I do not believe I could possibly say enough positive things about the experience and social interactions I had while at Peruzzi! Let alone the fulfillment I got from acquiring the vehicle I had set out to purchase, or the transparency with which the transaction was handled. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Joe as well as the team's manager Jordan, but I can assure you from the small interactions I had with the remaining staff members as well as the way everyone in the building dressed professionally and conducted themselves that you'll be in good hands no matter who you speak to. Peruzzi is a gold standard and amongst the dealerships I've visited it is most assuredly a diamond in the rough. You couldn't possibly find better people with better prices nor will you find better attitudes with more professionalism than Peruzzi Mazda. Thank you, Joe! Thank you, Jordan! All the best to you and yours! I'll see you folks next car around!Chris

Exceptional service! Above and beyond! I recently wrote a review about my experience with a battery replacement and warranty issue. I was charged for a battery replacement 4 months after I purchased my CX-5. I was pissed!! Didn't speak to the sales department, didn't speak to a manager. I just paid it and left angry. JUST came back for an oil change and spoke with their product specialist (Kirk Anastasi) and the sales director (Larry Peruzzi) and explained my previous experience. These two guys went above and beyond to compensate me and relieve my frustration. Extremely hospitable, understanding and considerate of how I felt. I'm actually looking at the new CX-90 now lol. Their commitment to customer service has restored my faith in this dealership. Thx guys

I drove almost two hours because their prices were just unbeatable. The experience was smooth from start to finish. Chris Coleman was our salesperson and he was so down to earth it never once felt like I was under any pressure. Felt like working with an old friend! Really appreciate the hard work that Chris and the dealership did to help me and my family get the best deal. BEST PRICE. BEST PEOPLE. Would recommend 110%!

From start to finish, the patience and attention given to us during our browsing and buying experience was much appreciated. We especially appreciated our time spent with salesperson, Chris Coleman. His friendly attitude and reliable information helped make the car shopping process less of a chore. Ask for Chris if you visit Peruzzi.

First, I must say, car shopping isn t usually a pleasant experience and often leaves you with a headache and an overwhelming sense of exhaustion from feeling pushed and pulled by aggressive salespeople just trying to make that sale. We did visit several other dealerships that HAD the cars, but were missing those SPECIAL qualities that makes a customer feel in charge and special. Peruzzi had all the things we were looking for in a dealership. When we stepped into Peruzzi, we were pleasantly surprised and impressed. The showroom was clean and welcoming. We were immediately greeted by a salesman in a friendly and helpful manner. We dealt with Tim, our Salesman and Jordan, the Sales Manager ..all I can say is wow!! Tim & Jordan had those special qualities that kept us at Peruzzi! They were knowledgeable, personable and just two REALLY nice guys!! These two gentlemen are definitely exceptional assets to the Peruzzi sales team! Of course, their job is to sell cars, BUT Jordan and Tim sincerely wanted us to be comfortable throughout the whole process and happy if we made a purchase. NEVER ONCE, did we feel pressured by them. They explained any financial questions clearly and HONESTLY. They worked with us to ensure our satisfaction and in doing so DEFINITELY earned future returning customers when the time comes. We will, without doubt or hesitation, recommend Jordan & Tim at Peruzzi to our family and friends!!!

We had excellent service at Peruzzi Mazda! We cannot say enough great things. We felt welcome from the moment we walked through the door. Our salesman Matt McElveen, was fantastic! He came highly recommended by my sister. My husband and I were unhappy with our dealership and knew it was time to go elsewhere. We are so happy we did. We have never had such great service. Matt was knowledgeable, fun, patient, and made the whole car shopping experience enjoyable. I can say, i have never said that before. We did not go there thinking we would buy a car that very day, but we did! Best decision we made. Matt helped us through the entire process and made what can be overwhelming, a very easy and pleasant experience. Also, Alex helped with the finance end, and he was fantastic as well!! I must say we were so happy with the staff and service at Peruzzi Mazda and would highly recommend them to anyone. We are so happy with our Mazda CX5 and cannot wait to go back and see Matt when it is time for my husband to get the CX90 he wants!

Yesterday, I took my CX5 in for an oil change and top-up using a coupon provided by Mazda, priced at $89.95 for a synthetic oil filter change. Upon collecting my car, I was surprised to find a bill totaling $100.64. I immediately inquired about the discrepancy, mentioning the coupon. However, to my dismay, they insisted I still owed $100.64. Perplexed, I questioned how this could be, as I had never paid more than $90 for a synthetic oil change before. Requesting to speak with the manager, I was informed that the additional charge was attributed to hazardous waste disposal, and that the billing process was transparent.Upon scrutinizing the bill, I realized that they had categorized the oil change as both labor and parts, totaling $89.95. This experience serves as a cautionary tale: it appears the coupon is not as beneficial as advertised and could end up costing you more rather than providing a free oil change.

