I took my Oldsmobile classic in for a simple oil change. I noticed an oil spot in the garage so today I parked and got under the car. The drain bolt was so loose that I could turn it by hand. It likely would have completely fallen out after few months and my engine would have been destroyed by lack of oil pressure. Oil changes are not difficult but this Firestone appears to lack verification of key actions - checking drain plug is tight. You lost a customer today for life.

They do excellent repair work but did not receive my approval before starting recent work on my car.Luckily the bill was only around $130 initially. If I had walked in and been told "oh yeah we fixed it already without your approval, that'll be $1,000", I would not have been satisfied with a discount, I would have flat-out not paid.Good work and good people but they seem to be slipping with managerial and administrative matters like these.

Scam, avoid at all costs!! ZERO STARSI took my car for state inspection, oil and tire change. My car is in perfect condition if not for the one tire. They changed a different tire and was initially reluctant to give me the changed tire. Finally they gave it and it was another one. I ended up changing the tire at different garage. The car had a battery of 1.5 year old and had no signs of any depriciation. After paying the bill and when I get to car, the battery is completely drained and car won't start. I left my car at their place as there was no manager. They did not inform me about the battery at all. When asked, they were saying "it can happen and the battery is bad, we can help you jump start it for free or we can replace a new battery at cost." I was furious and told them I am coming down to the store to know what happened. After few minutes got a call from manager saying that they will change the battery for free and they did it. THEY ARE FISHY.The bill says they put 5.7 QT new engine oil. The car travelled for 1800 miles since then. I see low oil light on my dashboard. I am not even going there to question them about it come back with more problems. They will do anything to get more money out of you if you don't know little details.

I went in to get the state inspection, came back a failure because I needed the bearing on one of the wheels replaced. I ended up letting them fix it just so I could pass the inspection. Paid over $600 to get it done. A few days later I heard a strange noise from the same place they supposedly fixed, a noise that wasn't there until they checked my car. Went to a different car shop and they told me the bearing was bent and needed replacing. Never coming here again.

I had a terrible experience at the exton location! the receptionist was a complete jerk! they told us our car would take 6-8 to complete and not to come back until the next day. they called us 4&1/2 hours later saying the car was done. I told them I could come until later that evening. when I came to get the car they said they saw something else and to come back because they didn t feel comfortable let the car go. when I called for an update on the car they said everything was fine and I can come get the car. they had fixed something else they saw wrong on the without my consent and expected me to pay for it. the receptionist was very rude about me becoming upset and it took him a while to call his boss and the boss told him I didn t have to pay for the extra work. this experience put a bad taste in my mouth, especially because of the receptionist energy!

They got my car in right away, diagnosed the problem quicker than expected, had the part I needed delivered to them and my car serviced in a short period of time. The staff explained what the issue was so that I understood what was needed and by doing so greatly relieved my anxiety. Despite how extremely busy the office & shop were, everyone was courteous, patient and friendly.

I have been a Firestone customer for years. My appointments are scheduled quickly and the service is completed in the amount of time stated. Brian typically works on our vehicles and I have confidence in his work.

I had an extremely bad experience. I refused to have an recommended service done due to budget out of three recommended service. For that, I exepeienced disrespectful, hostile and vindictive behavour. When I had called and asked if firestone coupons available on firestone site was applied, they said yes. When I actually paid and saw the invoice, I did not see them. On questioning, they kept on harping that I have not done of the service, and they changed their story one after another about they can apply only half of the coupon amount and then change that they cannot apply same coupon for two different parts on the same ticket and so on and so forth. I heard a lot of excuses and sneers like I was doing it for only $10 coupon. They even handed a 10$ bill which I refused to take and kept it in front of me at their reception desk. Overall it was very disrespectful and dishonest behaviour by a group of employes including the store supervisor. That leaves a very bad experience for me.

I called this firestone after their closer location to me wasn't able to help me. The nice guy that answered the phone (03/07/24) said I could bring my suv in that same evening for an oil change. Service was quick and everyone was so welcoming. I highly recommend the Exon firestone over any other one.Thanks again to the gentleman that gave me this appointment and was very helpful and got me in and out of there in a timely fashion.

Any Firestone is a scam beyond tires. Even then, check your brakes and anything else they might have messed with, they will mess your car up to drum up their business.

Called Bud this morning to see if they'll put tires on my F350 dually. He said yes and to bring it in at 2. I got there, and they said they won't do it.

Called ahead to see about a tire installation. We were told they had availability. We showed up and an employee was sitting on the couch watching TV. Thought alright maybe he's on break, that's fine. We stood at the desk waiting for someone to help us for 15 minutes and then gave up and left. The guy never even acknowledged us. Terrible customer service.

