We had a very disappointing experience. Many people told me to avoid going to a dealership for service, but I scheduled a state inspection and oil change for my fiance's 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I got a call a few hours into the work day, and was told that to pass state inspection, the car would need $1850 plus taxes for a front strut, rear brakes and rotors, and license plate bulbs. I was also told it will take a few days for the parts to come in and to get the work done. Then, I was told the vehicle ALSO needed $6500 worth of "general maintenance." This all felt very off, so we told them we needed a second opinion. We went to another local mechanic, who was able to do the work needed (same job aforementioned) for the state inspection for $875!! He did the same job for almost a full grand less!!! The vehicle was also ready that same day. I also asked about the things included in the "general maintenance" quote from the Jeep mechanics, and the other mechanic told me none of it was needed. I'm very frustrated by this experience. I would avoid going to Gary Miller Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram at all costs.

Getting a vehicle can be very stressful for anyone because most people don t fancy car salesmen , always giving them bad reps and all . I will say that is not the case here. I don t think I ve ever hassled a car salesman like I have Justin Cuzolla . I am very stubborn and picky when it comes to cars but Justin was there the whole time . His communication and persistency to making sure I was getting something I wanted was above all . His customer service is beyond exceptional considering any question I ve ever needed to ask was answered truthfully and respectfully . Justin is the nicest car salesman s around so stop into Gary Millers and ask for #yourcarman Justin Cuzzola !

I took my 2021 Renegade in last fall for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I was advised that it was going to take longer than expected as they were struggling to remove the lug nuts due to "lug nut swelling", apparently a known defect. They had no solution to this problem besides replacing the lug nuts under the warranty.Fast forward to this past Saturday, 3/30/24. I had an appointment for PA State Inspection for my 2020 Jeep Cherokee. I arrive early for the appointment and was told that they don't have the proper equipment to perform the inspection as the vehicle is registered in Allegheny county.I won't be going back to this dealership for ANYTHING in the future.

I went to have my car inspected, it was all covered in snow prior to me showing up there, they were super timely respectful and they melted all the snow off to make my baby shine. The staff super welcoming and are willing to help in anyway they can. I've gotten two cars there and both times it's been amazing

I do not recommend going here these people will scam you out of hundreds if not thousands of dollars. I they told me I needed a new engine because I had low compression on all of my cylinder s. Come to find out I just have a misfire on cylinder 8 and my air intake temperature sensor is bad they never mentioned anything to me about my vehicle having a misfire nor I had a bad sensor. They quoted me $5000 plus 10.25% for labor to install a new engine supposedly. ONCE AGAIN THESE PEOPLE HERE ARE NO GOOD PLEASE TAKE YOUR CARS ELSEWHERE BECAUSE THEY WILL SCAM YOU NO QUESTIONS ASKED.

Went to look at a wagoneer L they had listed on the website and someone that works there is using it as a personal vehicle and driving it from jamestown daily and wherever else they please. The jeep was trashed on the inside and took 20 minutes for them to pull out car seats and do a quick vacuum. The check engine light is on and the price doesn't reflect the fact that it's getting 100+ miles a day put on it and used as a family beater by someone that doesn't own it.

7/2023 Fast friendly service. They had my car in and out for an oil/filter change very fast. Was easy to set up. Would definitely recommend 11/27/23 Just got my oil/filter changed, and my car inspection. They quickly fixed a recall on my jeep during the inspection. They were done in a timely manner, and let me know what I may need in the future. They gave me separate quotes on things and explained everything. My inspection and oil change was very well priced, and I'm always satisfied with there work.

Recently had suspension work done on a 2012 chrysler 200 and had an awful experience with the service dept. After several misquotes from Penny, she informed me they were down 2 techs and wouldn t be able to service my car w/o loaner for 2 weeks, and that I needed to purchase the parts in advance. I purchase and drop the car off two weeks later, it s returned to me and not only is the original issue not fixed but the car is shaking horribly and completely undrivable above 50mph. (I understand sometimes that sometimes you swap out parts and it doesn t fix the issue, but it shouldn t be worse than when I brought it in). I then talked to the service manager Sean, who expressed that they would not be able to have someone look at the car this weekend (again down a technician) before I go out of town. I expressed my frustration politely and asked for a customer satisfaction survey and he responded We don t send out surveys for a 2012 chrysler Normally I always get maintence done at the dealership because you can count on quality work and quality customer service even if it is a little pricier. Save your money and go with a local mechanic because you ll get neither here.

Had a great experience with Gary Miller. Brandon McCray was very informative and did not push at all. The price on the website was the price I paid no games. Another plus was that they had no attitude at all about using my own financing which did give me issues at a competing dealership. The Credit union said Gary Miller gave me a great deal on my Patriot.

If I could give you a zero I would too..brought our car in for service and got charged almost $500.00 just for a oil change and some other little things that cost about $30.00 but the labor it self was $140.00 an hour. Customer service sucked and will not help with the situation. Everything could ve been looked at and done in less then an hour but they sure took their sweet time working on the car and really didn t do anything but a freaking oil change!!

