They weren't busy so I was able to pull my vehicle right in & get started. One of the workers took my info, while the other got busy changing the oil. They worked well together, so the process went smoothly. I got to stay in the car the whole time which gave me a chance to look for any coupons I might be able to use. There's a $7 off coupon right on their website. I'd definitely recommend getting your oil changed here, fast & great service!

Awesome service by the 2 guys working but they could definitely use a 3rd person. Constant 2 or 3 cars waiting while I was there, I think some left because of the wait and it could've been faster with another set of hands. 5 stars for the 2 gentleman working! To the owner: please hire another person

This is my 3rd time getting an oil change here. It s not only convenient but I appreciate Robert and Brittany for the no pressure sales and their ethics! Very important and I will return!!!

I always have great service when I come to valvoline on 26th st. It never takes more than 20 minutes and the servicers Roberts and Brittany are the best. Very kind, professional and efficient. They know what they are doing and Robert is always informative on the services he s doing and what I need done. They are my number #1 Oil change spot! Highly Reccomend.Service: Oil change

The two gentleman that did my oil change on Monday 7/24/23 were the most amazing and helpful guys I will be back to this specific location for oil changes vs peach street thanks guys11/16/23 Brittany and Robert again made it a pleasant experience they were very nice professional and nice to deal with thank you for your service

This Valvoline location is the one I recommend to everyone, especially when Robert and Brittany are working! They make a dynamic duo and get things done with ease and efficiency. I was here for all of 2-3 minutes and they took care of everything necessary (and then some!) Come here for all of your car oil needs!!! 10/10!

The staff here are absolutely fantastic. Always upbeat, kind, and easy to chat with. But best of all, they're as fast as they are good. I'm never there for more than 20-30 minutes - even if there's a car or two ahead of me! They check all the things they need to check, but never try to 'trick' you into replacing parts unnecessarily. I never take my car, or my husband's car, anywhere else, and I haven't in years.I still come here when I visit from Chicago.

Robert and Brittany were AMAZING! They are prompt, professional and ask you specific questions so you know they actually care about their customers. This is my go-to for Oil Changes. Love them!

Rob, Justin, and Brittany are courtesous, and professional whenever have I stopped for an oil change. I have been a longtime customer for several years. I think Rob has been there the entire time. At every visit, I have been greeted with the same refreshing level of customer service. In fact, they service all the cars of my entire household. I would highly recommend going here if you care for your vehicle and desire trustworthy, knowledgeable, consistently top notch service!

Rob and Brittany were amazing. They are quick, friendly, and made everything super easy. You just pull up, stay in your car, and they get you on your way! Once again, 5 star service! Brian, Justin, and Seamus were all super friendly and efficient. They advised me that my air filter probably would be just fine until my next service, but I chose to have it changed immediately. Although there was a car in the bay, and 2 ahead of me, I was serviced within a half an hour. I really appreciate the attention to detail and the teamwork. I love how fast they are. They are always so nice. Robert and Brittany were awesome. They also have a great sense of humor. I will never go to a dealer for an oil change again. Why wait an hour when the people here are so great, friendly, and quick!!!

Good customer service. been going up there for years. very very professional and honest, every single time. I say honest cuz I ve been to places when they would try to tell me something needs replaced, like an air filter for example, them not knowing I just changed the air filter prior to the service, Just so they can sell their stock. Keep doing what u guys are doing. Salute.

Brian and Justin were wonderful for my first experience at this Valvoline. I am 8 months pregnant, and was looking for a place to go that would get my oil changed without me having to get out of the car. They were kind, courteous, and made it extremely easy for me to be in and out! I will definitely be returning!

Got an oil change and they seemed very respectful and very nice. Got my oil change done and left. I drove for maybe 30 minutes when all of a sudden I heard scraping and sparks flying from behind my car come to find out my skid plate is hanging on by two screws . Lost all the screws to the metal plate but not only that my black skip plate in front snapped off and nowhere to be found. I personally will never come back to that place again I m forced to take my skid plates off in the rain and spend money to find another.. thanksService: Oil change

Bad, disappointing service. They overfilled my car with oil !! You know, like you're not supposed to do because it can cause serious engine damage? The clues are the black oil drip spots that continue to appear in my driveway. I need to drain oil from my car and clean oil spots from my driveway. Oil changes should prevent engine damage, not cause it!
