We needed a tire service on a Sunday, and this place fixed our tire problem pretty quickly, even though we had issues with a run-flat tire. The personnel is fantastic.

Service I requested was 10 out of 10. Recommended service they wanted to do are criminal. Air filter and cabin filter were changed 3 months ago. Less than 2k miles ago. Mechanic that thinks they needed changed is terrible or you are just trying to rob people blind. I ve been a loyal customer for years so it s really disappointing.

I was tire shopping online and found decent prices here so tried them out. Website price and store price were the same, no extra surprises here. The truly impressive part was that they changed four tires and had me back in the car in less than 45 minutes. I was really impressed!

Fast quick and professional service. It was only for a PA inspection, but they wee on time and professional about the whole process. I will continue to go to this location for my tires and service needs.

Honestly, where do I begin? For the record, my wife s car is a whopping 3 years old. Crazy, I know.This Tuesday, my wife went to this place to get her annual inspection something she has done since purchasing the vehicle in 2020. When she arrived, nothing was off however the reps behind the counter called her up to chat about something. When she got up there, she was informed that her 2020 Escape with less than 65,000 miles on it would be failing her state inspection. Miraculously, the vehicles shocks and struts were bad, her rear brakes were close , tires were almost close but, not quite ready for replacement so, it was their recommendation to fail the car.They mentioned that they could fix it all. Incredibly, everything they needed to get this car out the door was present at the store! Wow; what customer service. Just slap down over $2,500 and the car will pass her inspection that night.I immediately called the shop from work and told them that we were done with their service . We will legitimately never, and I mean EVER, go to a Firestone again. This scam of a company will do whatever it takes to upsell people for some extra cash.I never review companies and businesses like this however, I am still so livid. We ll most definitely be going to a reputable and honest business from here on out.

The Erie Millcreek mall location was awesome! We broke down on a road trip and they were able to get us in and fix the problem in time for our return trip home. They were friendly and accommodating, and worked with our warranty company on the repair claim! Highly recommend!!

I have always had a good experience with the staff at Firestone at the Millcreek Mall. I was able to schedule my vehicle service online and for the next day. The repair was completed the same day and they were very professional and explained everything. I would highly appreciate Fiestone at the Millcreek Mall.

Car needed a minor repair while traveling from Vermont to Wisconsin. They got us right in and repaired with no charge. Definitely recommend them.

The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful! We used to go to Sams club but it was overpriced and people were rude. We will definitely continue to go to Firestone for the great prices and friendly service

Never again gave us 2 sets of bad tires called to confront them about it said there's nothing we can do and hung up on us they seem to think we're stupid but my hubby has been a mechanic and a diesel tech for some years now and he knows what he talking about and they were trying to belittle him and tried to tell him in the nicest way that he doesn't know what he's talking about called back about a tire alignment and wheel balance later that after noon kept switching up the prices over the phone one minute it was much the next minute it was this much like what� Please make up ur mind and if you're gonna keep changing prices every 3 seconds at least be good at it and we once again asked ok so what's the final estimated price and they hung up on us trust tht bad reviews

OTR Driver2019 Ram 3500, 41,500 miles in 4 months on OEM tires.Needed 6 tires today which is SUNDAY (only day off). They only had 4 tires in stock, but another store that was closed had 2. The Service Advisor sent an off duty employee to the closed store to get the other 2 tires I needed!! Now that's customer service! I am 1000 miles from home, and they treated me like a close neighbor and friend!EXCELLENT service and I would highly recommend them to anyone!You can't put a dollar amount on great service!

This place is great!!! Absolutely the best service. They did their best to get our van fixed in a timely manner, and when they had to wait on the dealership for parts, they were genuinely disappointed for us. I just can't say enough about all they did and the tremendous patience they had with us. Thanks!!!

Expensive but always offers the best price they can offer with coupons available and I'd rather use someone trusted then pay a little less with a mechanic that doesn't care

I went in on a Sunday for some trailer tires that I couldn t find anywhere else. The guy at the front desk what nice and accommodating. They went above and beyond to get me back on the road. Very refreshing experience.

