The experience I had purchasing a car at Reedman Toll Subaru (Exton, PA.) was great ( the BEST!) The vehicle I test drove (2024 Legacy) I really liked but it didn't have blind spot feature I was looking for. Phil (Sales Rep. ) was able to locate a vehicle with feature ( also color I preferred ) in around a week. Phil and others at Reedman Toll were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I would recommend Reedman Toll Subaru in Exton to friends and family all day long! All good!!

The service team helped us tremendously when an issue arose a couple days after the warranty expired by time, but still had some miles left. They helped get it covered and had very reasonable pricing on other items I needed to address. I will continue to service our Subarus here when the need arises.

I bought my car 2 years ago from Reedman Toll Subaru of Exton. It was a Ford Escape, EUC with very low miles. The motor went months after I bought which was covered by Ford under a class action lawsuit. Reedman Toll got that handled immediately for me. Just 2 years later another issue with the car and all I can say is Steve and Jim have gone above and beyond what good customer service stands for in helping me in a very stressful situation and fast! I come in contact with a lot of people everyday that move here from other countries that need cars and I know exactly where I am referring them to. To me, word of mouth is the best form of advertisement and this dealership is truly top notch with customer service, follow-up and professionalism .5 stars no doubt!

I highly recommend this dealership. Both their car sales and auto repair services are great and very professional. I bought my 2024 subaru impreza here, and due to the snow in the previous weeks, the road was plowed with many potholes by the snow plows, and my tire accidentally hit one of the big potholes, which resulted in a flat tire. I was very nervous, but subaru's roadside service was very quick, a tow truck was on site within 20 minutes and there were constant text messages sent to me confirming my safety, which was a great relief and peace of mind. The tire repair was also checked and repaired by very professional staff. And I have purchased the program maintenance advantage plus (very cost effective), they covered all the repair costs and also provided me with a very comfortable car for temporary transportation. We recently bought a used 2017 Subaru Forester from another source and brought it to Reedman Tolls for servicing. Quite frankly, I was blown away by their integrity with the overall inspection, and the laid back and high level of customer service exhibited. We hadn t experienced this with a Toyota dealership, which was why we used a local mechanic.Their customer waiting area is also very accommodating with the end user in mind.

I was looking for a good reliable car for under $12,000. The current used car market is crazy. I saw a 2012 Hyundai santa fe GLS for sale on their website with no picture, 90k miles. I drove there immediately and i was helped by Chad. He was so personable and friendly, by FAR the best salesman i've encountered in my shopping. He was attentive, responsive, and he wasn't pushy or overbearing which I usually have that experience when buying a car. The car was just traded in and they had it in the shop for work. Chad took my number and said I have first dibs. He communicated clearly and frequently. The car needed 2k of work and Chad did it without upping the price of the car. Once it was ready i went to check it out, noticed a crack in the taillight with some condensation. and again they offered to fix it. They even provided a 1 year or 3k miles warranty, 2 yrs free oil change, lifetime free inspections. I thoroughly enjoyed my car shopping experience and Chad was wonderful. I will definitely look to purchase my next car here.

GPS in Subaru had started malfunctioning and was taken for service. Apparently the unit had to be replaced. The full cycle with post-test drive took over two hours. Fortunately it was still under warranty and the cost was covered. IT was worth the wait as that has been my most accurate GPS system , both in a vehicle or independent.

Best car buying experience! Reedman Toll are a great team! Our salesman Seth was great to work with and everyone here works as a team! I was even amazed at the follow up a couple days after we bought the car, to make sure we were happy with everything or to see if we had any questions! Aside from that, we are loving our new Outback! Many thanks again for making the process enjoyable!

This dealership has the best customer service and their work truly is top quality. I recently purchased a used Subaru Impreza 2.0i and the air compressor went out unexpectedly. I had a warranty with Reedman Toll Subaru, but unfortunately the part was not covered under it. Jason at the front desk helped me get full coverage for the part as a good faith purchase. I was pleasantly speechless, for this act of kindness was a Godsend given my frugal grad student budget. I was so impressed with their timely fix and assertive attitude to ensure customer satisfaction. Everyone is personable and attentive to your concerns. Subaru is made to last, and they go the extra mile to ensure your car is in the best care!

All of the folks here are awesome. They re super patient with me, who knows absolutely NOTHING about cars other than the wheels on the bus goes round and round. Joel walked me through all the things needed for my 90,000 mile service on my Crosstrek. Though I understood nothing from the conversation, Joel was super helpful and kind. They easily could have made $300 from me, but Joel was honest and said it s not worth the price at the moment. They are NOT here to cheat you out of money!They do tend to get very busy on the weekend on shortened hours, so be patient if you don t get someone on the phone immediately.