I stopped in here honestly not expecting to make a purchase that day with my husband, but Jordan and Chris made my experience a great one! Our salesman, Chris, was both knowledgeable, and personable, awesome guy. The sales manager, Jordan, was also able to answer any questions I had while doing paper work, and was super super nice! They are both great assets to this dealership!! Everything felt so laid back, which is great for an anxious person like me, making their first car purchase! I felt no pressure, and they were able to work out numbers till it fit my budget. We ended up get a 2021 red cx-5 ..Thank you so much! Will be back in the future, you have a customer for life!

Very professional! I looked for the right car for a while and finally found it. They worked with me to get the deal done in the same day but then held the car until I could get a ride to pick it up. They detailed it superbly. The only thing I would have liked better would have been if the person I dealt with online and on the phone had communicated with a salesman to get the vehicle I wanted to test drive from down the street so I didn't have to wait an extra 15 minutes for them to go get it.

I bought my second personal vehicle from Peruzzi Mazda. The experience is always low pressure and they always have what I want. They really care about what you want and are willing to show you a few options on comparable vehicles because sometimes you get so fixated on 1 vehicle they can show you a vehicle similar in price and build that you may not have known about or considered prior to coming in. Now I did buy a pre-owned used vehicle but the price could not be beat. They made the process very simple and could not have been more hospitable. I will say Jordan, the sales manager, was working hard going from customer to customer making them feel welcome and working the deals for the customers including myself. He is great to work with when buying a new or in my case a used car.

My experience at Peruzzi Mazda in Fairless Hills has been nothing short of HORRIBLE. I went with my partner to buy her a used car and we've been lied to ever since we walked through their front doors. Their salesman Matt not only sold us a vehicle with countless undisclosed issues, when we called to get them fixed they gave us the run around and blamed us for the issues on the car we've had for LESS THAN 3 MONTHS...Their management is even less helpful as they try their best to cut corners and squeeze money out of your pockets. My advice... GO TO ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP.

This was the best car buying experience of my entire life, during the worst economic conditions. My old car was aging quickly, and no longer met my family's needs. I looked at seven different car makes that fit the bill, but visited Dave at Peruzzi Mazda first. He kindly showed me several possible new cars that might work. I left, and did more research. I went to England for a week, but Dave stayed in touch, and kept me updated with good info about my situation. After about three weeks, I had visited 5 dealerships and determined that with my old trade-in an my current financial situation, I could not afford ANY new cars. Plus, there were almost NO cars available anywhere, and the ones that were there were all top trim levels that were completely out of my reach. Several dealerships were actually mean and basically sent me off with little help and no concern for my situation.I went back to Mazda and Jake Sommer immediately greeted me at the door with a smile an a firm handshake. He eventually steered me to a nearly new lease trade-in Mazda CX-5. I was reluctant to buy another "used" car because I wanted the "peace of mind" of a new one. He explained the condition, the amazing free warranties and previous history/ownership of that car, which met my needs perfectly.I came back the next day and with the help of Jake and Jordan in Finance, I was able to purchase the car through my credit union, no problem, in under two hours. They were friendly family men, who understood my needs and issues. They took the time to explain every detail, and at NO time did I feel pressured or "salesman" stuff. The car was CHERRY, absolutely brand-new looking, and they had completely replaced every piece of replaceable equipment on the car before I bought it. I felt like I was stepping into a completely new car. Utterly clean and polished. And sitting in it and closing the doors and hood, it felt more like a Lexus or Mercedes. Lots of very solid metal. leather and beautiful design. CHUNK!I actually feel like I made two new friends, not dealt with typical "salesmen." We all had shared interests as well. The Mazda CX-5 is an order of magnitude better car than the Chevy Trailblazer I had my heart set on, and meets my family's needs better. And they are rock-solid and last virtually forever. I did my research. In addition, Jake has been my "man on the spot," calling me several times over the week, making sure I was enjoying the car, and he is fixing two small things that were already on the schedule to fix, all for free. This dealership is now MY dealership, and they have already set up my entire year of free service on this fully-warrantied automobile. In closing, I HIGHLY recommend visiting David, Jake and Jordan at Peruzzi Mazda. They have made me a customer for life. FIVE STARS, FELLOWS!

