This was my third or fourth time buying tires here. Dale Pensak's was recommended by a friend. I have not bought tires anywhere else in the past two years, and I haven't had a single flat. I was about to purchase all season radials, but I asked Dale about whether I should get snow tires this winter, as I live in Susquehanna County where the roads are usually rough going and we get our share of ice and snow. Dale had just been to New Milford and noticed how potholes have taken over. He suggested getting four winter tires that were of much better quality than the all seasons that I had bought in February (and were already quite worn from all the driving I do.) The price per tire was almost the same, and I knew three of my tires needed to be replaced. He said I should have better traction and wear with these new tires, and that the price has surprisingly just dropped, and they cost less than they did a year ago. The snow tires cost the same as the all season radials, and should last longer. Dale's garage always checks the rims and valves and removes corrosion before putting tires on. More attention paid to putting on tires than I have seen anywhere. He fit me into an appointment 24 hours after I inquired. And he has the sweetest dog, who never fails to play fetch and brighten my day while my car is being worked on. Finally, my car drove so much better with the new tires.

Love the new paint job and the quality service you get everytime. Also really like that he takes care of the local farmers and workers, just good people giving old fashion quality service!! Almost forgot to mention their great prices.

Fair pricing. Outstanding level of service knowledge and workmanship. I've been going to Pencak Tire for all of the tire needs for our fleet of equipment and vehicles for the last 10 years. I'll never go anywhere else. Sometimes they are so busy that you have to schedule an appointment a few days out but definitely worth the wait.

Called Dale about my flat skidsteer tire, brought it up after lunch. He took it into the shop for me and looked it over. He pointed out the crack in the rim and suggested a tube to prevent a return trip. He cleaned the rim up, put a brand new tube in it, and put the tire back on by hand. He's meticulous and straight forward. A fair price was had for the work and I was back in business. Five stars for Dale and his crew. There's a nice dog to throw a ball for while you wait.

Small shop that handles many types of tires. I've been getting my car tires done there for at least 10 years, now.Dale, owner, is one of the nicest guys I've met and is meticulous doing his job. The same qualities have rubbed off on his employees also.

Dale is amazing..i got there before my scheduled time and he got me in and out quickly..love my new tires..thank you Dale..my son recommended him and I am grateful to have had such a wonderful experience..very professional!

I have delt with Pensak Tire for several years and I won't go anywhere else. Great service, reasonable prices, I highly recommend Pensak Tire. Try him once and I know you'll be back.

You wont get a better job than up that guys place.They polish off ALL the lime substance that accumulates on inside of tire bead as vehicle ages,causes air to express every bump you hit,or temp season change.Gets tiring adding air to your tires every week to keep them wearing evenly..It was thick on this time and they ,(even when swamped with work,)still take the COMPLETE TIME to get it all off like showroom.Nobody does that anymore.I couldnt believe he spent that much time to get every bit of it off..RARE people actually care.I didnt let on I was aware,but they are honest up there.From now on,where Im going!!!!!Price was best around to boot..
