I ve gotten my car inspected here twice now. I drive an older car so it has some typical maintenance issues that have been fixed at a reasonable price and very quickly. Definitely recommend this shop!

Our family has been going to C&N Automotive since the early 1990s. Chuck and his staff are very professional, they provide excellent service, fix the problem right the first time at a very reasonable cost and are very courteous and honest in their interactions with me and my family. If you appreciate saving time, money and eliminating aggravation - go to C&N for all your auto repairs. Absolutely love the service there. Chuck is very direct and honest. Service is always done very timely and with good communication is something is wrong. Ability for after hours drop off is also a huge plus.

I've been coming here for many years and Chuck and his team are dependable, easy to work with and honest. I've done oil changes, tires, brake work, suspension work, state inspections throughout the years on several vehicles. This is the shop I trust to do light and especially substantial work I'm not willing or able to do on my own. Very professional, dependable and highly recommended.Service: Oil change

I agree with Glen Lang (I do not know him) that we have had the same experience. They are honest, courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. We take multiple vehicles. You will be delighted taking your vehicle to C&N Automotive!Looking for an auto mechanic you can trust ... look no further!Bought tires from tire rack delivered to C&N, install great and no problems. Chuck did a 55k check for my daughters lexus 200nxt. C&N performed with excellence and made changes where needed. I have a lot of confidence my daughter's vehicle is where it should be. You have to have a lot of trust and I do and recommend anyone try C&N automotive. you will be thrilled.

I have been going to C&N Automotive for approximately 15 years now. I couldn't conceive of taking our cars to anyone else. I have been using C&N for over 20 years. I found a good mechanic and stayed with him. I have never been disappointed with work performed which ranged from state inspections to timing belt changes on various car models and I do not hesitate to use him whenever an problem arises with my vehicle.

We have taken our vehicles to C&N for over 25 years. They have consistently been professional, efficient, on-time, reasonable and have gone above & beyond to serve us. Prior experience with other mechanics and dealerships have included incompetence and even dishonesty. We've never ever encountered either with C&N. We have recommended this shop to countless friends and associates over the years. None to our knowledge have been disappointed. There are few businesses with whom we've had such longtime dealings with such a perfect track record. You won't go wrong with C&N.

Been a customer of C&N Auto since 2017. You don t come across many people in the auto industry with this a level of honesty and professionalism this high. Chuck revived a beaten up Grand Marquis for my first car and has been my family s choice ever since.Highly recommend this team for your mechanic needs. Thank you Chuck & crew!

Good mechanics are a dime a dozen, but honest ones are hard to find. One word comes to mind when I mention Chuck and his place: Honesty.I have a 2000 Toyota Camry w/ 153k miles. 3 weeks ago I needed front brakes, but am not a fan of the Tire Plus nearby. I heard of this place and decided to give them a try. I could not have been happier with the outcome.First job was replacing the front 2 rotors and pads. Brakes felt buttery smooth; best they ever felt in my opinion. Went back a week later for an inspection and oil change. I knew my tires were bald, so I expected them needing to be changed. I had all 3 of those things done, and had him check out the leak that I noticed about a month ago (I thought it was oil just from previous incidents). Turns out it was power steering pump was the culprit. Went back today for that repair and I could not have been more satisfied. He even cleaned off portions of my engine where the PS fluid leaked.My take: Chuck is a fair person, has been open since 1994, and even has his family work with him. I went to ask if there was anything else he saw that needed repair, and he said, not that he saw (of course I know he didn't look at everything, so I wouldn't blame him for something that fails in the future OR the rust gets too bad). What I did take away form it all is he is an HONEST person that doesn't take advantage of a customer by recommending unnecessary repairs. This is key to what makes a good mechanic, great. Been going to C&N for years now and have recommended them to others. My friend who regularly uses them has had similar good experiences. These guys have always dealt honestly with me. I don't typically post negative reviews, but this upset me so much I felt I needed to. Had been using C and N for years to service our cars and always thought it was an honest place to go. Recently we spent a large amount of money for two separate repairs to our jeep within a 3 week time frame. After the second repair, we found out that the frame rust was so far beyond repair that it had to be scrapped the next day due to it being unsafe. With the amount of times it had been in service at the shop in the almost 2 years we owned it, and it had also been inspected there in the spring last year, we should have been told about that damage well before then. We felt very taken advantage of after this and will not be returning.Services: Exhaust, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

Chuck was wonderful! He was able to find time to squeeze me into his already busy day, and was able to determine the issue quickly. He gave me several options as well as estimates for what I could expect to pay. He even found my fianc�'s sunglasses, which I had written off as lost and gone forever! I can't recommend C & N enough!

my car was in the shop for 2 weeks without a loaner car, $638, and 2 extra break downs later, to replace a fuel pressure regulator (2 small bolts, located on top the very top of of engine) and a crank shaft position sensor (1 hour job tops I pulled it off and cleaned it on the side of the road in 30 minutes)... I don't find this to be a fair price for this job as the book says 2 hours tops for both little sensors. Along with no mention of needing an oil change (gas in the oil is very bad for a car), What technically could take an hour with the use of a scan tool was over charged seeing as my car broke down twice after as I asked them to look at the fuel filter the first time it was in and it was overlooked and fell off, not fun when your car leaks gas all over Exton main intersection and you have to get creative with a tennis ball and no gloves or jack. I ask why it took so long to diagnose and he said there is not magic wand, but what else is an obd2 port for?). Coil bolts were also loose when I received it back a second time, along with bolts that hold front fender on. They reattached my body kit better but the way I had it, it was supposed to be loose and have play bc its fiberglass and I have a steep driveway, I think this is where the bigger bill came in? Chuck is great but I am very unhappy with my latest visit. I would recommend if you need quality work, but the price, wait time, and communication is hit or miss.Service: Engine repair

Chuck is very honest. We've gone to him with various vehicles for many years...he's never done a repair when a less expensive thing (adjustment) will resolve an issue. Chuck has always stood behind his work as well.

The service was exceptional! I came in for the annual safety and emissions inspection, and Chris did a great job, and I was in and out in no time. I would recommend C&N to anyone. Finally, a real person answers the phone when you call - no phone maze.

I highly rate C&N Automotive in Exton, PA for their fine workmanship and service to our vehicles. Chuck, the owner, is very polite and responds to our needs with a professional approach. Service is always outstanding and Chuck and his crew leave our cars clean.C&N is located just across from Main Street at Exton making it a great location.I highly recommend C&N for your auto service needs!

I have been going to Chuck for 30 yrs. The best! Customer Service is what you used to remember. When you go, it is like meeting members of your friends or family. Just go you will love them and the positive experience will bring you back.

A good auto mechanic is like a good doctor, once you find one you like you'll go out of your way to see them. I moved out of the area, but still drive here to see Chuck. Very happy with C&N.

Correct location is on Route 72 in Newark DE just past BJ's. Best mechanic in the area. High quality work at reasonable fair pricing. I have used the location in Newark Delaware.