What can I say about this place!! They helped me out of a bind when traveling from out of town a couple years ago. A few days ago I found myself wanting to buy a new truck and I remembered this place. I got ahold of them and had the same great customer service experience as before. I started working with Nick Longstreth and sales manager Casey Carpenter. By far the best experience I ve ever had. No BS honest everyday people. They worked hard for me. Sad thing is I decided to buy another truck near me. When I called to let them know, their professionalism stayed true until the end!! I would definitely travel the 80 miles in the future to buy from them.. Thank you!!

I was greeted by Nick one of the greatest salesmen I have ever met. Nick was personable, very knowledgeable and understanding of our needs. Nick worked very hard to meet our needs. Thank you so very much and you have all my future business.

I will recommend this dealership to absolutely everyone I meet, my wife and I had totaled our 2020 ford and started looking around while the insurance company did its thing, We saw that they had a 2020 jeep gladiator and went to check it out. Once we got there we met first with Nick and he showed us a wonderful blue one. after some shopping around at some other places we found something cheaper and seemingly more practical. Well the Guys at Gary Miller hit me with a couple other deals I had to go see. This time I met with Travis as well, and after much work they matched the price on another Gladiator I was looking at offering me a deal that was better than any id seen within 500 miles for this particular style jeep. They were amazing and Really made this process easy and warm hearted. I never felt like I was being shorted or manipulated the way you often do with sales-people. Also this establishment was EXTREMELY LGBTQIA+ inclusive!!! My wife and I felt safe and welcomed the whole time! Huge shout out to Nick and Travis at Gary Miller! Thank you all so much!

This is a place that people should not be buying cars do not purchase from this dealership they do not provide the service. They showed me a car with having damages and stay quiet. This dealership people should not be purchasing from here they do not provide with the truth, they are selling cars without telling you damages that they had before, please make sure to check before purchasing. This is the worst experience I have ever going through on a new car I have a 2022 jeep gladiator that I purchased from here last year. They re selling cars here that have mechanical issues and they re not saying anything. Yes just make sure before purchasing here that show me a key that had damages and didn t say anything about it. Buying cars here should n yes just make sure before purchasing here. They show me achy that had damages and didn t say anything about it. Buying car here. Should not be a right thing to do. Make sure you do your research before purchasing from this dealership. This is the worst experience anybody could go through.

Went to Gary Miller Dodge when looking for a new 3rd row vehicle. While we ultimately decided on a different vehicle we had an amazing exeperience with the salesman Steve Bullis. He was extremely kind and knowledgeable and did not pressure us at all. The only reason we didnt buy from his is that we bought a new vehicle of a different brand. If I am ever looking for another vehicle Steve is going to be my first stop.

Took my truck in for service, and after being advised, all the parts I needed were back ordered with no definitive date of arrival I declined repairs to pick my vehicle up. Once I got inside my truck it wasn t even put back together with parts laying on my passenger floor. What a joke, tell me you don t care about your work without really telling me.

I would avoid. I leased a nee vehicle from them and within 3 months the oil in the vehicle was near empty. The service manager advised that it was my fault and that it was within there normal oil consumption range. Very rude too. This went back and forth for a year until another dealer bought this off me. Well now there is a class action lawsuit against Jeep for this oil consumption issue. They did nothing but jerk me around for a year on this issue. I actually had to drive around with 2 quarts of oil with me everywhere I went on a brand new vehicle. Please take your business elsewhere.

I popped by tire on my 2017 Ram 1500 on a Friday afternoon. The man from the towing company who changed my popped tire said it would be an easy patch up. Called the next day and asked if they were able to patch up my tire and they didn't set an appointment, they just said to come in anytime on Monday. Went in early Monday morning and was told as soon as they saw my tire that the hole was too big (the hole was the size of an average sized nail). I asked them to try to fix it, but 15 minutes in the waiting room I see a worker come over to me with a clipboard that had a bill for $776. I was shocked. They tried to convince me that I needed four brand new tires while my tires didn't even have 20,000 miles on them and my lease is up in October 2020. I told them I wanted to see if someone else would be able to fix it and they acted as if no one would be able to do so. After that I called Tires4Less. Tires4Less was able to get me in asap that same day and within an hour (they were busy) they were able to patch my old tire for $26.50. My family has been buying cars from Gary Miller for YEARS and it is irritating that they would steep that low to get an extra dollar from 24 year old girl that looked like she didn't know any better. After that experience, as soon as my lease is up, I will not be coming back as a customer.

Purchased a 2015 Ram 1500 (certified) the first of January 2019. Pick-up had 2400 dollars of damage to body and had to put new tires on. Salesman was great, Management not so. After finding damage, called Dealership and salesman said that is why it was discounted. But we were not told about the damage when purchased. After getting repair estimates at the dealership and local they ask for and two months of contacting management (in that time he never call us back like he said he would) we call every week. He said they could not be sure the damage was there when it left the lot. As a minister it does not feel good to have your word doubted. My advice be very careful on your purchase. I recommend Nick as a salesman and be careful of management. Will not give name but Nick knows.

