Highest Recommendation! Don't bother wasting your time going anywhere else but here for any and all your auto needs. Drew, Ike, and the team of mechanics are phenomenal and really know their stuff. You will get top notch customer service, excellent pricing, honest diagnosis and/or recommendations, and even a follow up call. They take the time to explain what's wrong, what you need or don't need and what's next. I'm so glad I found Advanced Auto!!

I cannot recommend this place enough! Transparent, accommodating, and honest. They will tell you exactly what it is your car actually needs without the deception of trying to gain extra money for no reason. They gave me recommendations and put no pressure for maintenance where pressure was not needed. We need more places like this to thrive!! I most definitely will come back again and recommend the shop to others in the area (or even beyond). Excellent job - this company should be proud of the service they provide to the community.

This place is amazing. Which is a representation of the people who work there. I mean, anyone can give you great service, but to have a great personality behind it??? That's win-win for me. Drew and the rest of the crew are so helpful and kind. I have been going there for 4 years now via a friends recommendation. I have been impressed ever since. Recently, they repaired my wife's car tire lickity split !! If you are looking for great car service from friendly, kind, communicative and fun people, this is the place to go!!

As a woman, going to the mechanic has always been one of my least favorite things to do. But since moving up here and finding this shop, I can say they always take care of me. Have always fit me in when I need help at the last minute, and it never feels like they're trying to nickle and dime you. Truly appreciate this shop and their team.

Super happy with the service! Staff was super friendly and helpful, they help me with the state inspection. They explained everything to me as this is my first car, they also gave me some tip regarding my car for future reference . They are taking covid seriously, everyone is using a mask and making sure all of us are.Again super happy

Honest, caring, and good work. Thank you to Drew who quoted the work on my Audi and helped me get the best deal in town. Thank you to Mike for his expertise and kindness; I never felt that I was being led astray or tricked, and I trusted my car in your hands. Thank you to Ike for your straight-talk and recommendations.I brought my car here for work that the dealer quoted at over $2800. Mike got it done for much less ( plus add-on work that would help the life of my 10 year old vehicle ). This is the best financial decision I ve made this year. What a great experience!After a month of trying to figure out what to do about my car troubles, I got back behind the wheel with the peace of mind that comes from working with honest people who really seem to take care for you. I am so, so happy that I took my car here and highly recommend them for anyone!

These guys are some of the best in the business. They provided a great update about the state of the car and upcoming maintenance that will be needed and serviced a few needed items during my inspection. The price was outstanding and the service was impeccable, including a shuttle to/from their service center. 10/10 recommend! If you re searching for a trustworthy service shop, look no further. We have taken our vehicles here for both inspections and smaller services such as oil changes and have had nothing but outstanding service. The technicians are friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. The technicians complete the work promptly and communicate frequently on the status of work. Even getting in for an appointment is a quick and straightforward process. We have been so pleased with the team s customer service focus and pleasant attitudes. We could not recommend more!

AASCI just did a post purchase inspection and driving test of my "new" car with 94,000 miles. Very thorough. Being on a fixed income, they provided estimates of how many miles remain before next required maintenance services, with estimated costs, through the upcoming year, for my financial planning. Only needed an alternator belt for now. If you are looking for a fair and honest auto repair shop in the Exton/West Chester area, I highly recommend Advanced Automotive Services. I rarely write reviews, but I am writing one for these guys because they went above and beyond to take care of my older vehicle. Ike, Drew and Team did an excellent job of troubleshooting and repairing a very difficult set of engine codes, dashboard lights, and intermittent stalling and transmission issues. I wasn't sure the vehicle was worth saving, but their patient testing and perseverance got my car back on the road running perfectly at a reasonable cost. Their communication is always prompt and courteous too. We initially found advanced automotive when our car was overheating while we were in the vicinity. We were fortunate to have found such excellent mechanics. They were very kind and expeditiously replaced the broken radiator in our car. We have been using them for service for our vehicles since then and we ve been extremely pleased. They are very friendly and very capable mechanics. We strongly recommend them!

Excellent customer service! Our car needed an unexpected tire change, and the staff was able to drive us home so that my wife could still make it to work. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone!

Thumbs up. Drew, Mike and Ike and all shop workers who may have worked on my Toyota Venza, Crown Vic or Buick Century Back in the day are Honest Mechanics and Shop workers who are transparent with great communications and more than competitive pricing and value for service. They are normally stretched out due to their popularity. It is normal to expect a few days of waiting time. That doesn't impact their quality of services, as I know. All the problems are addressed properly with the appropriate tools, spare parts and procedures (yes I saw that). Advanced Automotive Service Center is excellent place for my car services. I really appreciate genuine guidance provided to me after service completion. As other reviews said, everyone here is friendly and helpful! My case was special since I have a broken bolt inside my bike rack, not even a car issue. Ike and Mike still offered to help me with it and got it done nicely.

I just moved to the area - and as a single woman finding a new mechanic that you can trust and build a relationship with is really hard. From the very first phone call, the guys at Advanced Automotive Service Center made me feel comfortable and informed about every step of my maintenance. They were incredibly transparent and upfront about costs and what was immediate, what could wait, what would be a good proactive approach, etc. - I couldn t have found a better place to call my new home. I would recommend this team to ANYONE who is looking for a long term mechanic team to hey to know your vehicle and provide your service needs.
