We used Penn Glass to remove windows at our business. It ended up being a pretty extensive job. Terry and his staff did it quickly and efficiently at a reasonable cost. Terry met with us beforehand and was very thorough with explaining the process and what to expect. I will always recommend Penn Glass Co. in the future, thank you!!!

I've only been going to Penn glass for about a year. And I'm incredibly happy with their service. I've had them fix a few broken windows and cut some mirrors. I thought their service was top notch. Very professional, polite, prompt and helpful. I would highly recommend Penn Glass.

I called with what I I thought was an impossible time constraint. My initial phone discussion with the office validated my concern. The glass for my customer wouldn't be in until a week and a half after the closing sale the their house. When I brought the window in for measurements two days later, I told the owner that my client's closing was in less than a week. And he said "let me see what I can do".... I was blown away to receive a call 3 business days later with the new of my window being ready! Amazing! I was able to install it the next day which was still one day ahead of their closing!! Thank you, everyone at Penn Glass for coming through in a clutch. ALL my glass needs will be brought to Penn Glass from now on! Thank you.

Stopped in for prices on Plexiglass for refrigerator shelving. Kim was so helpful and she came up with an alternative option which was more cost effective. I recommend Penn Glass to everyone, BEST GLASS PLACE EVER!

I just had two pieces of glass cut for a two cabinet doors. I took in one of the doors and explained I needed glass for both doors. They had the glass cut quickly and I drove in too pick them up. When I got home and install the glass they didn t fit. I returned to their shop and explained they didn t fit. After flipping the glass over they did fit the door, both pieces. So I was proven wrong, and was told that if I wanted the glass to fit the other door I should have brought in both doors.Hello, that s not customer service! These are wooden doors. They did look alike but one glass cut exactly to fit one would never fit the other. Now I understand tolerance but with the door I took in and, they had there, they could have been off 1/2 in both directions. What I don t understand why this could have been my fault. A drive in and back twice at a total of 60 miles corrected my mistake I guess. What they don t understand is that I will not ever return again. It takes a lot for me to take the time to write about their service.Word of mouth is you re best advertising. A happy person will tell three or four others. Someone you upset will tell hundreds!!!!!!

Very polite, helpful and quick. I was donating a hutch and the glass broke on one of the doors the day it was supposed to be picked up. They got me right in and it only took about 40 minutes. very reasonable price.

Jon and his team at Penn Glass has done work for St. Patrick's Church on E. 4th for years and a previous business I owned. Would recommend to anyone looking for fair prices and quality work.

I broke part of the glass on an expensive mirror not to mention my own heart. The kindly and helpful folks at Penn Glass fixed it up for me just as beautiful as new, and on practically a moments notice.

Took this company about 4 trips and 2 months of them dragging me along to finally cancel and have to find someone else who can get the job done. save yourself some time, don't even call them.

Horrible and unreliable place of business. They have no idea what they are doing, completely unorganized and don't show up when scheduled. I would NOT recommend!!!!!! What a disappointment.
