Great experience, Rory in Exton was very friendly and kept us updated. Had a minor issue I discovered a few days after pick up, went back and Rory fixed it right away in about 5 minutes. Hope I don't need to use them again, but if I do need them I know they will be great!

- Rude and offputting management. Unprofessional in-person and condescending on the phone when my usual place identified an issue without diagnosing it. I was already stressed by having to go back and the brusque response was unwarranted.- I had to go back because the issue was that an emissions code still coming up after repairs. They didn't wash the exterior of my car and the inside was coated with dust. They parked it far away and just had me walk to it, which felt oddly petty. Said it was miraculously ready the moment I called, after two weeks of silence, when apparently it just needed to be "driven more"... okay.- Clerical/billing errors came up several weeks after repair. If you're coming here because it's an Esurance-affiliated repair spot, don't. The communication between the two is awful. The appraiser left my entire deductible off the bill, which I had to just now pay in full with no payment plan when I no longer have that kind of money set aside. I just came back from a funeral AND had to have a pet put down, for Christ's sake.How could a positive experience become miserable so quickly? I've never experienced a turnaround like that. There are so few auto shops in this area that are compassionate, respectful, and trustworthy. The inconvenience and stress of all this pretty much assures that I won't be back and I'll be warning my friends/family. You would think that Esurance recommending a repair place would mean that it's more communicative.Complete lack of empathy from them when I brought up that I talked to both their employees AND my claims adjuster about the weirdness of not having to pay my deductible months ago. What else could I have done when they both shrugged their shoulders? Now the burden of that has been placed back on myself without any sort of meaningful apology. All they do is point fingers.

Received incredible service from the facility which was used to repair my vehicle that was involved in an accident. They were very communicative throughout the entire process, provided constant updates and made this an amazing experience! Very impressed by the high quality of work and the excellent customer service provided. Lee and his team made the entire process super easy and kept me in the loop all the way through. At the end my car was done 4 days early, which saved me a lot of money and they even took care of returning my rental.My expectations have been exceeded by far and I couldn t be happier.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

the work was ok but when my car was completed it took 3 weeks first of don told me I had to tow my car off the property cause my tire was bad and due to insurance reasons I couldn't drive it off the lot but he drove it around back to put air in the tire I would never use them they caused mr=e extra time and money the tow truck came and said that was insane there very full of it maybe cause I was a black girl with a nice car even my insurance said that was ridiculous

What a great experience! Every phone call was answered quickly and always with a friendly greeting! The communication was fantastic. Lee could not have been nicer and kept me updated every step of the way. He and Clay worked extremely hard to get my car back to me as quickly as possible without compromising workmanship! Great service. Friendly and kind staff. I had an emergency where my car s underside plastic and metal came off and it became dangerous to drive any further without scraping off or damaging the car any further. Dropped by to check if they can help, since I couldn t drive any further. Had an amazingly friendly person help me put back some nuts temporarily until I can take it back home or to the Honda service center to fix those plates and retention screws correctly.Extremely grateful for the timely and kind help and would highly recommend this place to everyone else. Wish you all luck and more and more customers.

My car was involved in a fender bender. Not only did they do an impeccable job fixing the fender but they also buffed out scratches that were there before the accident and cleaned the interior. Horrific. Have had my car for 23 days and counting for what was a fender bender with body damage. Go elsewhere and save yourself the trouble of what seems to a very poorly managed service shop that does not keep u informed and cannot answer questions regarding timing of a vehicle completion with any semblance of competency. Cannot opine on the workmanship because I still don t have my car.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Can t believe that the insurance company paid $10,500 to fix a 2014 RAV4. They did a good job but they need to get rid of the phone system that employs operators who know ZERO about car repairs. I had to drive over to find out that I needed to Press option 3 to bypass the system. Because when I chose option 2 for service updates the people answering the phone were no help with my question, they didn t offer to transfer me or have anyone call me back.

The customer service was excellent, and the repair to my damaged car exceeded my expectations. I just wanted to say 5 stars right off the bat without me even bringing my car there yet. I spoke to a women by the name Marilyn and asked her why I should bring my car there over other body repair shops. She spent the next fifteen minutes with me over the phone and explained why I should. I wanted to know how fast of a turnaround and she explained to me that if you want a quality job on your vehicle it takes time. That makes sense, I told her what kind of vehicle I had and she rattled off car parts that I didn't even know existed for my Cadillac. This was a complete surprise to me that someone knew more about my Cadillac than I did. This women knew her stuff and seemed like she worked there for twenty years. Marilyn totally sold me on you guys and the wonderful staff that you have. Looking forward to bringing my car in:)

Dealt with Roger to repair a dent on my roof from a Dump Trucking letting a rock escape the back. Roger made it easy, coordinated all insurance information, rental car. The work was done ahead of schedule. Car looks brand new. Professional, courteous service. Highly recommend! If I need body work again on any of our cars, I know where I'm going.
