I went to Gerber Collision to get some scrapes and dents repaired after a small accident and I appreciated how I was kept in the loop with everything. The person doing the estimations for damage was very informative and called me when there was more damage found once the back piece of the car was removed. It was hard to see some of the damage until stuff was removed. Everyday I was given a text update about my car and the process and I even got my car back a day earlier than expected! My car looks great! The staff were incredible and super respectful!

Gerber Collision has set the bar to how customers and their property should be treated!!!! From estimate to handing us our keys when the job was done, this shop is 5 star all the way.Gerber kept us in the loop with constant updates. Even when more damage was found they called us and asked how we wanted to proceed, patch the part or replace with new. When a business says they want to do things the right way you are never really sure if they mean this. Gerber does and they proved it over and over. They even completed the job A DAY EARLIER THAN EXPECTED!!!!!!! How awesome was that.Our Rav 4 came back as good as new following an animal hit. Ins quoted us $800 using their "photo evaluation". I tried to explain to them about the damage underneath and it fell on def ears. Gerbers estimter went over the car and quote with me and found $2000 in damage.My wife and I could not have been happier with the treatment we received. Not only will we be returning with any future work that we may need done we WILL be recommending Gerber Collision & Glass to anyone that EVER asks for our opinion.Top notch place, Thank You

My Mercedes got in an car accident, I had to wait almost 4 months for them to just fix the bumper and a headlight. I believe the car had been used considering I noticed an unrecognized device on my Bluetooth. I would call everyday and it was always the same response. Until I got my friend to set them straight. Immediately got it back the next day. When I got the car back the headlights were not aligned straight. Would not recommend

After being in a car accident back in September, I really thought my car was totaled and that I d never see it again but it was repairable! Thank you, Gerber Collision for your fair and honest pricing because I fear that other shops may have come up with estimates that would ve had my insurance totaling my car. I picked up my car today, and it looks better than the day I bought it back in 2019 even the interior is cleaned up nicely! The staff was extremely kind throughout an extremely stressful and miserable situation. Their communication about timeline of repairs goes above and beyond with their text messaging system that lets you know exactly where your car is at in the process. I am VERY thankful to these people!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

Right from the start i was provided updates on the status of the repairs every step of the repair process. Finished the job 10 days ahead of schedule. This review is long overdue but I just wanted to give a shout out to everyone at Gerber Collision. In January 2022, my parked vehicle was hit by a plow truck causing considerable front end damage. All the associates at Gerber were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I was very pleased with the repair work as well as the excellent customer service I received. My vehicle looked better than new. In the unfortunate event I need collision service in the future, I will definitely contact Gerber. Highly recommend!Service: Body & Trim

I could be more extatic with the service provided by pat and his whole crew from start to finish on my 2020 tacoma this started as a horrible day when someone hit and run my new truck but ended with a show quality masterpiece so first the paintwork was but some things with fitment didnt go quite right but they made it a top priority to make it right and my truck came out better than when i bought itServices: Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

We've had work done twice already here. Very easy process as they worked w insurance. (Erie) Both visits the fix came back looking very good. Staffs friendly & I enjoyed talking with a few members. Located in the same building Jensen was. Kind of sneeks up on ya cause it sits back from 12th a little. Jensen's signs still up to help.

I needed my car fixed quickly while I was visiting Erie. Thank goodness I found Jensen's Target Collision. Of the estimates I got, they were the lowest, they got my car in the fastest, and it was ready when promised. Hours after I picked it up, I had a minor accident, I took it back to Jensen's that afternoon, and they were able to rub out the scuff and touch it up with paint immediately (and they didn't even tease me about it!). It looked perfect when I left. Everyone in the shop was very professional and courteous. I highly recommend Jensen's Target Collision.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Took my car in there for something minor. Two and half weeks later give my car back, still does not work. Take it back, end up taking it elsewhere. Jensen's said it was one thing, turns out it is the issue they originally were supposed to fix!!! We have ended up paying a couple thousand dollars by then end and over a month without a car!!!! Never never never take your car here.

The absolute worst treatment I've ever had. The employees, manager and owner were extremely rude and gave me the run around on something they messed up. After being in a front end collision I took it there and they did the repairs, after several delays of which I was not notified; the only way I found out was by calling them. Never got a "sorry we're taking longer" just, "oh it wont be done for another week." After getting my car back my hood flew up and hit my windshield and they blamed it on me! Said I must have opened my hood and not closed it properly...I don't even know how to open it! Never in my life had a problem with my hood until THEY touched it. Ended up having to take my car back there for repairs for the second time in one month, and was given the run around again. I spoke to the employees, manager and owner and was told that they would take responsibility if it was their fault. Apparently putting on a new hood and it subsequently not being secure after that is not their fault. After picking it up the second time I had a warning in my car that something was wrong. They said they didn't know what that was about and I drove it home. After I got home my doors wouldn't lock, trunk wouldn't open, radio wouldn't turn off. Had to drive all the way back there and wait for 2 hours while they figured out what they did wrong. Then again tried to blame it on me!! Turns out they disconnected some electrical wiring while working on my car and didn't reconnect it. I paid 1,000 in deductibles for these people to lie and cost me more money in the end. I would never recommend them to anyone.

I have been bringing my cars here for years. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. I have never had a problem with service or repairs. Someone is always available to answer any and all questions I have. I highly recommend Jensen's.

Took my hummer in for undercoating, paint, and rust work. These are the most accommodating people in the business who really can do it all at the lowest prices in town. Thrilling experience, the H3 looks like they drove it off the assembly line. Much appreciated!!!!

Lady hit my front end panel n part of my door. Doors metal, panel done well. Looks nice n even. Can't tell where the door was hit, blended perfect. There was a few drops of what I can only figure for filler or glue left behind on the bottom door frame... Not real noticeable, but it does bug me a bit. Done quickly n to my satisfaction. Friendly n professional

Took my truck in wanting to have my rockers and my cab corners on my 04 gmc sierra touched up as they had some surface rust on them and the cab corners had some rust bubbles forming, very minor work, all they had to do was sand it down, primer it, paint it, and i had them do a chip guard also. So i dropped it off and a week later got it back and looked up underneath and they sprayed right over surface rust, never sanded the panel down, poorly done. So i went back in and they rescheduled another appointment. Second time around it looked alot better but noticed today the panel is getting the surface rust back and my truck barly saw winter this yr and that leads me to say they didnt do what they were supposed to do. I would not recommend them nor go back to them. If you would like to see it. Just contact me and i would be happy to show you.

They have the best customer service of all the shops in Erie Pa.. Ranger personally pays close attention to detail and makes sure your car is completed in a timely matter! I highly recommend jensens collision.

I had Jensen's do the rocker panels on my wife's ford explorer years ago. They out sourced the work and did an awful job trying to make it look better.

Had just purchased a new truck, and within in a week had a huge dent put in to it. Jensens had a loaner car waiting for me and within 2days had all of the work done and the truck looked brand new again.
