THE BEST CAR REPAIR AND MAINTANICE IN ERIE COUNTY!!!Rob and Sara have been SO extremely good to me!! They are VERY reliable and easy to work with. They do everything they can to get you in to look at your vehicle and assist you in any way they can. I will not be going to any other car garage then to theirs! I am beyond grateful for all of their help. These are amazing people with a great business!!

Rob has been my mechanic for over a decade. He's worked on mine and many of my friends vehicles. Rob has worked on my vehicle at his own home when I've had an emergency. Rob developed a following when he started at a chain garage. His popularity as a mechanic exploded when he went out on his own. I mention this following/popularity because if you are not a patient person, don't bother using his garage. He's in demand by his longtime, loyal customer base and by the word of that base sending their friends and family to him. He's in demand because he's a fair, honest, experienced mechanic and a great guy. It s was the best experience you can have fixing your vehicle. The receptionist also co-owner Sara was very kind and attentive she made you feel welcomed. Rob the other co-owner and mechanic listened to everything I had to say about the vehicle. He fixed my vehicle the same day. And was very knowledgeable about everything..No guessing what It may be. He knew exactly what the problem was fixed it in a timely manner. Also the prices are very reasonable. Absolutely a great place to get your car worked on. Very honest, reliable, knowledgeable, and friendly. They have always made an effort to fit me in, in an emergency. If you are looking for a good mechanic, then look no farther.

We are from out of town and had an issue with our drivers side window stuck down. We called the Mercedes dealership here in Erie, and they refused to help us because our brand new Mercedes was too big to fit in their garage. They recommended we travel two hours to Ohio to another dealership. Rob, on the other hand, told us to come right over. He came outside, and within ten minutes diagnosed our issue and solved our problem. He got us back to our vacation and on our way home to Florida. If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely the worst customer experience I've ever had in dealing with an auto shop. I dropped off my vehicle on Friday morning, recieved no updates. So I called around 5pm, was told they were busy with a customer and would call back in 5 mins. After 20 mins I decided to walk over, where I was greeted with excuses for the lack of communication and nothing having been accomplished in resolving my cars issues. They told me they would be in around 12pm the following day (Saturday) to continue "working" on my vehicle. I called around 1230pm and the mechanic still had not showed up, but I was promised they'd keep me updated. I called at 3, 330, and 4pm with no responses. I walked over and the shop was completely shut down, and no one had informed me of anything. I had to wait until Tuesday for them to even open, which is listed as 10am, and no one arrived until after 11am. Do not waste your time in supporting this business, as they have zero respect for proper business, communication or their customers. Also to be noted, two other customers who had a 10am and a 1030am appointment on Tuesday, were left waiting until the guy opened up after 11 as well. Go somewhere else, trust me.

I had an appointment at 10 on Friday 8th. I waited an hour and no one ever showed up. Not professional. Do not recommend this place.
