I just bought a new 2024 Cadillac Lyriq from Frank Baruch at Roth Cadillac. It was a 100% positive experience. Frank didn t have exactly the model I wanted in stock, so he found one at another dealer and got it for me. I was a little hesitant about owning an electric car, but after five days I am finding my new Lyriq to be one of the best cars I have ever owned. Frank Baruch was great to work with and I can definitely recommend him and Roth Cadillac.

Scumbags.. the manager Jim is a liar and a fraud.. sold a car from under me because he wasn t making any money via financing. Do not do business with these people under any circumstance.

What I love about Roth Cadillac is they quoted me an hour and a half for PA state inspection and emissions and it only took an hour and a half. There was grease left on the interior from the mechanic and they said bring it in as soon as possible and will clean it and they held their word.Highly recommended

This was my first time buying at Roth Cadillac and the experience was excellent. I was happy to find a gently used XTS at a decent price. The salesman, Frank, was very professional, knowledgeable, transparent, and applied zero pressure. Jim, the general manager, was also great to work with and open to negotiating the price. They were perfectly fine with allowing me to bring the car to my own mechanic for inspection, who gave it a thumbs up. 'Doc' closed the deal with utmost efficiency and friendliness. A great experience overall. Hopefully, service there, as needed, will also be a positive experience.

Roth Cadillac definitely deserves a 5 star rating. From my first contact to my final purchase, all the staff involved were courteous, professional, and treated me like family. I highly recommend Roth Cadillac for anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Wouldn't buy anything here. Everything on the lot is overpriced auction vehicles, no inspection stickers on most of the vehicles. The manager Jim was unprofessional when questioned, made it seem like it was a privilege for my wife and I to be looking there. We were very insulted. Do Not Shop here

My experience with Roth Cadillac was probably the number 1 best buying experience I've ever had. From Jim, the general manager, to Frank, my salesman, and Doc in finance. These guys were all awesome. Transaction was swift and so accommodating. Frank went over every detail and answered every question I had. I can finally say i really enjoyed the car buying experience. Thank you all!!

We live 2 hours away from Roth so when we saw a car we liked on their site, we wanted to have a deal in place before making the drive. We worked with Jim, the GM, to have negotiations firmed up including valuing a trade-in. When we virtually struck a deal, Jim agreed to hold the car for us without a deposit. We drove up the next day and at first thought the dealership looked a little dated. We quickly learned that the look was intentional because this is the oldest Cadillac dealer in the US and they still do business the "old school" way. Even though we were buying a used car (and not even a Cadillac or Audi), we were treated with respect. Another couple was in front of us so while we waited, Frank - a wealth of car knowledge - showed us our car, explained the technical details, and let us take it for a drive. Then he shared stories about all the classic cars on display as well as new models in the showroom. Great guy! Finally, David (Doc) in finance came to us and had our paperwork expertly ready to go. 15 minutes later we were on our way home. This wasn't our first car purchase by any stretch, but it was by far our best buying experience. We love our new used car but honestly love Roth and their people even more!

I'm from Alabama and stumbled upon Roth via Autotrader. They had a used Jeep that I was interested in. Frank was great to work with. He sent photos, and answered any questions I had. We did the deal completely by mail and phone. Very easy. Great customer service. Frank offered to have the vehicle shipped but I opted to use my own services. Again, very easy and professional.

Roth is also an Audi dealership. I drive an Audi. The car is still covered under CPO warranty. I did not purchase this vehicle from Roth.I have been delighted with their service department. They have on two occasions gone significantly out of their way to accommodate me. They are always polite, pleasant, and professional. Good guys.

I used to go with my Dad who was an expert with cars to dealerships when it was time for a new car, after he died I was worried because I don t know much about them and it seemed overwhelming. Andrey made the entire experience incredible, he was straight forward and honest and made sure every step of the process I was comfortable and knew what was happening. I m extremely happy with the car I got it fits my families needs perfectly and was a great deal I honestly couldn t have asked for a better experience because of him and would highly recommend anyone regardless of their knowledge of cars go to see him when it s time for a purchase.

Best Service I've had from a dealer. Going home to Canada we had flat tire on highway had tow truck drop us off late at night at Roth Cadillac. Service manager had car on lift tire off and got us back on road by 9 next morning. Would recommend doing all my Service there if we lived in Erie. Thanks to the service department Excellent service.

