Great experience with Fred Bean of Exton! I ordered a Bronco in September and Trevor was great at communicating with me every step of the way (order, build, and delivery). Very knowledgeable, friendly, and seems to genuinely care about matching your needs into your budget. I appreciated the time he took to walk me through all the features of the car. Highly recommend!

We have been buying cars at Fred Beans Ford of Exton for years and have always had a positive experience. The staff is welcoming & friendly.Each time we ve leased a car, we ve worked directly with Joe Sarmento. He is wonderful to work with & will stop at nothing to make sure you are happy! Such a great experience! Joe was very helpful and worked with me through my many specific needs and requests like a supportive friend would be. At 4 11 finding a car that I can see well in and feel comfortable in is a real challenge. By the time I arrived here, I was feeling discouraged. The atmosphere immediately put me at ease, and the background music was great too. Everyone was friendly and knew their stuff. From start through finance, I couldn t have asked for a better car buying experience! Highly recommend!PS- For us shorter people, I found the Ford Escape works well, and I m very happy with my purchase! Thanks Joe!

I just purchased a Ford bronco sport this morning. I did the majority of negotiations and questions back-and-forth with Trevor via email. He was excellent! Then was transferred to Awesome Eli to finish up all paperwork and show me all of the car features and get it out of the show room for me to drive home! Excellent service from manager Brian speaking to me and thanking me for my purchase. Also new financing employee all great easy.I would highly recommend this dealership, and would definitely consider buying from them in the future! I had one of the most quick and painless car experiences ever. It was worth driving two from my hometown. Thankyou fred beans ford of exton for the win!

We just purchased a used truck from Fred Beans in Exton. The service was great. Dan Lane was our salesman and he was very knowledgeable, friendly and on the day of our purchase of the vehicle...we were in and out in under an hour. Everything was ready when got there. I would definitely purchase from Fred Beans and ask for Dan.

Stopped by recently and Eli could not have been more helpful. I'm in the market for a new work truck as well as a new car for my wife. Eli showed me an F-250 Lariat with a 6.7 power stroke. I had never heard of the tremor package but he was so detailed in explaining the benefits that i'm sold. He also helped me check out a very nice Ford Explorer that i think will be perfect for my family.

The personnel and the straightforward approach at Fred beans Ford of Exton made our car shopping experience one for the books. After a brief conversation before heading to Exton, we probably only spent about an hour for the entire transaction. Joe and the entire team we worked with made it an exemplary experience!

I just picked up a 2020 Mustang from here and was help out by Eli. He was honest, friendly and did a great job of making this process as painless as he could. I also had the pleasure of speak with John C and was a huge help in getting a deal done. Christophe from the service desk was exemplary going above and beyond my expectations of service and helpfulness. In the midst of helping others he took time out of his busy day to take care of my key fob issue in a matter of minutes. I had been searching for a great Ford service station to bring my future tune ups, and I can confidently say that I will return for all my future needs. I appreciate the wonderful customer service, the straightforwardness in answering my questions, and the integrity of the situation. I've already scheduled my next oil change, and I look forward to my future experiences.

Fred Beans of Exton is by far the number 1 Worst place in the world to take your 2017 Ford P.O.S. I DONT KNOW HOW YOU CANbe a technician if you can't even spell it into years I've never been treated worse & outright lied to by incompetent so called mechanics literally yelling at my spouse to put gas into a car that doesn't move 40 k e give goes 9 grand 2 months after the transmission goes 8600$ that's almost 18 grand don't forget 541$ a month for a car that's only been driven for 4 months inthe 3 years we unfortunately own having never missed a payment my background is navy trained Diesel mechanic somehow they said the took it on A 15 mile test ride outright lie #4 thers no engine or transmission lite on its fine UNBELIEVABLE I told them when it was dropped off it took them 3 months and me involving a friend from ford's involvement forthem to declare what I already new covid ruined me I don't have 8600$ for a7 certainty not after putting 9 grand into that P.O.S. THEY DIDNT TRY TO NOTIFY ME TO MOVE THE CAR THEY ABANDONED the car Iriver 700 feet from the dealership my bank has frozen all my accounts Cancelled my CC all my checks are bouncing its completely caused a hardship like you can't imagine All payments made instill have not recieved an email a letter r or a phone call I realy hope ford provides good health insurance I can work with dumb but there's no cure for stupid I stretches review will never be seen by anyone its the gospel truth every word there now denying the vehicle was ever there #????

I recently purchased a brand new 2022 Bronco Sport from Fred Beans Ford of Exton and had a great overall experience. The dealership is crisp, clean and modern, the finance team was transparent and my sales rep, Joe Sarmento, was first rate. Joe ensured the car I bought met my needs and went above and beyond to help me throughout the purchase cycle. The day I picked up my vehicle I was in and out with no funny business. This was easily the most seamless car buying experience I ve gone through and would highly recommend.

I just purchased a brand new Ford F150 Lariat and I couldn't be happier. I worked with Dan Lane on building a custom order and he was fantastic. I never had better customer service before when purchasing a vehicle! It almost took a whole year for it to arrive and all the while Dan answered all of my annoying text that I sent him. Just a genuine awesome guy! The rest of the Fred Beans family were very nice and helpful. I'm proud to be a member of the family with my new Ford! I highly recommend purchasing a new vehicle here! They are second to none in my book!

I brought a van in for service, received the quote for repairs and asked for an itemized list for parts since the parts quote was $515 for some wheel studs and lug nuts. The advisor Christophe said they are not allowed to give out itemized lists. He told me what was on the list so I called West Chester Fred beans to get the same items quoted and I was told the total for those same parts was $147. I informed the advisor and he got defensive and said that's what the parts cost at his store to do the repair. I would not trust any pricing this dealership gives you. I will not be servicing a vehicle, or buying parts at any Fred beans location again.