I had very bad experience from these guys,I bought tires for my three vehicles from there then I find out that there damage my Mercedes sprinter van by the lift that they re using to lift the cars then I went back to them to show them the dents in the van and they said that this is not from them anyway I went back to them after three months to do a rotation and they said that to me this van not allowed to go inside because they are too big so my question is why did you guys change the tire for this van and damage it from the beginning since you know that this van is too big to go inside or you guys just need to take the money from The customer and you don t care what s gonna happen after that I really don t recommend Anybody to go over there.Services: Tires, Transmission repair

I highly recommend this Firestone location. They service my car on the regular and brought it in today, not knowing what to expect. They stand behind their work because the issue was one I had recently and they were happy to rectify the problem. Only go here if you are expecting to come back with various other issues, Took my car here for a break repair and they were far too quick. Didn t double check anything was in a rush when they had a whole day! Stick with your local shops! We are from out of state and found that this location was very helpful with keeping our car until the items we needed arrived. They did a great job and were extremely helpful and professional. Highly recommend this location.

Managers are thoughtful and communicate clearly. As a woman, it's on my radar that a tech or manager may not take the time to explain things to me or really answer my questions. Here I get all the information with clear service and personable staff.

I was told it will take about 2 hrs. to do Alignment and State inspection but it was more like 3.5hrs. I didn't mind waiting but their waiting room was missing basic amenities no cups for water, WIFI speed was about 1Mbps(that's as low as it gets) and power outlets didn't work. Apart from that I think they were over booked, it took about 20 min to check me in. I would recommend dropping of your car for any service.

Been coming here for many years,, but with a change in management, and a lack of respect for me and my customer loyalty, I see no reason too return. Wife's car was having "check engine" problems so had to take the car there more than once. Dropped it off, but they still could not locate the source. Manager got snippy because I was expecting not have my car sit there the entire day, although I had dropped it off. I wasn't important because I wasn't waiting? Don't think so. Last visit resulted in the car's transmission having bucking problems although it was fine before the visit. I find it too convenient for it to be just a coincidence. Took the car to a transmission shop, where the transmission was replaced at a cost of hundreds of $$, and the "check engine" light re-appeared. I don't accept incompetence, so I have located a smaller shop that fixed the problem on the first try, and then noticed that my brakes made excessive noise. Rust, I was told, was the culprit, but my new place boiled it down to the cheap pad material, and that the work was not properly done with an extra effort. After years of being a Firestone customer, I'm done.

Bring your car here if you like wasting money. I got an estimate for tires and they called after I dropped it off and said they thought I said a different model and it will cost more than what was agreed. They also said that my license plate bulb was out if I wanted to do an inspection. It was my front fog bulb not the license plate. Scammers.

I have been using the shop for 15 years without any complaints. They have serviced many things for me (spark plugs, engine gaskets, fluid flushes, brakes, tires, inspection, alignments, etc...) I like Andrew and the team a lot. Everyone treats us well and I've recommended the shop to just about everyone else (I have a least 4-5 friends that agree and get work done here, too).Just yesterday I had brakes and rotors put on our MB GLK, very happy with the service.

We went to this place immediately after a car servicing since the place we visited did not have capability to change tyre. They were trying to oversell and identified issue with the battery which was replaced half an hour ago. If you don't know much about what you need to fix in your car these guys might rip you off. Beware. The wait time was incredibly high after them committing to fixing the issue in 1 hour.

UPDATE from 12/8: I went back for more work and here's my review: Ted has now helped me twice with my car and the issues I have brought it in for. I have never had the level of excellent service anywhere else. He treated me exceptionally well and explained everything in detail about what needed to happen, the issues, and what services they did perform. I couldn't be happier with the level of service I received. Thank you, Ted! I will definitely recommend this service center and Ted!10/11 work: Ted did such a great job on my Malibu! I can t think him enough for how much he helped me out. I am extremely grateful and pleased with the level of service.

I had gotten a flat tire at 5:30pm and called them to see if I put the spare on and got the car there within 20 minutes can they take a look (they closed at 7). They happily said yes. I got the car there by 6pm and I was out the door with a fixed tire within 25 minutes. For $21. I was extremely happy with their service.

Woke up to a flat tire. Needed a set of tires fast. Size 255/35 (low profile). Called around, not many places could R&R that tire size. Tires were ready for install at 3 o'clock. Did a state inspection (sticker extra) and alignment check for free. Great service! Friendly and professional.