I feel like every single time I come here, something else ends up broke. Not only is the cost double if you went here compared to local places but you're at risk for these people to ruin your car even further. Don't go here unless you want to be in an endless cycle to get things fixed. They pray on women and young adults who know no better as well.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Brake service & repair

Went in to have my oil changed as well as my tires rotated and aligned. I have a lifetime warranty on the alignment and the rotation was free because I used my credit card. They charged me over $100 dollars JUST FOR THE OIL CHANGE. About 4 days later my check engine oil light came on. My engine oil was less than half full. They literally forgot to put oil in my car. DON'T BRING YOUR CAR HERE. THESE PEOPLE ARE HACKS.Services: Tires, Oil change

I got a bad alignment two days in a row . They refused to make things right , they blamed the bad alignment on not having a front sway bar on the car. I got in touch with corporate because they refused to give the car a proper alignment . The car is still pulling heavy to the right side and specs were never aligned properly.this is the last chanceService: Wheel alignment

Listen!!! This was my first time going to Firestone. Joe and Cody are AWESOME! The service received by them exceeded my expectations! I was told that I needed brakes from another auto repair shop and Joe told me that I didn't need any brakes or rotors at all. They couldve easily performed an expensive and unnecessary service however they chose integrity. Thank you guys for your integrity, amazing work and for being thorough. I'll definitely return! I went there for my out of state inspection in August. I was told to have oil change and the oil level was "1", which I denied as I just had an oil change in July. I was also told to have clock spring change. If not then my car will not pass the inspection. One of the manger/ front desk mentioned they have to be careful as its close to the air bag sensor and its lot of work and they have to special order the clock spring. I was in a time crunch (10 days for out of state transfer) so I did had it changed on my second trip to them in 2-3 days of my first trip. I went to my car dealership this time in October. I was told to have have clock spring change as the air bag sensor was lighting up. I am not happy with the work I received at Firestone. Very suspicious of the work I received. Maps does not take you to the correct destination, it is behind the shopping plaza.I scheduled an appointment online, and when I couldn't find the place (not their fault) I called them multiple times without an answer (their fault). After driving around the mall I finally found it, but when I walked in, the guy at the desk said he was booked."They keep giving us appointments but we can't handle them all. I only have like 4 guys back there. If you call to make an appointment I can get you in.""I did call. Multiple times. Nobody answered.""Oh yeah, that thing rings constantly. If I answered every call I'd never get any work done."I never wanted to be the old man that yelps about bad experiences, but I've also never been so disgusted with a customer service experience as I was on that day. I wasted 70 minutes driving in total, but at least I didn't have the opportunity to waste money by giving it to this terrible business.

Joe was great! We had a slow leaking tire, and were on the nearby highway. He gave us perfect directions, greeted us when we arrived, and service was exceptional.His technician removed a nail, charged us almost nothing, and sent us on our way in about 15 minutes. Too bad we don't live in Erie, or we would be back for service again!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair

They're pretty honest most of the time have to watch certain locations and staff members prices can change between the two locations for same work the prices definitely could be better they charge a lot more in labor cost then most places in Erie

I had my car towed there not knowing what was wrong I dealt with David from the beginning to the end the man was really awesome even though I'm sure he got annoyed with me calling there a million times but he still answered every question I had and was really patient come to find out it was the starter he figured out the warranty with me and even dealt with the warranty company so I can get the price that I needed these guys here were amazing and patient and took good care of my car I would recommend them to anyone and it just want to give a big thank you to David for all your helpServices: Electrical repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

We were driving through Erie PA on our way home to CLE and had a flat tire. Firestone was so kind, efficient, and amazing. They got us in right away and changed our tire in 45 minutes on a late Sunday afternoon. We are so grateful for them! Thank you again!Service: TiresService: Tires

We came from Canada and were stuck when our car's engine light came on and the car stared shaking. I took it to Premier auto Service at first and they were terrible, they did not want to help and left us stranded. Luckily Joe and his team at Firestone said they'd take us in although they were busy. They were found the issue fast. Unfortunately our car needs to be towed but we are very grateful firestone was able to tell us the problem.