Absolutely horrible service yes it was all great when they were selling me a vehicle. But the second there was a problem (the day after I drove off the lot and I contacted them promptly) No return calls, answering machines, someone was always out of the office, on vacation at lunch. Lot of empty promises to call back. Multiple un-replied emails when directed to email them what our mechanic found wrong with the car. This went on for a year out of 90 day warranty and out of the vehicles under 80,000 mile warranty. Living nearly 2 hours away and working a full time job no way I could afford to take a day off to show up at the dealership just to hear the person I needed to talk to was unavailable and if I left my name and number they get back to me lol ya ok. Now any time I have called and talked to someone as this has been exhausting they act like it s my fault when how can their lack of communication and professionalism be my fault. I have called and got the run around for over a year now. My car is still not fixed as the diagnosis is $1200 fix on a vehicle I already dished $24,000 out on and has been a nightmare since. I have all the emails and text messages I only wish I had all the phone records. This place might be fine if your pulling a brand new vehicle off the lot but as for a used car and their customer service absolutely not. I ve only ever bought used cars and I have never been treated so disrespectful.

A few days ago I brought my 16 Jeep in for a loud noise coming from the rear of the vehicle. I suspected a wheel baring. The service staff found that my suspicion was correct. They had the baring changed in about a half hour. I was very pleased with the short wait! When I left the noise was still present. I immediately turned around and went back. The service manager went with me for a ride and completely agreed that there was an issue further. We went back and he gave me a loaner. He wanted to investigate the issue and make sure my jeep was taken care of. Two days later the issue was fixed and they filled the gas tank for the wait. The sales staff was nice and explained everything. All was covered under warranty and the entire experience didn't cost me a dime. Great service and friendly staff. All in all great experience at Gary Miller Jeep Dodge Ram!Thanks Guys!

Our sales guy, Jeff Walter, was amazing. Despite my partner and I not agreeing on cars we liked, Jeff remained patient and showed us all the information on each car we looked at. He was polite and friendly. He kept good conversation for both of us the entire time. When it came time to purchase and get financing, Jeff was honest and open, he knew the price we set and worked hard to remain as close that that number as he could. The business was in a bit of a rush so the finance guy was backed up for several hours, the entire time Jeff sat with us and just talked. He did not stand up to help anyone else that came in and get another sale going, he just sat and talked with us. He was awesome! We bought a 2015 Jeep Cherokee, the Jeep did not come with a second key, which kind of bummed us since it would be a vehicle for both of us. Jeff brought it to management and they came out and are getting us a second key on them.Everyone at the dealership was friendly and talkative. It was a great buying experience.

For a long time I was a Ford Explorer owner (5 total). A few years ago they re-engineered the Explorer and I was very disappointed with the quality. That led me to search for a replacement and I discovered the Jeep Grand Cherokee at Gary Miller. It was the best move I ever made as the Jeep is amazing and I m now on my fourth Grand Cherokee. All of purchased from Gary Miller. On the most recent purchase I found George Ester to be extremely helpful and he worked hard to earn my business. With each Jeep I saved a lot of money compared to quotes from other dealerships in the area. Let s just say that this firm is more resourceful in trying to earn your business than any other dealership I ve worked with. I ll also include a fifth purchase, a Ram pickup for my son, and that experience was also great. Five new units in 6 years and not once did I leave disappointed. As for service; I have looked at the other reviews regarding the department and can only say my experience has been very good. Because I drive a lot I m in the garage every few months getting an oil change. Earlier there were some scheduling concerns however over the last year; Shawn Stanbro, the Service Manager, has made it much easier to get appointments and I have never waited more than 30 minutes to have service performed. If you re considering a new Jeep, both the sales and service departments have been terrific to work with and I would recommend Gary Miller without reservation.

Would give 0 Star if I could!Server Manager Chris hung up while speaking with him and explaining the situation with my vehicle! Poor customer service and would not trust them with my car if this is how they treat customers on the phone!

Some of the best service I ve ever received! From beginning to end, my salesman, Jeff Mountain, was incredible. Not only did I get my Jeep at a great price, but the process was so easy. Jeff was never pushy, like I ve experienced at other dealerships, and I felt like he was always doing his best to make sure I got a fair deal. Before I left, he ensured that I understood absolutely everything about my vehicle - he spent quite a long time with me in the vehicle going over all of the technology and everything. Two HUGE thumbs-up! I ll definitely be coming back to Gary Miller and Jeff Mountain next time. And so will my friends and family, if I have anything to say about it!

Absolutely dissatisfied!!!!! Took my Dodge here clearly because I was having issues. They told me nothing was wrong and charged me 130.00! Still having exact same issues as before but nothing is wrong! First it was the heat it was checked out and was fine .Not the case still was losing power and not working. Then i started having issues with it needing to be jumped to start. They looked at it agin found the issue with the heat they didn t find the first time but still no answers on to why I constantly need to jump start my 4 year old car with new battery and perfectly working alternator!!! This issues has left me stranded with my kids, late to work and picking kids up!!
