I needed an oil change done recently and didn't have time to do it myself, so I brought it here. They got me right in and right out, and the prices were fair. I'd definitely go back again.

I have been here more than once. I love that they have all of your vehicle's information and what you've had done in the past right in their computer. And that they take care of things ever so quickly. The last time I was there the gentleman (Brian) told me I didn't need my oil changed yet and could go 2 or 3 thousand more miles and sent me on my merry way! I was really impressed that he was honest and didn't take me for my money. A rare thing these days. I recommend this place and the guys there %1000

First time using Valvoline Express. Friendly, knowledgeable staff that work together as a true team. Services completed within 10 minutes as advertised which was so convenient as a busy traveling nurse. Will definitely use them again!

This was a very well put together operation, it really was like watching a pit crew work. Took my vehicle in this week for an oil change and wanted to thank the staff for their honesty. Last week I sent my girlfriend in to get an oil change on our van since we would be going out of town. The guys working alerted her to the fact that we still had about 2500 miles before next oil change. It wouldn t be needed due to always using the full synthetic oil we always use. They were willing to change it but took the time to alert us and not just change the oil. We always use this location and are happy to know they have integrity. I spoke with both the manager and assistant manager and made them aware of what transpired the week earlier. They appreciated the positive feedback and both said that it is part of the job to make sure they take care of the customer with honesty.Service: Oil change

This place has changed ALOT since I was there just a few years ago. Rude staff. The one guy acts like Mr know it all. And just like majority of other businesses, are taking advantage of the pandemic and/ or the war, or whatever other excuses they're using to price gage us. No excuse. I will NEVER go back. I used to be a regular there. But after moving back into town and going there for thr first time in 3 years and that experience i just had there, I'm good. They too should be ashamed of themselves

Fast and efficient service. They hardly took ten minutes to get the oil change done for me. The prices are very cheap compared to the others around. Adrian, Joshua and David were working while I was there. They got a good sense of humor too!! Great work

I'm always in a hurry, so Valvoline Express is my "go- to place" whenever I get my oil changed.I've always had an easy, fast and professional experience without ever getting out of my car.Also whenever my car is due for service, I receive reminders in the mail with coupons attached. This place is highly recommended.

I was in need of an oil change and I m new to town so wasn t sure where to go - i went to WalMart where they told me it was a 2 hr wait! Discouraged, I left and I happened upon this establishment and I truly feel so lucky. Walmart did me a HUGE favor - Not only did they put my mind and embarrassment at ease as to the condition of my car - they had me in and out in no time at all! I m so grateful for the excellent and pleasant service I got from Adrian, Dan and Josh ( he s SWEET!) - you have gained a new customer! I work in customer service do I recognize and appreciate when it s excellent! Thanks again!!!

I paid $65 for a full service oil change. It only took 10 minutes. They didn't check or fill my tires or check and refill any other fluids as promised, not even wiper fluid. I had to check and fill my own fluids later and my tires too... They also played a little game where they poured the new oil in at the same time that the old oil was draining. So in the end they lied to me about checking tires and checking/filling all other fluids and then did a s*** job with the oil change itself.

Very fast oil change. I usually go to Monro and it takes an hour. About 15 minutes here. I had an issue with a leak and went back right away and they made sure that everything was ok!

My husband took my vehicle for oil change and all fluid levels check (I specifically told him my windshield washer fluid tank was empty and if that's something they do, to please have them fill it). after services were "complete," my husband asked if the the windshield wiper fluid had been filled, and the tech responded "yes sir, it has, I filled it." A few blocks away, my husband decides to wash the windshield . . . EMPTY . . . never filled. To someone this may be a very small issue . . . but actually it's a BIG one considering he had been LIED to about the service provided . . . it makes one wonder what other service was said provided and not. $85.00 later for an oil change and a lie, my husband turned around and went back. The washer fluid was then filled, apology included BUT . . . will NOT be going back again.Services: Transmission, Tires, Oil change

For Oil Changes they are Great! However, I needed a Transmission Oil change n they do not have this Service. When the website said that they provided this service. Please Update your Website.

I ve been taking my cars here for awhile now. The guys are amazing. If I have any questions or concerns they are always on top of it and give me recommendations. And they are super fast. In and out.

STAY AWAY!! My last oil change was at this place a few months ago. Went to two different places today to get my oil changed again and neither place would touch it! They said that whoever changed my oil last stripped out my oil pan and they were not going to touch it so that they would not become liable for it! So now I can't get an oil change and most places are quoting me over $200 for a new oil pan!!!!!! And good luck getting these guys to admit fault!!! This is a terrible place! DO NOT go here!

Friendly in and out service. Also honest. They checked and said I didn't need aa change, gave me a time frame to bring my vehicle back. They could've told me anything, but didn't. That's 5 's in my book