I happened to find my car with an unhinged side mirror after going through an auto-carwash. Ugh. I pulled into Fred Beans Ford of Exton and Joe Sarmento and Damion Moser were kind enough to take a look at it, spend a little time getting it hooked back into the grooves and working properly. They were so very helpful--OH, by the way, I drive a SUBARU!! I pulled into the wrong auto dealership, yet they didn't wave me on to the Subaru dealer next door, just took it upon themselves to orchestrate the repair. To offer that kind of customer service to a non-Ford customer shows they have fantastic customer service for all their customers!

This is without a doubt the best Ford dealership in the tri state area. The sales and management team is great, they all go above and beyond to make your experience first rate. Definitely the place to buy your next new or pre-owned car, truck, SUV, etc. Even if you have to go out of your way do it, you won t regret your decision!!

Buyer beware. Don t believe what they sell. Bought a certified used 2020 Ford plus what was described as a new car warranty . Took car for first oil change and inspection. Car has 25,000 miles on it, bought it with 22,000 miles. Through the customer portal I was told the car failed 4 key things to pass inspection. Fuel injector, wheel alignment, balance/realignment, and tire rotation. When I asked how putting 3,000 miles on the car yielded all that I was told don t worry you will still pass inspection but you have to get these services done or the maintenance will just build up and you will have to get new tires sooner and other things will break costing you more in the future. Total cost in the customer portal was going to be $500 total. When I went to pick up the car they said we applied coupons for you total is $500. Ummmm? It was $500 before the coupons. Ford, never again. Bad representation of your brand through Fred Beans.

I just bought a 2021 F150 tremor from this dealership. Trever was my sales rep and he was awesome! Very easy to talk to and easy to work with and very down to earth. Pat worked out the numbers to get the truck I wanted for the payment I wanted and overall thanks to both of them I had an amazing car buying experience! Could not be happier thank you!

Don't buy anything here, I bought my first car here, a 2020 Ford edge, when they sold it to me they told me that it was almost new and had practically everything new and in excellent condition and a couple of days ago I did my first oil change and I had to pay a amount of 700 dollars because they had to change the entire injection system because it could be worse, so I wonder the following, how does this happen to my car if I only use it to go to the gym? I think they sold me the car with that damage and then they charged me for that repair at the first oil change, I feel scammed, terrible experience with these people who like to take advantage of people, be careful!! and the customer service in the service area is too bad, I would like the police to investigate these people

With the help of Joey Sarmento my husband and I were able to buy our first brand new SUV together. We came in not really sure of what the process entailed but Joe answered every single question we had and made this experience a great one. I highly recommend this dealership. I must start by saying a big Thank You to David McNabb and Joe Sarmento at Fred Beans of Exton ! Very recently I bought a Ford F-150 lightning from the dealership, and the experience was nothing less than a 10 star. As we all know car buying experience can be stressful or challenging, but not at Fred Beans of Exton. I was referred by one of my close friends, and he was not wrong. Joe and Dave are absolutely a joy to deal with. They were thorough professional and really worked with me to get to the price point I wanted to be. Did not push me to make a decision on the spot. Very respectful and accommodating with the sales. I must say, I will recommend anyone to give them a shot, as you will not be disappointed. I am so happy that I chose them over 7 other dealership I went to, and by far Fred Beans of Exton sales was the best. Car buying experience and "love" doesn't always go together, but dealing with an young gentleman Joe Sarmento, I have no hesitation in saying, "I absolutely loved the experience" ! Thank you Joe, David and Fred Beans of Exton for making this purchase a smooth, sweet and memorable one.

I entered FB- Exton just to look at new vehicles as I was looking into possibly trading in my 2020 Ford Ranger. My wife (Caryn) and I were met by Hiep Luong as we were starting to look at the new Ford Broncos. Hiep was apparently new to the Ford Family and was transparent about that. However, in the overall, you could not tell that he was new. Hiep was knowledgeable and kept both Caryn and I in the loop as the purchasing process moved forward. Heip was very apologetic for the longer than usual time spent in the dealership as they were getting slammed with other customers (a good thing) and were obviously short-staffed in some of the departments. After all was said and done, Caryn and I drove out of the dealership in a 2023 Ford Bronco Sport (which I looked at on-line several times). We are loyal to the Ford Brand and have 3 Fords in the family (2 Escapes; 2014 and 2023, and 1 brand new Bronco Sport). Should the need arise to get another vehicle, I will not hesitate to seek out Hiep when I step through the doors of the dealership again.

Christophe was there from beginning to end! He reached out via text to schedule my warranty repair appt which was very convenient. While it feels like there's always "something" that needs to be fixed, I appreciated that Christophe took the time to explain what additional services were needed and why, and that he was honest about what could be done at home vs. in the shop. When I changed my mind a few hours later and decided to move forward with the services, Christophe was a quick text away! The online service approval and payment system was user friendly and efficient. Thank you!

Worked with Joe Sarmento at Fred Beans Ford in Exton. Had to wait a year for my custom 2023 Ford Maverick Tremor. Joe and the rest of the staff over at Fred Beans were patient and helpful to me as I bombarded them with questions and changed my order a couple times before the build date. Super excited about the results of my experience there.

Sales people here are great, I purchased a 22 Bronco sport here and everyone from sales reps to finance are amazing. But ever since Fred beans took over the service center has gone downhill. Advisors will do anything to avoid warranty work and are not the nicest people. Go to the west Chester location for service.
