I've been to this location twice within the past year. Both times, had a tire that needed repaired (not the same tire fortunately, fyi). I will say they are honest, respectful gentleman and the work was done fast. I was extremely comfortable with our interaction both times. Very affordable for a quick fix and I would definitely recommend their services to anyone

Shoddy, shoddy work. Two of the rims and wheels were gouged severely in several places and inexplicably covered in grime (car was left with them clean, no wheel/rim gouges) after a simple tire change. Owner tried to deny any responsibility.I try to patronize local shops in Erie in part due to my family history, but this place is an embarrassment.

They are the best there is!! Had a flat tire, knew it was getting close to the time when they would close. I called and I got there & they fixed my tire. Have always had superb service there and would NEVER go anywhere else. Best place you'll ever find.

I bought tires. Buy tires from them and you get free tire rotation. When u take it in each time for rotation they tell ya you need lug nuts and while I was waiting in waiting room I heard the same line to 2 people on phone. When I denied the lug nuts and told them they hit me up last time for that, they never rotated my tires. I had marked the tires. Lug nuts my own mechanic said there was nothing wrong with them and my own mechanic did rotation. Used to be a good business. Now you are greedy and deceitful. Shame on you. Do not recommend them at all. You do not treat your customers like that!

I stopped by Tires for Less as I had a tire with a slow leak. They were able to take a look at my tire right away and found a nail! The technician was able to repair the tire on the spot for which I was very grateful. THE AAA tower had recommended this garage as one that does not work on commission and could be trusted! I'll be having my car inspected by the crew at Tires for Less from now on!

My first visit with Tires for Less on W. 12 th Street was a pleasant one. Quoted me the most cost efficient pricing for 4 new tires. Upon arrival I was greeted by friendly employees. My tires were replaced in less than an hour. I will be giving them my business again.

Needed 4 new tires for my Honda CRV. Excellent Excellent service. Same day. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I cannot say enough good about them. They helped me find a quality tire.

I spent $850 on brand new tires and they refused to give me an alignment. I asked if they do alignments and the older gentleman acted very detached and said they don't. I asked why it's offered on their sign. He then said they do but they're too busy. He did not go out of his way to help nor schedule an alignment. When you're spending that much money you would think you would get better customer service instead of a cavalier man sitting and being too busy reading a newspaper.

Nasty Nasty Nasty Nasty Nasty. I wouldn't recommend anyone doing business here. The manager is absolutely disgusting and so are the employees. They need to treat people better. I'm so glad I'm not taking my vehicle there; I wouldn't put it past them if they "accidentally" disabled it. And absolute NO for Me.

Norm is one outstanding man and is The Man....Always gives you his honest opinion along with an honest price. He follows through on the job and is always prompt with his work. I have zero complaints and over a hundred compliments on how good the service is here. Dont think twice just call Norm:)

Always great service!I've been buying tires here for many years. The staff is always friendly and attentive to my needs... the price is always fair, not to mention they rotate your tires for free.(when you buy from them) I highly recommend Tires for Less, a great locally owned business serving the Erie community.

The guys at this location are stellar. We called early in the morning to ask for pricing on mounting and balancing our snow tires. We were advised by the gentleman on the phone that they were pretty booked up, but we could drop off our rubbers and rims and they would fit us in. From the moment we dropped off to the moment we picked up everyone we interacted with provided excellent service. They were knowledgeable and friendly. They helped us haul the wheels out of the car and then back in. It s the little details ,like providing tire bags, that show they care about their customers. Last but not least, their price was fair and reasonable. We will definitely return , and next time make sure we have time for them to mount them on to the Vehicle :)

Extremely satisfied with the service done to my vehicle definitely will be back for all routine maintenance! Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful especially when I came in looking for wheels and rubber. I simply gave them my idea of what I was looking for and they went above and beyond what I anticipated the outcome to be!

Excellent service. Took my car to get inspected and the rear coil spring was broke. They ordered the part and had me back less than a week later to have it fixed. Not only was it fixed in half the time quoted, but at a lower price than other places. They even called me in earlier so that I didn t have to miss as much work. Highly recommend.

Honestly the best groups of guys I've ever met. I was a huge pain, calling multiple times because my car needed towed in but I couldn't get ahold of a tow. Once I got it in around 4. They had it done with an hour. They replaced something I didn't even know was broken. Put air in all of my tires. And even put my car on the rack to try and find the mystery behind the awful clunking sound my car was making. Staying well past business hours. I cannot say enough great things about them!!! Thank you again guys for being fantastic to work with!