Went to test drive a used car. Front tires had many cracks on the sidewalls but they still passed it. Was going to pay cash but they wanted 500 dollars more because we were paying by cash. As soon as we heard that, we ran for the door.

This was my first time purchasing and financing a vehicle, and I had a great experience at Peruzzi Mazda. They were super accommodating on a busy Saturday even when we showed up an hour late for our test drive (oops). Matt was personable, knowledgeable, and answered questions I didn t even know I had. I purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle and couldn t be happier with my choice both me and my partner left feeling like we would come and buy another Mazda from Peruzzi in the future (and he s a BMW owner!). Highly recommend!

Overall this was a good experience do to an excellent salesperson Jake. Without Jake we would of purchased elsewhere. After using an online site for pricing on our new CX-50 around $34,300, we went to Peruzzi the closest dealer to test drive the car and make a purchase. They had a car we liked in stock. Everything was smooth until we got to the pricing. Our 2017 trade-in came in very low as compared to wholesale values we got from a dealer and support by KBB. The CX-50 also was 480.00 higher than a dealer in Redding. So for almost a $3,000 difference we walked out. The manager had no interest in making a deal at the legitimate price we had.About a mile down the road from Peruzzi is Carmax. We went there with our trade to see if the price they quoted on-line was real. Peruzzi said it wasn't. About 40 minutes later we walked out of Carmax with check in hand. They must use a different appraisal system and wholesale book? The difference in prices was about $2000.00. Back to the new car purchase. So being Peruzzi was close to where we live we went back to find Jake. Although I wasn't asking for the price we received on-line from another dealer we did ask for Peruzzi to come down just $147.00 more than they had already quoted. the manager promptly said no that this would put the car under invoice which now sounded like a used car experience. In fact it wasn't under the invoice of any places we lookedFor the sake of closeness and saving a 1.3 hr drive we went with the dealers price. At least we did our homework on the trade and made an additional $2000.00 selling to CarMax. So for $480.00 more Jake won us over as a customer. Without Jake we would of purchased elsewhere. We felt the manager was being complacent. We were asking for $147.00 compromise Not the full amount of $480 less that we had been quoted elsewhere. This small amount to make us a happy new client. But the manager made it clear he would let us walk out the door for this amount. We understand when times are good complacency can get hidden in the sales performance. But dealerships need faithful customers. Neither us or the dealer really needed the $147.00. but the lack of compromise sent a strong message to us as a new buyer in this dealership. Other than warranty we wont use the dealership for service. Our guess is they are probably expensive here also.So Kudos to Jake. Your knowledge and easy relaxed way was refreshing. Sorry I can't rate the dealership separately from you. You were a five star experience

I bought a lot of cars in my lifetime and I have to say, this is one of the best experiences that I have ever had with a car dealership. They beat my local dealer's price on the car and the extended warranty. They also got me the exact car that I requested. Carly and Tom worked with me on pricing. Matt, the sales associate was very accommodating and knowledgeable. The finance manager, Alex was friendly, curtious and respectful. After the purchase, I received a personal "Thank you" from Eric Peruzzi. If their Service is as good as their sales, they have my business and Im a tough consumer. Thank you Peruzzi !!!

I recently visited this dealership to trade-in my old vehicle and to purchase a used Mazda and worked with Ben, Jordan during this time. It was a 2 day visit and I never felt pressured to make a decision. Both Ben, Jordan were cordial, extremely patient and they were never pushy or aggressive. Ben asked what I am looking for in the next vehicle, he gave couple of valuable suggestions during my test drive of used Mazda Cx-5 and the conversation with him was very helpful in making an appropriate choice. He kind of understood my inner interests and we got the deal done for a newer vehicle Cx-5 Carbon edition instead of used one.Special mention goes to Jordan, the sales manager- He was very very transparent with the numbers quoted for my trade in and he patiently answered all my queries. He even gave the best finance rate for my newer vehicle which only made my buying experience more pleasurable.Last but not least - This dealership definitely understands the difference between need, greed and they exactly meet the customers needs by offering a fair, transparent price, good service and good product. I highly recommend to visit or give a call to this dealership if you are in market for used or new automobile.

