I rarely write reviews, but after such an amazing experience I felt compelled to share with everyone. Sam took me in for a second opinion on a Friday. In under an hour my car had been test driven and fixed. Because of Sam s honesty and genuine desire to help I saved over two thousand dollars. As a young woman it s so difficult to find an honest and reliable mechanic, but I finally found one and I am referring everyone I know to Gear One the next time they need work done on their vehicle. Such a relief. I cannot thank Sam and his team enough!

John and his team do excellent work at a fair price - very professional and knowledgeable. I would use him for all my car repairs. Outstanding service. Found this place after my mechanic retired and am very glad I did. Work was done timely. I had to leave car and pick up after closing which they were fine about - even let me pay later after coming back from being away. Very friendly and willing to work with you. They did a excellent job installing the timing chain in a Cadillac SRX. They took on the job with no hesitation, where six other repair shops in the area refused, I guess from inexperience or couldn't handle the job. Sam n John gave a very fare price for a job of that caliber. Very professional, and give your car back show room clean. Check them out. Rick n Deb Stevens.
