get back saying that there was mud on wipers and they are good. They state they did wheel alignment, but I went to Pep Boys and they checked and said that nothing was done. After I reached manager all the time he was saying just: we did it, there was a mechanic mistake and what answer do you want to hear from me? . Also the last three visits they were pointing to wheel alignment that is needed, however the thing they were pointing me to IS NOT FIXABLE as manager said and said that no one told me that I need it first 2 times. Bunch of scammers!! Also their parts department sold me front and rear breaks for 69.99 each, when my friend called them the same date they said that they have promotional for 2 month and they were 59.99. Why would they overcharge me as their client? When I went for refund they wanted to return difference only on front breaks and only I lost my temper a little they were willing to return the difference on rear breaks also, like they were doing me a favor. It is not trustworthy place, always triple check what they are doing to your car!!!

I work for an auto repair shop & often need to order parts from different dealerships or stores..every time I ve dealt with someone at Peruzzi Mitsubishi (on phone or in person) they have always been extremely helpful, courteous & professional! If only every place I dealt with was the same, it would make my job so much easier! Highly recommended!!!

Service is sporadic. They have Covid restrictions which eliminate shuttle service. Prices are high. No matter the service they want an early drop off and they ll call when it s ready. Last time I requested they diagnose a change in rpm that occurred very frequently. They said the symptom did not occur, hence no diagnosis. As soon as I started the car it happened. Nearest dealership other than this are located a good distance away. The service guy is allergic to all dogs and if you need a ride home most Uber and Lyft drivers refuse to take a dog.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I left my car for repairs and they refused to give me back my car.The manger that was in charge of my vehicle left the job and my car disappeared also.When I contacted them regarding my vehicle, all they told me was they will get back to me.They play this delay tactics for a year and half.I visited them 4 times and they told me that I will receive a call from them.Till today's date, my vehicle cannot be accounted for.

Price is too high compared to other Mitsubishi dealer. When you purchase the vehicle they are Saying that we have evening hours at service center but never gave appointment and ignored. It is open for for pick up only never giving service. Offering free ride, but limited time. Must available ride during business hours. Once they ignored ride and I am get stuck, I complained to sales department and sales department gave ride to pick vehicle up. Shame. Overall can not recommend.

Horrible customer service!! I am so disgusted by the call I just had, I was told 1 thing months ago and then another. I know Things happen but the way the call was handled was completely unprofessional

I brought my car from Peruzzi and the engine went a few months later thankfully it was under warranty but after I got the car back I kept smelling antifreeze so I took it back only to be told it's the water pump and I would have to pay for it The water pump was fine before didn't sit right with meService: Engine repairService: Engine repair