There was not many 2023 Mazda CX-50s in stock around my area in New Jersey. I started my talks with online sales and was able to get a good price and they assured me that they would work with me more if I came in. I went in the same day and was greeted by Jake Sommer. He assured me that that they will try to get the deal worked out to what works best for both parties. Jake was not your typical sales person, he was caring and he took his time to explain me the features of the car and took me for a test drive. He answered all my questions. After, we sat down to work on the price and he introduced me to Jordan the sales manager. All three of us were able to talk to each other with ease and worked out a great deal! They really negotiated with me and took all my concerns into consideration! Great customer service, thank you for a great purchase!

With low inventories I decided to factory order exactly what I wanted in February and 2 other dealers didn t seem to want my business but Tom and Chris worked with me to special order what I want helping me on model specifics and not forcing any add on features. Tom has been great updating me and I should take delivery in next 2 weeks. I expect same great attention at closing the purchase and will share more praise then. Had the car for couple weeks now. The day I picked it up I was in and out in under an hour. Alex the Finance manager had great input on Japanese cars and didn t push any services I wouldn t want. Very happy with car. The entire team was great. Thank you Tom, Chris and Alex.

absolute horrible service & dealership. when the service have no clue what to do they will not acknowledge the issue & will pretend the car is normal. they will try to blame it anything but their effort to help. After I got a call about my car ready for pick up, I showed up and tried to start up my car & the car wouldn't start. right outside the dealership. after I got frustrated & left I got a call from them saying it was my iPhone cable that was plugged to the USB port?!! keep in mind they pulled up the car to the front so I can pick it up. but I mean if a USB cable was the issue sure. here's a funny video when they were trying to start up the car after they called me to pick it up..

I just purchased a new CX-5 from Matthew McElveen. The experience was very low pressure and Matt was completely professional throughout. Even the dreaded "extended warranty" portion was very easy, and very low pressure (I have had some very high pressure experiences when it comes to this part at other dealerships). Matt and the team at Peruzzi were awesome. Absolutely recommend them!

I brought in my cx-5 for routine service. Ended up needing front brakes/rotors and one control arm replaced. $2,000.00 later I picked up the car and brakes were making lot of strange noises. I made an appointment and brought it in to get it fixed. When I picked it up after they said they fixed it, I got the exact same noise as I soon as I left the lot. When I responded to their internal survey, the service manager called and apologized and asked me to bring back the car. Took a few days due to my schedule, but he was extremely professional and took the car out for a quick drive and then promised to fix it. They said new parts were used and it was fixed properly. Expensive parts/service but I appreciated the manager's follow up and that they stand behind their work.

Leased a brand new CX30 from them. Most of the negotiations was done online so when I reached during paperwork, they told me it had 18 miles after hearing which, I wasnt thrilled but I was fine. I know 18 miles isn't lot but it pretty makes this car a demo car since most dealerships I crossed shopped at had the same car with less than 3 miles. I pretty much just picked up the car and went on my way. I'd noticed that all the tires were on 45PSI which I didn't know at the time wasn't the right pressure for this particular car. That's issue 1. Upon driving a bit more, I noticed the right rear was losing pressure pretty quickly so I gave them a call and their service center said they didn't have any appointment for another week so I took the car to the tire manufacturer servics center which in my case is Bridgestone Firestone. Turns out during those 18 miles, someone chipped the sidewall on this car and now I have to buy a brand new tire which isn't cheap for this car.Issue 2: Jordan, their finance manager said that the Mazda navigation chip costs $500 which, Mazda provides for free with every car.The only positive experience about this dealership I had was with Chris, my sales guy. He was awesome and hence the 2 stars.UPDATE: Since Tom decided to take a dig at my review than actually try to find why they're selling demo units as new, the reason I took 50+ days to leave this review is because I tried my best to to get this corrected. Contacted Mazda, Bridgestone (tire manufacturer) and this dealership and each kept sending me to each other thus never ending the cycle. Exhausted, I ended up buying a new tire and getting it installed all at my own cost. All this at less than 2k miles.

The dealer we met with, Chris, was very nice and very helpful. We test drove a vehicle and he was knowledgeable about its features. The negative was they significantly low-balled us on our trade in. With negotiation, they came up $2000, but the number was still low. We went just down the road to CarMax and got a binding offer more than $5000 higher than Peruzzi's original offer.

I recently purchased a CX-30 from here and what a GREAT experience especially since this was my first time purchasing a car. My salesman Matt was super nice and great to work with. The dealership is great. Everyone is so nice. I went back to purchase a cargo cover and Alex (the guy who helped me with the paperwork when purchasing) offered to install it for me! 5 star service! I m so happy with my car. Will be coming back for sure!
