Went for tire rotation and oil change had appointment for 3pm never left till 445. Technician said it looked like my oil exchanger was cracked on the top of the engine. I asked am I low on oil he didn t know wouldn t you know if I was down any oil if you think it was cracked. I told him I just had the oil exchanger replaced at the end of January. This is the same Dunn tire that said my battery needed replaced 2 times in a row and my battery was fine I have my tires and oil changed every 4,000 miles I also have bought my last 2 sets of tires there I don t think I will be going back you lost a good customer

I was able to get an appt quickly when I called. And upon arrival my vehicle was taken right in. The staff was very polite & explained everything they needed to do & why prior to any work being done. The mechanic did an excellent job & in a timely manner. He explained everything after the job was completed & what to keep an eye out for in the future. Excellent job!!!!!!!!

Dunn tire got me in quickly, they were very pleasant to work with and let me know about some secondary issues they had noticed about my vehicle. Overall I was very impressed and pleased with their customer service, and the quality of service I received. I will definitely choose Dunn tire in the future!

I have been buying my tires for over 30 years from Dunn tire. I have never had a bad experience. Everyone there is very friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are up front and out the door, no hidden fees. They also look over your car for unknown repairs that may be needed. I find that very helpful, since I don't have an auto mechanic of my own. They're always looking out for your safety. And you get a warranty with your tires too! If you need tires this is the place to go!

I went here because my car needed servicing so I went and got new tires and was greeted by a gentleman named Mike. he was very nice courteous professional, and explained everything that they did to my vehicle. If you need any service done on your vehicle for tires, brakes batteries, etc. I totally recommend Dunn tire on peach Street in Erie Pennsylvania.

Fast, quality service at a fair price. We always use Dunn for tires, brakes, oil changes, inspections, etc. Great staff! Usually can get an appointment fairly quickly at this one!

I have always had tire service with Dunn Tire on Peach Street. In this case I was in need of having rims replaced. Brought them in and unfortunately the tires were not able to be saved. Staff was very helpful to arrange a new set of tires the very same day. They even accommodated the fact I arrived an hour late for my appointment.

Was trying to find tires I needed for inspection all while at work. I was helped on the phone in a quick friendly manner. Had the tires set aside so someone could pick them up for me. Best price as well!

It s never fun when you can t fix your tire because of where the fateful screw went in. DAMN you screw! But Dunn s crew was polite and explained the situation. They had to get a replacement tire from another location, and still finished the job in not much more than an hour. Thanks for good service from a great crew.

Called Dunn Tire for metal scraping sounds in my brakes. Got me in within 30 minutes. Was fixed within 2 hours. Thank you for your fast and excellent service

The guys couldn't have been nicer and more helpful! They quickly fixed the leaking tire, rotated the tires, and safely sent us on our way. We've gone here for years and are always happy with the service and attention we receive! Thank you all!

In what I would classify as an emergency, I made it to Dunn Tire on Peach St with a flat tire and I was unable to fix it myself. I was met by 2 Dunn employees, and they installed my donut and sent me on my way. They will have a new tire on Monday and will call me and install it. This is the second time this year that they have got me out of trouble. I must add, they were very congenial and helpful with my diabled wife.

I bought four new tires. It took about 45 minutes for them to put them on my car. I had to come back the next day to get them aligned. I was surprised I had to pay for the alignment separate than the tires. It was a good price for all of it. They were fast and courteous.

Although my car did not pass inspection, the staff at Dunn tire were all so kind and helpful. Gary gave us some great recommendations for tires and gave us some estimates. I definitely will return. Please consider updating your chairs in the waiting room as they are decrepit looking. Otherwise, I highly recommend.

Happy with my original tire purchase and the free rotations are done quickly and without the incessant upselling that other shops try. The waiting area is pretty worn out, but if that s the trade off for fair pricing and quick service, I m happy with it.

Everyone at Dunn is friendly and helpful. They are good at making you feel like a valued customer. Their work has always been quality too. Can t say enough good stuff about them.

Took me in last minute on night before Thanksgiving, for an emergency valve stem replacement I needed in order to get back out of state for the holiday..they even came across another serious safety issue and addressed it accordingly. These guys are good and awesome! I will be using DUNN TIRE ERIE PA. Now that I will be living less then 2 miles away. Will also be recommending to all family and friends...last but not least,I will be applying for a job at this location, hoping to become a part of such a great crew! Thank you all at ERIE DUNN TIRE!!

While entering the building I slipped and fell on their unshoveled sidewalk. No one came out to see if I was ok. Once I was able to get my bearings I went into the store and said I just fell and asked for some band aids because my hand was bleeding. I was still waiting for my car to get done and the whole time not once was I asked if I was ok. I asked if they needed to fill out an accident report.....nope. Of course after I fell they made sure to throw some snowmelt out on the sidewalk.Update: I was told by their "investigator" that they were not at fault because they had shoveled and salted throughout the day. I arrived at 9:30 a.m. dropped my car off and went to breakfast with my friend. Arriving back from breakfast the sidewalk was the same as it was when I arrived in the morning. It was not shoveled as I was able to see the imprint of my hand and body. They did not shovel or put any salt down until after I fell. That is the only time there was a spot where cement showed. Even then, it was in just one spot. They asked if I took pictures.....sorry I was to worried about the blood dripping from hand. I missed 3 days of work. To this day I am still sore. I can't stand for very long because the pain it causes in my back. When I asked about cameras I was told it didn't show my fall because they are aimed at the parking lot. So basically, their word against yours. Why anyone would deliberately put themselves through this much pain is beyond me. Thanks for looking out for your customers Dunn Tire.

I used to work for Champions Ford Edinboro and as someone who was disgusted by nearly every way they handled things and treated their loyal customers I can compare them to Dunn in the sense that they are polor opposites for all the right reasons.

These people not only took me the day before Thanksgiving fixed every single tire on the very last hour of the day but they blessed me by not charging me overcharged for the extra tire that went bad they cared so much that I got home to Ohio safe they not only took care of me but blessed me these people were absolutely amazing on the very last hour of the day I will recommend every single person to them and I am extremely thankful that people are out there in the world like this still thank you guys so much for helping me!!
