I had bought a truck in Ohio, stopped for the night in Erie and the truck froze by the morning. We got it to this location and they were more helpful than I could have asked with extremely quick service getting me back on the rode in a matter of a couple hours

Was driving a new model International and the key ignition slipped. I got there within 1 minute of closing and a mechanic came out and fixed the problem in 10 min. I had special needs cats with me and he made sure not to scare them or let them escape. I can't thank him enough !!!

Just purchased our 3rd new International triaxle from Five Star. Everyone from sales, parts, service and the guys that deliver the parts are top notch! Special A+ to Bob S. for making sure we get the parts we need ASAP and Seth who not only delivers them but never forgets an extra special treat for the dogs.

Terrible service. Do not recommend for many reasons. These folks simply don't seem to care. Bad attitudes and lousy place to need a vehicle repaired. Avoid if you can.

I was on a long haul on I-90, far from home, and broken down. Luckily Five Star was 12 miles away. Their tech come right out and made some adjustments then sent me on my way. They really saved me big time and their response was like old time friendly service that isn't so common these days. I'm very grateful!

I have had the pleasure to work with just about everyone at this location. Everyone always goes above and beyond to provide the best customer experience. Excellent staff from service, parts, sales, body shop and management. Would highly recommend for all your International, Idealease, and body shop truck needs.

My wife and I were returning home to Indiana from Maine in our RV when it started having serious transmission problems. We were lucky enough to be within 20 miles of 5 Star. After speaking with Matt they were able to get it checked out and repaired in a few hours. We made it home with no problem. Our thanks to Matt, Lisa and Dan the Allison man.

Called, Kenworth, Volvo/Mack and Peterbilt.Nobody BUT Five Star had the exhaust clamp for my Peterbilt!!!Enough said???Needless to say, I will try Five Star FIRST from now on. And if they're able and willing to work on my truck (schedule permitting) I'd give them a shot.

Super clean, real nice staff, Martin, Matt, Trever, Scotty, Larry, Dan, & the rest of the gang.. they'll treat you with respect & help you in any way they can. They're a great group of guys, I'd definitely reccomend for any of your trucking/business needs. :) Keep up the good work, guys!

My dad just bought a used truck from these guys. They said dpf was cleaned. Have had it on the road 3rd load check engine light comes on take to rush in Columbus ohio to have it checked out. Filter completely plugged. 5 star took car of the problem

The running joke in the area is "5 star, sounds like about 4 to many". Take your truck there and get it back a month later and it still probably won't be right.

They have always communicated repair progress timely and accurately. Overworked and still friendly. Affordable Ramada Inn across the road. Right off I-90 at PA Rt 8.

Liars and crooks, had my truck for 3 months, still not fixed ! Went to pick it up, lied said it was ready, dash out, doghouse not put back, electrical side panel off, hydraulic fluid all over.

Unprofessional. Rude. Failure to communicate with customers and then blaming it on the customers. Don't trust anything these people tell you.

This place should be called five visits not five star, it takes five come backs on average for them to fix there own equipment right.