More excuses than solutions! A tire that had a nail was repaired with new weight and lots of RTV. Then a battery that received all green for perfect condition had corrosion on mounts. Truly have a hard time believing a word they say!

Recently had airbag recall service done. They didn't quite get the dashboard put back together currently and took 5+hrs. The loaner was clean and new. The waiting room and desk staff could have been more welcoming.Editing after new information:This place will never touch any of my cars ever again! Had an airbag recall preformed on two different vehicles. The first failed to correctly reassemble the dash, leaving open wires behind. This after taking twice as long as expected to finish the job. Coincidentally, soon after the service I discovered a loose throttle body inlet boot (a known defect for that year) that had been previously fixed and was causing no problems before the airbag service.The second airbag recall also took twice as long as expected: from Saturday into Monday afternoon. Wires were left hanging under the seat. That car is also experiencing an as-yet-to-be-diagnosed mechanical issue.I intend to PAY another shop to fix what Reedman Toll Subaru of Exton has broken. I will not trust them to preform any work on any of my cars.

Had a great Service Department experience here. I had brought our Subaru to an independent mechanic who diagnosed a bad transmission. Brought it to the Subaru dealer for a warranty replacement under power train warranty. Joel was our service advisor and was fantastic. He got us in right away, was able to diagnose the transmission sooner than promised and had a new transmission installed under warranty in less than 24 hours. No upsell, no hassle about the warranty. Really easy and pleasant experience.

I have to share this review and have also called Corporate to share this feedback. My 2018 Turbo Forrester had routine maintenance on 5/2/23. On 5/3 I was driving about an hour from my home to assist a family member who needed a lift to a doctor's appointment. I filled the tank, left the station and my car began to jerk, all lights on, no acceleration, and displayed a check engine light. I had to pull off the side of a busy road. I called the dealership that did the work the day before. The service person (very helpful and responsive--Dennis from Colonial Subaru) walked me through the best approach, including StarLink for a tow. I called Reedman Toll to let them know the situation and spoke with Ryan Riley, Service Manager. He assessed the situation, assured me that he would arrange a loaner car, shared that he was "85% certain he could have the car looked at fairly quickly" and kindly offered support. The car was towed and I spoke with Joel, a service associate, also exceptionally warm and polite, who immediately found me a loaner car. Mr. Ryan came out to the parking lot right away, popped my hood, turned on the engine and immediately identified the problem--a loose hose that modulates air flow for the turbo engine. He fixed it by hand and told me that "we'll get you out of here in no time!". He then tightened the hose bands in the shop, test drove the car and did not charge me. Mr. Ryan wished me luck with my son's appointment as did Joel. I am extremely satisfied with Subaru in general and Ryan Riley and Joel in particular. They followed important quality improvement and customer service principles and both were also very kind and friendly. Thank you for making what could have been a horrid day into a day that made me feel good about people, service, and Subaru!!

Well let me first start by saying, Reedman Toll what an amazing dealership. Matt was awesome from the very first time I talked to him he wasn't pushy he didn't try to make us feel like we had to get into a car he let us come to him and ask him the question. He was exceptionally professional. Answered every question I had before and after I bought my car. The Car Lot was amazing many different options to choose from. The entire place inside and out was clean an uplifting. Matt stood right up greeted us as if he's known us for years. The manager and the other sales people welcomed all of us! All of my questions and all of my concerns were quickly brought to rest. Each time I left which was three LOL. I left with a sense of security knowing that these guys really know their stuff about Subarus and how to treat people. We were offered a drink while we waited we're never left alone very long when they went to ask questions or find things out that we had asked questions about it. Had I known dealerships could be this amazing I would have bought a new car years ago and had I known that Subaru was so awesome I would have bought that as my very first car

I came in for a diagnosis on a leak coming in the back hatch of my Outback. They figured it out, I paid the diagnostic fee, parts to fix it, all good there, very quick. Then came the technician recommendations. I was informed parts needed to be replaced "for inspection" and then they tried to get me to get my inspection done over 2 months early. The additional costs would have been almost $2000 for something that another master-certified tech told me wasn't necessary and wasn't required for inspection based on what's listed on the invoice.Additionally, based on the labor rate listed, it showed taking just under an hour and a half to change just the front brakes, which is entirely ridiculous for a professional.

