I called the night before to schedule a rushed oil change because I had a road trip the next day. During the visit I wasn't pushed to purchase more expensive oil or anything else which I really appreciate. I went for a specific service and got exactly that. The technician did take a photo of my oil pan to show me as a heads up that it was pretty rusted and if I have any leak issues to look there first. He had great customer service, and I'll be returning for future work.

Came in today and got the very best service from Andrew he went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed I would definitely recommend this place everything was so smooth and the prices are affordable! Anything I need done I will come here forsure! I would give 50 stars if possible THANK YOU ANDREW!

I had a very pleasant experience (even though I had a major issue with my car). The staff was extremely helpful in finding the best and least expensive solution to my problem. They went above and beyond what my experience has been with other mechanics, and all of this during a holiday weekend. The technicians at both 6601 Peach St. and 2536 W 26th St. were great to work with and I would definitely recommend these locations to anyone.

First off the person managing the desk needs some serious people skills. He really didn t seem to care about anyone s issues if it wasn t straight forward. I sat in the cold ugly waiting room for 3 hours thinking I was just getting my car inspected. After an hour they said I needed new brakes, ok fine. I had to ask how long that would take. He said an hour, I could deal with that. They took the tires off & an hour later he tells me they don t have the right parts. I should have been told that right away & given the option to wait or make another appointment. They had no clue if I had to go back to work, had an appointment or needed to pick up a child from school.( never asked). I felt he didn t care at all if I was a satisfied customer & believe I m NOT!!!! Maybe the work is fine but really customer service goes a long way in my book I d rather pay a bit more & be treated with kindness & respect.

On a scale from 1-10, their service and the results were off the charts. We were traveling from MA to KY and had mechanical trouble. Autumn and Chuck diagnosed the problem and fixed our car within a few hours. We highly recommend them if you need honest, dependable, quality service.

Big shout out to Andrew workingthe desk and the technician working on my vehicle on the afternoon of January 18. I noticed my headlight was not working the night before as I was white knuckling it home. I took a chance and stopped in without an appointment. They went above and beyond in kindness and service. Thank you. You are an asset to this business.

I waited 3 and half hours just for rear break change and it went in as soon as I pulled up. They ordered the wrong part two times and I asked the manager if they are willing to do something about this and he said no. It s not my fault they ordered the wrong part twice!!

Pricey - markups are wild. Got a cable clip part priced online for $15 with like-for-like SKU I paid $95 from Monro. Same manufacturer. Also got charged $50 for a wiper blade that works worse than the 'faulty' one they replaced.

I brought my vehicle here for a oil change That was done incorrectly And it ended up damaging my vehicle. The woman who did my oil change did not know what she was doing and seemed out of it, I did not want to be rude but it was incredibly apparent as I watched her stumble around while attempting to drain the oil, She had to get assistance from another mechanic who also looked confused. I watched her dump oil into my car very fast from the waiting area. Before the oil change was over I already knew that it was done incorrectly and had a terrible feeling. I wish I'd left. I drove straight home and the next morning when I woke up for work there was oil leaking out of my vehicle, I immediately took it to the same shop and was met with the same female mechanic who disregarded what I was saying, The other mechanic and her said she would have to drive the vehicle, I don't know why that would be necessary. I took my car and left after the bolt under my car was tightened as I do not believe she was in a state to be driving a vehicle. Later after barely driving the car since getting the oil changed my car started violently shaking at a light and then during acceleration. The car was violently shaking when I got on the highway. This has NEVER happened my car has NEVER given me an issue like this or anything serious at all. I was unable to go anywhere other than back to Monro, I was met with the same older male mechanic who had been dismissive the other day, I explained the situation and he looked annoyed And told me he would get to looking at the car later. I got a terrible feeling and took my keys and left. I went to a much better shop , Flynns. The professional mechanic Was very concerned and I later found out the woman who did the oil change had dumped oil all over my engine to the point where one of my spark plugs was totally dripping with oil. I was told it's possible oil got into my engine, this may be fatal for a vehicle. please don't make the same mistake as I did by taking your vehicle here for a routine oil change. A $125 for the oil change, A $100 to fix the issue and who knows how much damage it's done to my engine.EDIT : after monro reached out with the below comment I called the number, there was no refund issued or offered for the initial oil change even though it was totally botched. I was told a refund could possibly be considered for cost of the new spark plugs but not garunteed even with documentation. This company doesn't care about customers and only wants to appear to offer help publicly on Google. Go elsewhere

Autumn got me in on a Sunday and got my winter tires put on in a very timely manner, despite being there by herself. Also fixed my tpms sensors. Very happy with the service.