Beware. Typical bait and switch sales tactics. I called on a car they were listing to make sure it was on site. I was told it was being detailed but would be ready in the AM. I called in the morning to confirm it was still available since I was driving 2 hours to come see it. I was told it was. When I showed up salesman told me it had already been sold that they had been working on the deal for days. They will do anything to get you to the dealership, don't go out of ur way. The car in the add may not be real.

Andrey was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable, not pushy and quite personable. Dave treated us with respect and got us out in a timely fashion. Our experience at Roth Cadillac was very pleasant. I recommend them to anyone shopping for a vehicle.

They understood a problem of my own making in about 2 minutes. An hour later my CTS was aligned, tires rotated, and the issue I brought the car in for was resolved. Outstanding service and a great sense of humor from the professional staff. I'm buying my next Cadillac and every one thereafter from Roth.

Their body shop caused an extensive amount of damage to my vehicle s electrical system while it was in their body shop.All they did was deny and said they did nothing. Turns out the battery died while it was in their possession and they jumped it backwards causing upwards $3,000.00 in damages.

Greg and Mitch were awesome to work with! They treated me with respect from the moment I walked in. They didn't use the typical sales tactics like "wait here for my manager" or "let me go talk to my finance guy." The manager and salesman were transparent and open with me from the get go and gave me a good price up front. I was in and out, I got an amazing deal on a great car and I am very happy I stopped in to Roth Cadillac!

From sales staff to business office our purchase of a 2022 Cadillac CT5 was a pleasant experience. Fair trade-in value for our 2017 Cadillac XTS and thorough and cordial service from start to finish. This is the 9th Cadillac we've purchased from Roth since 1997 because we've always been treated well by everyone, including the service department.

Was pretty excited to go in and buy a brand new 2022 ct5 or ct4. When i got there to my surpirse I was treated like i didn't have enough money to buy anything. When I looked at the car I was interested in the dealer told me oh you know that's a 2022 right..?? Whatever that meant. Then proceeded to tell.me he was busy and walked away. No one wanted to deal with me. Seems like they wanted to judge a book by its cover. Little did they know I have 60k in my pocket ready to buy lol. Will never come back here.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Jim and his staff at Roth Cadillac/Audi. We have to say that it was probably the easiest and most pleasant experience we ve had in purchasing a car over the past several years. I would definitely recommend them as your first choice when shopping for a new/pre-owned Cadillac or Audi.

I just bought my first used car from Roth Cadillac yesterday. Gregory North was the name of my Salesman and he was great! He gave me a great price on my trade and an awesome deal on my new car!! He was also very honest and fun to be around! We will be conducting business with him again in the next few years when we buy a new car! Have been servicing my vehicle here for 2.5 years. Communication is weak, though the repairs and maintenance have been acceptable. I have always had to initiated the calls to check on the status of service. This most recent visit went from an estimated 3 to 4 hours, to 3 days. While I now understand the whys, I had to continually call for status. I never did meet with the service rep. any of the times I was in. The counter person, Hunter was a font of information though. He answered all my questions thoroughly and looked into any issues for me. The service rep. had even authorized an inspection that I did not request and did not want performed. It generated a $50 charge that I did not want to undertake as I am moving from the area and will have to have it reinspected in another state in 2 weeks. Hunter offered to remove the fee but I declined as it was too time consuming and I have been without my car for too long. This is the Erie areas only Cadillac choice but I would only consider it mediocre.

I needed some repairs done on my vehicle, and I took it to Roth Cadillac s body shop. Everyone I spoke with was extremely helpful and very friendly. We just got the car back today and it looks awesome! I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of repairs :)

Six months ago I paid over $4,000 out of pocket for expenses including for brakes and rotors and walked out of there with a feeling that the rotors weren t replaced because there was just something off. The manager told me that it was because it sat for three weeks waiting for another part that was also being fixed on the car. He said to just give it a week or two because of the rust. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and drive it away. Now it s been 5 months and I took it back and they are saying I need new brakes and rotors again for the amount of $500. I think someone needs to investigate this place for fake work being done. Easy to replace the brakes and not the rotors and few people would even check but to say they aren t going to stand by their work would be another level of deceit.
