Negative stars. It s not my fault. They re slow and it took them five months to partially finish my car. I really began complaining when my rental from Enterprise not only got towed, but took and I never got back any of my belongings in my car, which was hundreds upon hundreds of dollars worth of things. As you can see by the pictures when I got my car back the H on the front for the Honda, which was broken was completely off. I have no inside panel on my back door which cost three or $400 there s parts of the outside of my car that they didn t even paint or pretend to paint or fix. My car was about $11,000 worth of damages. It should ve been totaled and it may as well have been in the condition. They gave it back to me and I would never recommend go there if you d like your car and don t send anyone there if you like them.

They didn't put my car back together properly & wouldn't correct it. The parking brake now digs into the driver's seat cushion where it didn't before. They not-so-politeltly told me what to go do with myself. Don't expect quality work from these people.

Great body shop... Got my BMW 750 rear end done there and it came back amazing... and even the guy who washes the car b4 they give it back to you does a great job...Everyone is friendly as well...Great Place

Avoid. Call another towing company.These guys picked me up after a fenderbender on Penrose. My insurance guy said 14 days, Cicconi had my car for 73 days. Every time I called to check on my car throughout the months I kept hearing "10 more days" . They finally called me on a Friday to tell me it was done and ready to pick up, when I called to give a heads up Monday morning that I was coming they said it wasn't done yet. Finally have it back, now it makes weird noises at 40-50mph and items that were in my car are missing.Add that I had my crash while moving around their tow truck, parked in the middle of Penrose.Don't do it. Call another company.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

"BEWARE"OF THIS SHOP.On 5-28-2023 I hit a deer. Had my Ford Taurus towed to Cicconi. My Gico Inc man came out next day. To go over the damage. There was almost $2,600 in damage done to my car. Gico alowed for a 6 day work order. It's August 23,2023 and my car still is not done. I've called left message/email. Spoke to the owner 1 time only. He blamed it on the lot guy. Than told me that Gico didn't come out right away. I only had a rental car till July 4,2023 Sence than I've had to put out of my pocket with over $1,800 in Uber going to work and back because my car not done and still in there shop. I had to work. I'm a single mom trying to make it out her. No parts takes 3 months to get in. I used Cicconi for over 10 years. I did not know taking your car to get fixed would coast me over $1,800 out of my pocket in Ubers. This is "NOT" include my $750 deductible I still have to pay. Once said and done this shop has coast my family alot of money. There's "NO" reason why any ones car should take an extra 2 Plus months to fix a car. I just hope I get my car back this year. A 6 day work order turns into 2 Plus months. NO WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS. THINK "TWICE" PEOPLE. BEFORE TAKING YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SHOP. I HAVE PAPER WORK BACKING EVERYTHING UP. THAT I HAVE SAID. NOW I HALF TO TAKE THEM TO COURT. I HAVE NEVER LEFT A BAD REVIEW ON ANY BUSINESS BEFORE NOW."BEWARE PEOPLE "

I was rear-ended while parallel parking and had damage in the back and a front wheel. A tow truck showed up and convinced me to go to Cicconi. Never again! It took them 16 weeks to get my car done . I was told 3 weeks initially. After a month I was told 3 more weeks. Then for the next 6 weeks I was told they were waiting on parts. And then "next week" for a couple weeks. I was teased for the last week with "tomorrow" every day. Phil repeated told me he'll call me back and never did. When it came time to finally paint the car it was 10th in line and they only do 2 a day. I had to wait an hour in the office once they said I could pick it up. While I waited, I listened to the woman in the office try to find files for other customers and complain. The business is total chaos. I finally got to drive my car home and the steering wheel is so misaligned it was awkward to drive.

I don t believe I ve ever written a negative Google review and I definitely don t take it lightly, as I always try and give people the benefit of the doubt. However, I was very disappointed with my experience using this autobody shop. It took 45 days to receive my car back after an accident. 45! For a car that would have still been semi-driveable had the wheel not popped.While at the scene of the accident, a tow truck from this autobody shop appeared at the scene and stated that they could tow it to their shop for free and coordinate repairs with my insurance. In hindsight, poaching cars at accident scenes seems advantageous and slightly manipulative of people already in an emotional state from an accident. However, I take ownership that I should have done my research prior to letting them take my car. And I can't fault them for eliciting business (although if they can't handle the business they elicit in a reasonable amount of time, they shouldn't have taken it to begin with).Once towed, my insurance paid for repairs and labor within 2.5 weeks (an initial payment and a supplement). It took another almost four weeks for them to repair my car. Four weeks! This alone is frustrating, but the lack of customer service is what really upsets me. I called often and requested a call back on at least eight occasions. Not once did I receive a call back. When they did answer their phone, the pick-up date kept changing. First it would be ready by the end of the week. I d call at the end of the week and they d say oh no we need another week . When the end of that week came, they d say oh sorry, it s still not done. . When I finally asked to speak with the owner/manager, he was very kind on the phone and promised that he d work on it over the weekend and have it to me by Monday. Monday came and went and the car was still not ready. Nor had I received a call from them to tell me this.Fast forward, my car is finally ready for pick up. I go into the office and sit in waiting chairs while they finish up detailing the car. The employee answers the phone, puts some man on hold and yells This man s calling AGAIN in an exasperated voice. In front of a customer (me). I can only assume that this is how she spoke about me each time I would call asking for a simple update. How unprofessional. Not too mention, I picked up my car and the tire pressure light was on.I have nice rental coverage on my policy. I had a rental car for a month. Which should have been more than enough time to repair damages. Instead, I spent an additional two weeks ubering once my coverage ran out because they could not finish the work in a timely manner. The time it took upsets me, but the fact that they never ONCE called me to discuss details of why it was taking so long and never ONCE called me back when I requested it leaves the worst taste in my mouth. Me calling and asking for information was seen as an inconvenience to them. Would not recommend.

