I recently purchased a used Silverado. The salesman was awesome. No pressure. I was in the market for a truck and he showed me all they had and answered all my questions. I had a budget and he worked with me to be where I wanted to be and I felt like I was able to get the truck at a great price. I purchased an extended warranty and had a few things fixed and the service was second to none. They were able to get me right in, used OEM parts and made my overall experience fantastic.

I was very impressed with the customer service, Tom helped me order tires on the phone. Quinn thank you for being patient with my 10 thousand questions. And John, made quick work of changing out my tires and putting my summer tires in bags and neatly in my car. I can't say enough nice things about this crew.I hit a deer with my other vehicle and now I'm thinking I'm bring my Tundra here for the body work.Fantastic experienceGreat people

It s probably been 30 years since I ve purchased a Toyota so I haven t had a vehicle serviced there in a good 25 years. I purchased a used Jeep in March and you sent me a reminder to have the vehicle serviced. My plan was to go to a jeep dealer but thought I d give you a chance to perform the service since you sent me a few reminders.I am very happy I did. Everyone was extremely helpful and courteous. It just seemed like everyone was happy to be there, even on a Monday morning. I may be looking to trade my other vehicle for a hybrid or electric in 2024. Makes me want to start looking at the Toyotas to see what is available. Hats off to your service personnel/department for doing an awesome job.

Seamless transaction from the moment I walked in the door no HARD SELL sales pitch no badgering salesman very enjoyable experience worked hard to meet my needs and searched the surrounding area to find the vehicle with my required accessories hoping the follow up service if needed in the service department can equal the outstanding service supplied by Greg in the sales department

My Service Advisor Quinn explains what I need to know about my vehicle. Taking the time to ensure I understand even though I know he is busy. My technician Nick R is the best! I'm glad they're on the same team! I have three vehicles, two of which are not a Toyota and I wouldn't go anywhere else to have them serviced!

I Purchased a new Tundra on Thursday and decided I wanted a Bed Cover. Parts ordered it Thursday, it came in Friday morning and was installed Friday afternoon. Fantastic Service. Thank You very much. Greg Pintea.

Friendly and helpful in the parts department. Parts prices weren't too bad for a dealership. Oil filter price was just over $5 and change. Highly recommended.

The service staff at Superior Toyota is great. They are very efficient and thorough when checking your vehicle over. Yet they don't seem to look to do unnecessary items on your auto.

The service department at Totota Erie is terrific! Very efficient check-in process:Multiple excellent, knowledgeable service "coordinators," so there is no standing around waiting for someone to help you. They send updates on your car and let you know right away when it is finished or if there are questions or info for you. Best service experiences possible!

Dropped my 4Runner off first thing in the morning and picked it up the next afternoon. Replaced valve cover gaskets, spark plugs and wires, and air filter.
