I took my truck to them for repairs. Slight accident! Oh my everybody was great & they did awesome work on my truck! Went above & beyond what most places will do! Replaced my driver side headlight so it would match the one he had to replace! All I can say is Thank you for the great job they did! Would definitely recommend them for any work you need to have done!!

Exceptional work! Gizzy and his team fixed my car after I hit a deer. He fought for me with the Insurance company to get them to fix my car right. Highly recommend to anyone who needs body work done.

I m originally an Erieite who now lives in Columbus, OH. I scraped my car a few weeks back and started getting estimates here in Columbus. The shops I got quotes from were booked far out and extremely expensive. I had a trip back to Erie already planned so I called Johnson s Car Care and they treated me exceptionally! They squeezed me in during my week in Erie even though it was literally a few days notice. The quote Gizmo gave me was LESS THAN HALF of the lowest quote I got in Columbus! And his work was wonderful!! He had my car finished a day early and it is good as new. I am so thankful I made that phone call to Gizmo and heaven forbid this should happen to me again Gizmo is who I will be calling!

This man is an angel. He wiped paint, & surface scratches off my car, made it look brand new!!!!! He wouldn t take any money from, neither would his wife. They made me feel very cared about. The world needs more Gizmo s!! TY TY TYService: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Gizmo and his crew saved our family vacation! We got into an accident at early in our summer road trip. Fortunately, we ended up at Gizmo s shop, where he went out of his way to take care of our car while we continued with our trip. He managed to get our car fixed up enough to get hime despite a challenge getting parts.Really appreciated his professionalism and communication throughout the process. I got rear-ended just a few weeks after moving to Erie, PA. I didn't know anyone in the area to get recommendations from for body shops. I called probably 10 different places and visited 4. Some people were clearly trying to take advantage of the situation, but Gizmo and the guys at Johnsons were the most down to earth, reasonably priced, and honest people I've worked with. They were flexible with drop off and pick up of my car and worked with me to schedule a time in which I wouldn't need my car as much. They were super responsive, and gave me regular updates about the progress. Gizmo called me to let me know that a part they ordered arrived slightly damaged and it would be an extra day for my car to be fixed. I could tell he didn't want to deliver that news, but he wanted to do the job right and that was all I cared about. It wasn't his fault and he had the integrity to let me know and do the job well. I picked up my car today and it looks good as new. Gizmo did a fantastic job. And while I hope I don't need his services again, because no one wants to go to a body shop, Gizmo and the guys at Johnsons have my support, stamp of approval, and recommendation.

Had rockers, cab corners, and fenders replaced here about 2.5 years ago. Was supposed to do inner and outer rockers, apparently they only ended up doing the outers, as a result it's all rusting back through.

Took a small and easy thing there for them to paint the guy told me it will be done in a week or two. Two weeks go by and it s not done and the guy tells me he runs a business and doesn t care about small projects acted like my money wasn t good for him