I trusted this business with basically me and my daughter s lives to repair my car and make it safe to drive after a hit and run. After numerous phone calls and trips back to the shop for issues that I thought were minor, it turns out that they actually made my car worse. I now have a trunk leak that is very dangerous considering the wire harness that is located in the trunk as well as a bent rear rim. My car shakes so bad I m terrified to drive it. My insurance company paid for the rim replacement but they didn t replace it, they just had it resurfaced to remove the scrapes only. The original owner, Lou, sold the business less than a month after I got my car back. After months of getting nowhere with the new owner he finally agreed to make the repairs. I took my car to his shop to get repaired. I called 2 days later and nothing was ever done to my car so I picked it up and told them I would bring it back for the repairs today (when the window repair guy would be coming). I called to find out what time they would be and I was told they would need to keep my car for 2 more days. Absolutely not, I will not continue to be inconvenienced. So I asked for a rental since they were gonna need to keep it again. The new owner, Phil, advised me that he spoke with Lou and he said no. So basically they stole my insurance company s money, said they did something that they did not do and sent me on my way in this death trap.

Quality and experience under the same roof!! Cicconi paints/touches ALL MY CARS!!! Well they used to until Lou sold the business. You Can t take one over chic fil A with a McDonalds mentality

If you Don't Want The Job Done GREAT, & u want u cheap, rush job go somewhere else!This Place Is GOING To Make SURE Your Car LOOKS BRAND NEW!!They have to be able to keep the customers patient, they have to stay within a certain price range, and keep the insurance companies happy!So they get 5 Stars for being PRECISE With There Work, And For Helping Me Along The WHOLE WAY!

Running a scheme with tow truck company- did absolutely nothing for my friends kia but charge $650 and scheme with the tow driver. Awful business, taking to small claims court.

I got a flat tire driving down i95. I pulled off and found their shop was the first I came by. I walked in a little desperate looking for some help changing my tire. Someone came out immediately and within 5 minutes had my tire changed and didn't charge me. They were so nice and went out of their way to help me !!!

Well done work. Very thorough and the workers there were very nice. My car looks brand new, very happy with how it turned out. The employees and those on the phone were very friendly and professional throughout the process. I would recommend!

Best in the business! Lou and the team take care of their customers and actually take great pride in the finished product they give back too their customers. Handled the whole process of the insurance claim highly recommended and professional service A+++++++++

Total scam artists. Took all the money from my insurance company, and never actually fixed my car. Ended up having to take my car to another body shop and pay out of pocket for the repairs. Lou Cicconi is an absolute scumbag, the worst of the worst.

I recently bought a 2018 Cadillac XTS sedan in New York City and I wanted to remove the front license plate holder. The owner of this shop told me he was not interested in patching up the holes, he was only interested in replacing the whole front bumper. Basically what he saying is he's only interested in my business if he can make a lot of money off me rip me off and I think it's quite ridiculous that he wants to replace my front bumper of a brand new car just because there will be two tiny holes in it that you can easily patch up and paint over. I will never give this guy my business.

I hit a large mound of ice and my front bumper was hanging off. I went here and they bolted it back on and didn't charge me a dime, no lie. This has been eight years ago and it's still hanging in there, knock on wood, Lol

If you want top-notch service Ciccone's is the place to go from the person that receives you to the person that does your vehicle this is an A plus plus plus place I recently broke my arm got into a little car accident and they were so awesome from helping me get a rental to telling you how to get the car fixed what to do I can't say enough about this place my car hasn't been cleaned in weeks because I broke my wrist and when I got it back I was nothing but excited and happy and overwhelmed at how well they took care of me and my car it is so shiny new they do such great work I cannot tell you enough good about this place Lou is number one....THIS Auto shop ROCKS.

The owner is dishonest. The guys in the shop seem to do good work though. I personally haven't spent a dime in this place.
