Staff was helpful and friendly, We were told what to expect time-wse and repair bill-wise. The work was perfectly done and in a timely enough manner. Finding the car washed and cleaned as well as repaired was pleasant surprise, a nice touch.

Carl kept us informed about the status of the repairs on our car everyday. The repairs were completed 7 days early. We drove the car from PA to Virginia two days later. It performed flawlessly. The staff and technicians were excellent to work with.

They are good at repairing my car after my accident. They buffed my hood which was very nice and vacuumed the inside. If they kept in touch and gave me updates (my car was there for 3 weeks) I would have given them a 5 star

Gia and the team at Caliber made my repair so easy. I highly recommend going to them. They ended up sending my car to the Warminster branch in order to have it fixed sooner. I appreciate all of their hard work to get my car back looking better than ever.

I had a paint scuff & some damage to the bumper, another body shop didn't want to be bothered with ( my guess is the damage wasn't big enough), so after waiting 5 months for the other body shop, my insurance sent me to Caliber Collision, Jimmy looked it over, made all the arrangements for me, got my car back in a reasonable time!! ....My car looks great again, they did a great job!!! They don't honor their warranty and did a slap happy job. Parts weren't matching up inside, leaks weren't fixed, drips that they insisted they didn't do. They were good up until they became Caliber. My insurance company took me here, and these guys were outstanding. Car had some decent damage, and these guys were very upfront and honest with me from the jump. I had a disappointing experience at this auto body shop when I came in for out-of-pocket repairs. There were a lot of positive reviews of this location, so I had called 9/2022 to inquire about fixing a broken fender liner, but was told curtly over the phone to come in to the shop. Upon arrival, both representatives present were less than friendly. Perhaps they were having a rough early morning although I wonder if it has anything to do with my seeking a repair out-of-pocket instead of under the coverage of an insurance policy (really shouldn't make a difference in my mind but who knows). Regardless, one of the representatives finally begrudgingly agreed to look at the car. After a quick look, he informed me that the entire front bumper would need to be replaced for close to $2000 and that they wouldn't repair any components separately. Fortunately, I found another local body shop on a friend's recommendation, where I had just the fender liner replaced for $150 (was also quoted $1300 for the entire front bumper complex if I wanted that repaired down the road). While the staff at this shop may have been just having a bad day, I wanted to share my experience for anyone who may be looking for out-of-pocket repairs as a majority of the reviews here seem to be related to insurance claims.

Great place, I gad to get my card serviced after getting my Cadillac converter stolen and with the shortage going on Caliber Collisin could not have been more helpful. They walked me trough the entire process, recommended me my options, and even recommended me other shops if I wanted to go certain ways. The management staff is very down to earth and really care.UPDATE: Went back to pickup my car and had my girlfriends car with me that had an issue, although it was about time to close they still went out of there way and gave it a look, great people!
