Gary & his crew are GREAT! Called him & told him my car wasn't heating very good & he said to stop by next morning. He came out of office, checked coolant it was down 1/2 gal. he added, checked for any leaks, said for me to stop next morning to do pressure check for leaks, due to being VERY busy. Stopped next morning, one of workers asked if I wanted to wait while car cooled down & check it. Worker found small leak in line leading to radiator. He cut line, put new clamp on, was only there 1/2 hr. all done, NO CHARGE!! That's why I ALWAYS go there. He will never over charge, or do unnecessary work. I HIGHLY recommend his auto service, & he also sells cars there.

Stay far away! I'm not even willing to step back on this property to give them an opportunity to correct the problem they created!I took my car in last year for an estimate on rocker panels. The gentleman was friendly, fair, and explained the process he would take to make the repairs. I was extremely pleased and scheduled the work!I rented a car for the week, as they were going to need several days to make the repairs. I had to extend my rental car contract when the garage was unresponsive to my phone calls to see if my car was going to be completed on time. I had to phone a friend to go to the garage to check on my vehicle. Needless to say, the repairs were not completed because, and Ido quote, "you never called us." (By the way, "someone accidentally knocked the phone off the hook" - for 2 days)The owner, who was not the same person that I had scheduled the repairs with, tried to make me feel bad because he was going to have to work all night to meet my demands as I needed my vehicle back (it had officially been 2 weeks and I was scheduled to work out of town).Fast forward 1 year, I took my car in for inspection, to find out, he did not cut out the rocker panels and replace them as I was originally quoted. He did not repair the rocker panels with fiberglass per indicated when I picked up my vehicle. What he did do, was fill them with spray foam, directly causing even more damage for me to contend with this year.Service: Auto body & trim repair

I don't think I would be back here they did a good job the last time I was here. but just this past week I called them the day before about a bumper light needs replaced, they said bring it in and we'll fix it... I bought it in, and some guy came out I think he was a new worker he didn't know what he was doing, and he said my hood needs to come off to fix it lies because the hood has a stand then they said bring back tomorrow or another day it's too cold and we're busy.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Gary's is a top notch shop. Honest, knowledgeable and very fair prices. I wish all mechanic shops were like this. Our axle broke on a trip from Toronto to Florida. Gary and his staff had us back on the road in three hours! Wonderful service. Wonderful people. God bless.

Did not call like I asked if anything extra needed done. Bill went way above my budget because of parts they broke. Car may have been old understood but THEY broke the parts and still charged me labor$$, brakes were not installed correctly.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I bought a car here for my daughter's 1st car. Price was very fair. They took care of what they said they would and did so quickly. Seem like honest people who know what they are doing.

Horrible! I bought a vehicle which I was promised had no problems. Well within a week each day a new problem was discovered. I contaced the shop and was told the owner was not available to talk. The second time I called due to more issues, I was given extreme attitude. I would not recomend this dealership (if you could call it that) to anyone!

I wouldn't even give them 1 star, cars are junk, they put junk yard parts on them, and they have terrible customer service. Told me three different days to pick up a vehicle there. They are inconsistent and have junk vehicles. Don't recommend to anyone.

Couldn't have been happier. He did a great job and was very reasonable. Was also able to get us in very quickly and get us out just as fast.

Sold a used GMC with rubber hose and clamps as a 'repair' on a high pressure transmission cooling line that has since blown twice.Sprayed copious body spray to cover the smell of a gas leak from the tank as well as a leak in the heating system inside the passenger compartment.