I recently had the opportunity to take my car to Reedman Toll Subaru in Exton to have a wireless charger installed, which was handled by Joel Shafer as the service advisor. I wanted to take a moment to recognize Joel for his professionalism, excellent customer service, and attention to detail. This was my first experience with the service team at Reedman Toll in Exton. I purchased a certified 2019 preowned Subaru from this dealership last year. I have done all the maintenance and inspections at this location. I was surprised and upset to learn I needed rear brakes and rotors on a vehicle I have only had a year and was inspected late in July. The used car manager, was not helpful or kind. He repeatedly said " I don't care" and lamented about his costs getting used cars ready for sale. I love this car and the service department is always helpful, but this recent experience with the used car manager, has left me feeling very dissatisfied and hesitant to recommend them to anyone needing to purchasing a vehicle. after posting the review The general manager reached out to me and we were able to resolve the situation in a reasonable way for that I am pleased. Hopefully the incident with the used car manager was a one off as the general manager and service depart were kind and helpful.

I highly recommend going to see Seth if you re looking for a new ride. In short, he s the man. Straight forward and we had a good laugh together. If you know what you re talking about he doesn t try to explain it all again, if you need help, he knows his stuff. Most salesman do not possess the ability to to work with their clients rather they only work for themselves. Seth will work with you and put a smile on your face. As for the low star reviews, I cannot attest to the service departments quality of customer care. I do my own maintenance to avoid dealings with any dealers service department.Anyway, go buy a vehicle from Seth!

The car battery that I bought at this dealership died after 1 1/2 years. When I took it in to get a replacement, they would only replace the battery if it was in my car to do a diagnostic test. That would mean having the car towed into their dealership at my cost. They refused to check the battery without the car. First, a battery should last longer than 18 months, and they should have offered me a replacement battery free of charge under warranty. When I told them I notified Subaru under the Battery Settlement, they said that is between Subaru of America and not Reedman Subaru. They did not offer me any solutions to my problem. This is my 6th Subaru I purchased and this will be my last with service like this.

Matt Temple is the best! He was so knowledgeable, thorough, kind and patient. He was honest, straightforward and down to earth. I never felt pressured or intimidated or lied to like I usually feel when looking to buying a car. It was one of the best car buying experiences I ve had. I highly recommend this dealership and Matt in particular!

My wife has had great experiences with the Subaru dealer in Glen Mills but this location in Exton is closer to home and we have had much different experiences with this place. She took her Subaru to the Exton location for a routine check up and the service manager said to her uh oh I have some bad news and then quoted her over $5k in repairs. The car is a certified ore-owned and warrantied but they said it wouldn t be covered. We took the car to the Subaru dealership in Glen Mills and they said that the estimate from Exton was both incorrect and that the minimal amount of work needed was almost entirely covered by the warranty. I wasn t going to write a review and just let it go but we took the car back to the Exton location because a test needed to be performed at the request of the Glen Mills location. Upon taking the car to the Glen Mills location today, after Exton supposedly completed the diagnostics, she was told that the work done by Exton was not done properly so the test needs to be started over. I will never visit this Exton Subaru location for any reason ever again.

5/5 Absolutely would recommend to anyone searching for a new car and wants a quick, seamless, and painless trip to the dealership. The team here was incredibly helpful right off the bat, every step of the way, and I m grateful for all their guidance. I recently got into a very bad accident and unfortunately totaled my 2017 Subaru Forester I originally got from here back in August. I had an amazing yet short-lived time with that car, but I knew I had Reedman Toll to fall back on to help me find another solid SUV. I came here only a week after my accident and left with a 2018 Nissan Rogue - amazing car for a great deal. Special thank you to Rudy, Shy, and Steve!

Went in for an oil change at 12:30, in my experience oil changes don't take longer than 20-40 minutes. I didn't leave until 2pm. And I really only was able to leave after I stood at the desk and asked a couple of times. I asked them to not do a full point inspection. I asked this as I was on my lunch break and really only had time for an oil change. On my work order receipt a full point complimentary inspection was listed. I asked the gentlemen who checked me out why that was on there and he said "it has to go on the work order".So, either an oil change took 1.5 hours or they did the complimentary inspection that I specifically asked them to not do. Either way. I was late getting back to work as this took up almost 2-3 times as long as I was expecting it to take. In addition to that I did not think that it was clearly communicated if my car was being worked on, if I was going to leave soon or anything really.

I bought a 2018 Outback here. Within a year, the battery needed be replaced. Then after 3 years, the short block malfunctioned and had to be replaced. Now, a year later, the brand new short block malfunctioned AGAIN. I was initially told it would be covered under warranty, but they have gone back on their word and are telling me there's nothing they can do for me. Ryan, the service manager, was horribly rude to me on the phone and threatened to hang up. Don't buy your car here....you'll regret it.

I had a good experience at Reedman Toll. Mike Lillis took care of us and he was very nice. He was extremely attentive despite having to multitask with several customers. -He's definitely an experienced pro! As with any dealership, you need to haggle for a better price, which Mike was very helpful with.They will match prices from other Subaru dealerships, so do your homework!My new Forester is AMAZING!!