We were having car trouble. There was no computer code; but based on experience they were about to figure a way to make our Jeep safe enough to drive back to Kentucky. Absolutely love people like them.

Ran over a nail on I-90 and ended up with a flat. Fortunately I was able to quickly get off the interstate and to Monro Auto. They repaired my tire for a very reasonable price and had me back on the road pretty quickly all things considered. Very thankful to have found these guys - great, quick, inexpensive service.

Located just off peach street across from chipotle well markedStaff were friendly very knowledgeable and accommodatingThey got us in fixed our tire cause by problem with the seal and back on the road in less than 10 minutes.They dont try and take advantage of you and their price is reasonable for serviceWould highly recommend for car servicing needs and inspections

Check engine light and vibrating engine. They charged me $350 to change a SINGLE spark plug. The engine light came on as soon as I drove off with the exact same vibrating engine. Took it somewhere else and they immediately diagnosed a cylinder issue. I told them about what Monro did and the mechanic said that even if Monro misdiagnosed, they'd still never heard of someone only changing one spark plug so either way they were incompetent.

Traveling from Chicago to Boston my Tesla Y tire sprung a slow leak, and Monro patched it quickly and affordability with a smile. Highly recommend, plus they service Tesla's, which is rare.

went in for an inspection and what they said needed done didn't sound right so I took it somewhere else and I was lied to. I didn't have a good feeling when I dropped it off to you guys when the employee talked to me like I was dumb. Just because I'm a women doesn't mean I don't know a thing or two. I was told my front breaks were cracked well guess what they are fine. I have your report and I will get the new one from the other place when they are done. I feel I should get refunded for your guys trying to get money out of me that wasn't necessary. I feel bad for the people that don't know and have to trust these people. I have come here for years and have always been treated good I thought. Now it has me questioning my other car I just had inspected there not that long ago. I didn't think it was as bad as they said but at that time I needed it back asap so I just said go ahead. Bet what they replaced didn't need it either.

I'd like to thanks these guys for helping me out. I was on a 650 mile rally around Lake Erie when my scooter burned a hole through the header pipe causing the engine to seize. They welded the header for me and allow be to complete the ride. Thanks guys!

I have a 2018 Dodge Journey. I just replaced the tires, brakes, and wiper blades. I took the car in to Monro for inspection - mind you I used to inspect cars for PA inspections in the past. Gary and Steve stated that the boots for the control arms were bad. They stated it would cost $1800.00 to replace. I told Gary it didn t sound right and would like to see what is wrong. They took me in and showed me the parts, and I saw dust on the parts but no damage. Steve said, no no no, right here , and pointed to a dust covered portion of the part. I rubbed the dust off all over and still saw no damage. I said I would take it to another shop for inspection. They still charged me for the full inspection (no sticker) and emissions (I did get a sticker for that). On the same day (today, 09/30/22), I took it to another shop. I showed the shop the estimate and they reviewed the parts thoroughly and did a full inspection. They said nothing was wrong with my vehicle and the inspection passed with no issues. Beware of these scam artists. I won t take my vehicles back to them ever again. They deserve ZERO stars, but one is the lowest I could give.

Fit me in when I was in a pinch. Was able to give me a courtesy drop off when I accidentally dropped off my vehicle at the wrong location the night before. Called me back with a quote before they did the work to back sure I wanted the expensive repair. Highly recommend!

I noticed an issue with my car and I was able to make an appointment for the very next day. All of the staff were very kind and knowledgeable. They explained everything that was wrong and how they were going to fix it in plain language that was easy to understand. They also didn t try to sell me on extra things but made me aware of things I would need to upgrade in the near future. Overall, a super positive experience. I was afraid I would get hassled being a girl from out of state but everyone was very kind and the prices were fair. My car is back in excellent working order. I was able to take it home the day I took it in!

The gentlemen at this shop helped us out emensely. We were on the way to Niagara Falls on vacation, and our Jeep started acting up. We stopped at Erie, brought it to the shop, and they figured a way to get our car road worthy so we could get home. They did this without computer codes. They even called us to see how the car was running and if we had any more issues.

Garry was the manager at this location and it was the friendliest customer service I have ever received in a very long time. He thoroughly answered any questions me and my boyfriend had in regards to my vehicle. He is extremely knowledgeable and at the top of his game. If he has not received a raise yet, he definitely should. You can tell the dedication and work that has been put into the shop-especially during a global pandemic. I highly recommend coming here for all your vehicle needs-you will not find a better location in Erie. Thank you for great service! :)
