Had transmission issues with our Challenger. Q was great with diagnostics and providing options for repair vs. rebuild. We felt very confident that Q would do us right, and he certainly did. Kept us informed during the process, and even did some upgrades internally. Would certainly recommend!

Got me in and taken care of on a full rebuild on my transmission very quickly as well as worked with my warranty company to cover the cost. Great customer service wouldn t take my truck anywhere else!!!

Excellent services and fair pricing. Q Star has done all sorts of mechanical work on my vehicles. I trust his knowledge and abilities to do the work to excellence and has a warrantee for an entire year on his work. Q can fix any vehicle and do it right the 1st time. I had bought a 2013 BMW X3 from an auction and imagine my surprise when I was on 12th Street and my car stopped accelerating. I literally had to drive the car from 12th and Greengarden to Q's shop at 15mph. Once I got it there Q got to work and quickly diagnosed the issue. He discussed everything he needed to do to the car before he performed any work. Once I agreed to get the car fixed, he immediately got the parts needed to fix it. If I told you it was a cheap date I'd be lying to you, but it was definitely thousands cheaper if I would of taken it to New Motors.All in all Q is a good guy and I take all my vehicles to him to get fixed. He has all the equipment to diagnose issues and he will get your car back on the road quickly and you'll never have to bring it back for the same problem.

We are so grateful for the amazing service & work done. When other places told us we would be waiting weeks, he told us to tow the car there & he would get right to work. He rebuilt the transmission & his pricing was fair & very reasonable. We are so thankful for the quality work. Highly recommend!!

Q star transmissions auto shop was one of the best shops I ve been to I needed a lot of work done to my Jeep and they got all of it done in a timely fashion and would call and let me know everything along the way and showed me what they did and everything looked grate I will definitely be going back when I need anything else done in the future

Q went above and beyond in the repair of my truck. He showed me all of the damage and problems going on throughout the entire process, and I even learned some new things about my own vehicle. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and fair price for as many problems as my truck had. Will be taking all of my vehicles here from now on!

This car shop is the best! My friend recommended Q Star and I can t be more happy with the services I got from Q. He is super nice, friendly, and very knowledgeable and honest about what he is doing. Upfront immediately about the price of the work and detailed why. Q is very knowledgeable, I'm very pleased with his work on my trucks transmission, even told me he will check and repair any problems I may have from his work, showed me all parts he replaced and explained where and how they failed.