They did a great job on my Jeep, and didn't try to bs me into unnecessary "repairs". They offered advice about my suspension, but didn't try to pressure me into any parts. In the two hours I sat and waited for my Jeep, I observed them being very professional and respectful to everyone in there. I was presently surprised.

I went to get new tires yesterday, I called to get a quote and they informed me it was a slow day and they could get me in quick. I was hesitant because I would have to bring my 2 and 3 year old children. I informed them of this and they assured me they would even turn the channels on the tv to children's shows. When I got there they had the work order all ready and took my car back right away. They were done in 30 minutes. The waiting room was clean and accommodating, even for my children. They were super friendly and it was an amazing experience! Thank you!

As a woman, I always feel out of place going to any sort of garage. They gentlemen that work here are outstanding. Every time I call or stop in, they are all so friendly and make sure to educate me on what needs to be done and why. They don't just try to rake you over the coals to screw you out of money like a lot of places treat women. Would recommend to anyone!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Tires for Less and it's owner Norm Loesch. He opened his business back up after closing for the night so as to replace a tire for my pop-up camper and fix the spare tire that we had also. He left a bonfire with his son to save the day for a stranger from Michigan trying to get to a campsite another hour and a half away. I am eternally grateful for the kindness he showed myself and my husband that day. We didn't meet him as we were also added by our tow truck driver in the facilitation of this endeavor but we owe him a huge debt.

Had my windshield wipers repaired in February, took 3 hours, they stated that it took so long because they had to tear it apart and put it back together several times before realizing something was bent. When I got into my car I noticed 2 small cracks coming from the bottom of the windshield underneath where the inspection sticker is. When I went back in telling them of the cracks they said "oh yeah" when we were fixing the wipers we noticed some small cracks way underneath. (Never mentioned anything to me before working on the wipers) stated it must of spread because of being in the warm garage then going back out in the cold. I asked what they planned on doing because the cracks weren't there before. They told me their boss wasn't there that day that I would have to come back the next day. But not to worry because my insurance should cover it... or it could be repaired. I took the car to safelite the next day and they stated it could not be repaired but would need replaced. My insurance deductible is $500 for a windshield. Cost of the windshield was less then $400. So I went back to tires for less to see about them paying for the damage. When I walked in the guy who spoke to me the day before gave me a smirk when I told him why I was there he stated there was nothing they were going to do about it. Needless to say I lost my temper and left, my boyfriend stayed and spoke to the boss who agreed to pay for half of it. Just completely unreal. When I took my car to another shop they said without a doubt the damage was done when they "repaired" my wipers transmission. 2 months later my wipers quit working..... stay away from this place! They are dishonest and have no idea what they are doing.

Highly recommended. Super helpful. I drove into Erie from Jamestown, and after stopping at a few nearby stores, i heard my left front tire start to grind when i braked. It sounded horrible as I headed back home. I pull in to this place at 4:30 on a Friday & they close at 5:30. I walked in told them my problem. A super nice guy immediately test drove it and came back and said my brakes were froze up. Needed calipers and pads. They ordered parts and had my car fixed and ready to go before 5:30. During Covid no less. All wore masks, very friendly. Great store!! Thank you again guys!!!

My husband and I were very impressed with this tire store. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. They went out of their way to try to save us money . The end result was that they literally saved us hundreds of dollars. Don't remember the name of the main man at the counter, but he had a very professional attitude and was very polite. The fellow that helped us figure out what was wrong with our Land Rover tire (I think his name was Ryan) was a very sharp dude. and gave us excellent advice. Forget Walmart and other tire stores....this place is great!

Name says it all, tires are really much less then other shops. Great work and customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Ask for Norm, owner is a really nice guy who prides in taking care of his customers. Hope this saves you money!

Upfront pricing and speedy service. Even though it is first come, first serve, I was able to get 4 new tires in about 30 minutes. This was especially great since I had my two little ones with me.

I live in Toronto and was visiting my parents. Of course I got a flat, and of course I have a high end car that always requires special order tires. I was quite upset, and the gentleman who assisted me (I think his name was Mark) was so kind and helpful. He managed to get my tire in about 24 hours.

Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. They took the time to explain what was the problem, where the problem was in my tire, options for repair and pricing for the repair, all with no pressure!!! Plus, had my issue fixed much sooner than I expected. Wonderful experience!!!!
