How did this place just "inspect " my car two weeks ago and today had to take it somewhere else and had to get $800 worth of work done,that they missed???? How is this legal? State police will be notified..someone isn't doing there job correctly....smh..

I had a four-wheel alignment done here today. The cost was 100 bucks - not too shabby. However, they revealed more problems with the car than I wanted to hear. They suggested I take it back to the previous autoshop that incorrectly installed brakes. The two new rear wheel bearings - that were replaced two weeks ago - are needing replaced again. Faulty parts from the manufacturer. Randazzo's will find the problem(s) for you and not sugar coat it. The employee who kept briefing me on my car's situation was rather rude and abrasive. I'm a customer who is paying you money for services rendered at your business. He should show some appreciation and respect. Maybe even just a little? Even though their prices are fair, and they get to the problem fast, I will not be returning here. What ever happened to the days of, "service with a smile?" People put a lot of money into their vehicles, and we shouldn't be scolded for simply asking relevant questions. Cya, ya grouch! Oh, and the overweight mechanic who took my car for a test drive, broke the plastic edge of the seat controls. He looked at me and stated, "Oh, well you probably didn't notice that it was already like that." Are you kidding me?! My seat was not broke prior to you driving my car. Yes, I would've noticed something like that. Why? ... Because I haven't spent $1,800 on a car - that I've only owned for 1 1/2 months - to be unaware of broken parts or deficiencies! Get your act together, Randazzo's. I should take you to small claims court and sue you for my seat!

Worst experience!! I used to go there when I moved in Erie, I been there more four and five times when something happened with my car, he charged me lots than othe auto service. Last time I went there with my car, because the cars s engine light had been appearing, he fixed me and changed $580, but after tow day later it happened same setution with my car, i again drive there show him, he said u have to pay again same amount!! Damed!!! From that day i decided that i never ever go there!! The gyus is so fake!!!

They did a horrible job inspecting my car. Over-charged me for the work they did as told to me by another mechanic. Never changed my sway bars but passed the inspection??? Two months later sway bars are broken and have potential to cause damage to my new tires. There customer Service was a joke. They are rude and extremely sexist, talking down to me for asking g questions about the work they said needed done but then come to fins out they didn't do work they should ha e done. Definitely not going back.

Went in for an alignment car was driving well car comes out they didn t align it and the car is messed up badly will never ever be going here again I do not recommend this place if you are looking for a car place

Called and asked for an appointment to do valve cover gaskets on a 1999 car.Response: "We don't work on cars that old." Yet, there's a 1980s Porsche in the lot, I've seen old Karmen Ghia's, older VW's.....and mannnnnyyyyyy cars of the 1990's.If you don't want new customers, just say so. Don't outright lie. You could have had a good repeat customer.

That Spanish guy that helped me so sad because me being also Spanish is a shame that he treats others the way he talked to me. He was so rude. If you don t like your job, find another. Such a grouch I will not recommend this place to no one. Also, I took my car for one thing and then they telling me I need like ten things done. They are a FRAUD!!!! i took my car back and will never go there again.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Not a recommended place to go to they charge by the hour go to a place that have a set price don t go here if it s a simple cause they might charge you a couple hundred dollars extra cause of a few extra hours not worth it they want try to take your money for just taking there time working on your vehicle

These guys are amazing! I ve always taken my vehicles to them for wheel alignments. And any customer that request one I refer these guys over anyone else. Best in town. Cheap reliable and fast! I found this garage after needing emergency service on my front end. Reviews were high and I can understand this now. I was helped graciously over the phone and upon dropping my vehicle off, was met with professionalism, a good sense of humor and all the details I d need. In a short span of roughly 26 hrs, I was called back with what work my car needed done. Not only this, but they found excellent parts at an even better price.Work was completed swiftly and my Kia was back on the road. Highly recommended to anyone in the area who needs work done. I chose this place because of it's high google ratings. When I called for pricing for an oil change I was surprised at how reasonable it was! They also seemed friendly and the location is very convenient for me. I ONLY wanted a synthetic oil change. When i picked up my car a short while later, I was shocked to hear my total. Without my permission, they changed my air filter because it was "dirty" and charged me $3 for washer fluid. I asked for an oil change and an oil change only, but they sneakily added on extra charges. They did NOT call and ask my permission to do these things and that is not OK! And the washer fluid...seriously? I have a jug at home, I can top that off myself for free. I will not be back nor will I recommended them.

I needed an inspection after another garage waited three weeks to triple it's estimate on the "necessary" repairs they said I needed. Randazzo's got me in within a day, and as it they said only one, inexpensive repair was actually necessary. I really appreciate them.

Took my car in for an inspection and my tire was about to fall off; they called me up couple hours later told me everything I needed for my inspection to pass and what they needed to work on the back rear passenger tire. Also gave me a time frame of when I could pick up my car. Great work and speedy service also a clean workshop, definitely recommend this garage to anyone who wants honest work.

I have taken care my vehicle to Randazzo's several times for oil changes and a tire leak. Each time they have been able to get me in and out quickly and the prices are fair. If you have the availability to drop your car off they seem to prefer it.

Stopped in today for exhaust evaluation. Got me in explained the different options that included fixing the bad part not just replacing it. Great value. Did I mention I didn't have an appointment and they were obviously busy.

Honest, quick service at a reasonable price! My only complaint was when I picked up the car, they had parked it out on the sidewalk (outside the tall fence with barbed wire on it!) and left the keys inside and the doors unlocked. That doesn't seem safe to me, especially in downtown.

Great customer service. The mechanics took the time to break everything down to dumby terms so that I could understand what was wrong. They also do fantastic work and help save you some money if they can. But if they tell me to go with something a little more expensive it's always for a good reason. In short a very trustworthy shop.

Awesome local business. I have taken two trucks there to get exhaust done and they haven t disappointed one bit. Very friendly and very fair on price. I will continue to take my vehicle there.

We have been going here since we moved to Erie almost 7 years ago. It's true they will add things on without asking first. However, when it comes to serious auto maintenance concerns, they can diagnose problems others can't even find. And they will give you their honest opinion. I trust them 110%, really.

My college age son is 250 miles from home on a summer internship at the Erie International Airport when the brakes in his 1993 Camry suddenly failed. He is not mechanically inclined and I made the arrangements for him to limp the car to Randazzo's using the emergency brake. The folks at Randazzo's were able to examine and repair the car within a day. Vito and Carlo were more than happy to discuss and work through the repair with me over the phone and were understanding and accommodating. This was a situation where any repair shop could have taken advantage of my son or the difficult situation he was in. Randazzo's deserves accolades for quickly performing the necessary work, at a fair price, and with compassion for the customer. If I lived in Erie, this would be my go to shop.

I'm from near Pittsburgh and went on a trip to Erie and had a problem on the way with brakes. I expected to be overcharged and taken advantage of, but they worked me in and had me out within 3 hours, and were more than fair and 100% honest about the work. I told them I suspected a caliper hanging up, but they found it was only the slides. They could have fixed what I thought was wrong and charged me more, but they did only what was necessary. I was given a ride to and from the place we were staying, and can't say enough good things about this shop.

I just got my car back after 9 weeks and I still have a list of repairs that I need to do to it. I opted to leave the easier stuff for inspection to my husband because I was afraid I wouldn't have gotten my car back this summer! I won't be going back or recommending them to anyone in the future.
