A buddy and I came from NY and purchased 2 2024 Yamaha side by sides; YXZ1000 XTR and an Rmax XTR. Tim worked with us over the phone for a week and really hooked us up, we got there on a Saturday and everything went flawlessly. They treated me extremely well on my snowmobile trade in also. 100% recommend this dealership and I will definitely be sending my buddies there in the future.

Nick from sales was so down to earth and kind! This was a spontaneous trip up here and it worked out so well. He cleaned my can-am wheeler all up and made sure everything looked great before leaving the lot. Highly recommend him!

Dan was a breeze to work with. He had all of my paperwork ready to go and was kind and personable throughout the transaction. I had a minor issue post delivery but he also rectified that extremely quickly. Great customer service!

Just bought a 2023 Kawasaki Mule SX XC from Alex and Chris up at Off Road Express. Experience was great from top to bottom. Would highly recommend checking them out.Alex help me strap down the mule on my trailer when it was 15 degrees out. He might have lost some fingers due to frostbite, but he certainly gained a valued customer!

Adam @ Off Road Express was super helpful and amazing to help me order and getting in my race bike for the 2022 season. the transaction was super easy, smooth and fast, in and put is key and crucial. Also NO pressure and BS, upfront and easy going is how it should be and was! Super smooth A++++ service

I would actually give negative stars if that was possible! This dealership is NOT concerned for anyone's personal safety or any other driver on the road. They are only out to make a sale at whatever cost to the buyer! They sold a bike to my 82yr dad, no test ride and no safety coarse. I was told by sales manager its discrimination to refuse a sale....guess they would sell a bike to a blind man too

Had a great experience with Off Road from our salesman Wrobo down to Daniel Galbreath who handled all the paperwork. This is the third toy we have purchased from them and the service has always been great. Would highly recommend them!! Great place!! My little dude was gifted a dirt bike for his 6th birthday from his amazing grandparents. The dirt bike was purchased from Off-Road express 5+ years ago for my sweet nephew and was passed along to my son. It is still in great condition and is a really great bike. We went in to Off Road Express to swap out the helmet because my son s head is far larger than most small children s. Thanks to the wonderfully helpful staff, we found the perfect fit which happened to be an adult small I feel so great knowing my baby s giant noggin will be protected and I was so impressed by the customer service we got while we were there despite it being incredibly busy. My son had so much fun looking at all of the fun things, Santa will never have any questions on what to get my wild boy! Highly recommend!

I recently purchased a new UTV snow plow from Kyle Milani at the Route 8 location. His customer communication skills were exceptional, and the entire parts and service team really came together to deliver an awesome customer experience. I came across this place online and submitted a price for a bike. They called the next day and I was in Erie picking up my 2015 TriumphThunderbird LT following day. Staff is awesome and made it really easy and enjoyable financing my new ride. They also got me great terms on insurance right there at shop. Thanks again guys!

I was looking for 2 Renegade 70 for my grandchildren. Called Off Road and talked to Nick Mannarelli. I had called several other places that were closer to me, but was treated like they didn't care if they sold them to me or not. When I talked to Nick it was a different story. He was very helpful and got me what I needed. Even though they are 3 hours from me, I will be doing business with Nick and Off Road Express again. If you are looking for any kind of atv, call Nick at Off Road, you won't be sorry. Thanks Nick and all of the people at Off Road Express.

I got an incredible run around with 4 other dealers across the country trying to purchase a polaris slingshot. I called off road and got Adam. The process became simple and smooth immediately from financing to picking up my slingshot. The place has a huge selection and everyone is incredibly helpful and friendly. The shop guys all help load the vehicle which was a little tough. I was really impressed with the experience at Oft Road.

I arrived to this location near closing time in a hot June summer evening in desperate need for help with a flat tire. At this point, I ve been on the road for several days and was tired and a bit worried of being stranded in unfamiliar territory. To my surprise, the service crew at Erie Indian was more than welcoming and worked on my bike well beyond closing time. Their compassion and desire to help those in need is greatly appreciated and will not be forgotten. Hope for humanity is alive a well in this part of America. Thank you Mr Hunter!

Amazing customer service! Absolutely no hassle, extremely kind and caring staff. They made sure we understood everything about our purchase, and even made sure we had everything and were comfortable going home! We drove about 3 hours to get here and we would do it again in a heartbeat just for their exceptional customer service and inventory! 10/10 recommend! Don t even waste your time with another dealership, you can NOT beat off road express!! We worked with Tim, and he was fantastic! Definitely recommend giving him a call for any purchasing needs, or just questions! Thank you off road express!

First and foremost, wow. What a wonderful experience. I had the opportunity to buy a 2019 Indian FTR 1200 from these guys and wouldn t have wanted to buy it anywhere else. Seriously! I shopped around for a bike for months, not really finding a place that made me feel comfortable. I would always either have a question that wasn t answered or be dealing with a salesman who couldn t wait to move on to the next buyer. Thankfully, the route 8 crew had a gentleman named Tim Himes who took me in and showed me around in an instant. That, in addition to Dan Galbreath s help and friendly presence, led me to be comfortable enough to purchase a bike. These guys are no joke and are VERY knowledgeable.I can t recommend the Route 8 Off-Road express enough for your next purchase. Even if you are just looking around, they will make you feel like family.By the way, did I mention their selection is HUGE?!

Bought a 50k tractor, sales guys don t know a tractor from a car.. brand new tractor had tons of paint chips, contacted salesman a dozen times over a month time and kept telling me he was waiting on paper work. Long story short 4 months after buying haven't heard anything back since guys there know nothing about tractors
