Be careful purchasing rotors here. They warp in less then a year and the store doesn't honor the 2 year warranty that comes with them....

Out of all the auto parts stores I have been in this store is #1 ,l live in cheektowaga ny and would love to see one come here it would do excellent.when l can't find my parts for my truck l drive to PA for them

O'Reilly's Auto parts is the only place I will shop now. On multiple occasions they have the part right the cheapest price and the best employees. I had a couple of personal experiences where I was in a pinch and they went way above and beyond their call of duty. By far the best auto parts place I've ever shopped. Even if their prices were a little bit higher once in awhile I'd still shop there it's worth it.

They have a lot of parts/misc things others don't. They're more expensive than some/most that I've experienced. But then again what auto parts store isnt. Their customer service is A+. Imo. I really like this store.

Staff was helpful. Made them pull an assortment of rotors just to match up to mine, and they didn't even roll their eyes! At least not in front of me. But seriously, I'm always impressed st their selection of parts and the salespeople they have on hand. Kudos.

I drive from findley lake NY to o'riley because for the past 7 years they've always gotten me the right parts every time and got the best certified technicians working to make sure I get the best parts for what I'm working on.

O'Reilly Auto parts is a great place to work for the most part. No job is going to be perfect, but as long as we've got each other's back we get through the busiest times well.

I usually go to autozone, but decided to try out O'Reilly, they had no clue on how to change wiper blades, wasted about 30 mins of my time for nothing..

Went in for a part exchange for something I ordered online and picked up in store. The exchange was handled very well by staff and l got out of there quickly.
