The staff are always helpful, friendly, and super easy to deal with. Their work is always top notch and done to a high standard. I will be coming back regularly for any future services on my car and would highly recommend Dunn Tire to anyone.

I'm done with my other auto repair shop and am switching to Dunn. I needed an appointment for brakes fast. I left two messages at the auto shop I've gone to for 5+ years and never got a call back. I called Dunn and they fit me in the next day. They even signed me up for their rewards program so I already have money off my next bill there. It's Dunn for me!

They were very helpful. I was from out of town and in a hurry to get a replacement tire for my boat trailer. They didn t have the tire in stock but they called and had it delivered with the morning shipment. .

Mike and the staff are always friendly and courteous. They explain everything that needs done done, price it for you and stand by their work. They are timely and professional. This time I had a later appointment and I called to see if they could get me in early. They could and did. At checkout they always apply discounts and have me check the Dunn Tire site for discounts as well.

Great guys and gals working at this shop. Excellent service and very knowledgeable about the best tires for your type of driving style and conditions. Lifetime tire rotations, alignment checks, Nitrogen air fill ups. Can't be more happy. I've been going to them for 8+ years and 4 Vehicles. Mike and his crew are awesome..

I called looking to get a tire mounted on a rim, and the gentleman named Mike who answered the phone was very professional and accommodating, and was able to get me right in to get it done. The tire I got from the junkyard ultimately ended up being no good, and I was able to get a really good deal on a brand-new tire, which actually ended up not costing me much more than what I paid at the junkyard. Not only were they able to fit me in with the other work they had going on, Mike also even went above and beyond to give me a little education on how to inspect used tires (and tires in general), which I GREATLY appreciate should I ever have to go through this again in the future. I may have eaten the cost of a questionable tire from the scrap yard, but I feel as though the professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge I got here today was worth it.I think it's safe to say that Dunn Tire on 12th Street earned themselves a repeat customer. When I replace the other three tires on my car next month, I definitely know where I'm going. A big thank you to Mike and the staff at Dunn Tire for helping me out big time today! It is very much appreciated!

What can I say? A middle aged woman with something unknown wrong with her car and your team (thanks Mike) helped her out! There's a reason why I stick with Dunn... I feel safe. I hope these guys are treated well by the new corporate buy out. It's not often you see reviews like this.

I just wanted to say how appreciative I am to Mike Swierczewski and Adam Bowers! I had a nail in my tire and had to work today and couldn't leave. I came in at 545 they were closing at 6. They gave me the upmost professional care and took me in when they didn't have to so I could be on the road safely. Thank you so much! I appreciate you both truly!

Took me right in while my appointment was due. Started on my car and after only 1and a half cups of coffee, my car was ready to go! Everyone was extremely helpful and courteous. That's why Dunn Tire on west 12th is My tire store and you should make it yours too!

First off I woke up to a severe winter blast coming by the next day... so I was a bit panicked into looking for tires and choose this place a worker suggested me to stop in sometimeand thankfully I did on this say because They found me tires that were in stock at one of the warehouses and had them shipped to the store same day within 2 hours and had installed and alignment all within just a short time Same day! that's Rare! so thank you Dunn tire.Finding and installing tires in such a short same day is like RARE !so I'm happy! Very friendly Staff and Workers! and showed me different tires with different patterns of tread for my use.they get 5stars!

Needed tires asap was told stop by and we will show me the tires for my truck and tread differences,and promised could be installed same day. I bought tires and installed same day. Very professional experience and great prices

Needed all four new tires Before the snow comes. I'm super busy and don't have a lot of time to get services done. I used the online search engine to look for the Tires I needed. I was able to get in the same day.Great customer service. Reasonably priced tires.

Love this place. I had forgotten to get an oil change when I was supposed to, I was going out of town the following morning and pretty panicked. The guys got me taken care of quickly, even though they were booked. I was able to relax. Thank you guys!!!

Went to get a new tire they found some other problems with the car that neede fixing to make the car safe for inspection coming up they did all the work repairs at once Great Job . They explained everything that needed done before they did it

The guys at Dunn are always professional and have taken great care of my car. They accommodate my need to wait for my car, and they schedule me so that I have to wait the least amount of time possible. I ve also found their prices to be reasonable, and while their waiting area isn t like waiting at home, they provide space where I can work while I wait and/or provide a great TV selection if I do not have any work to do. This time was a 1.5 wait (scheduled as such), and they checked 3 times to make sure that I was comfortable/had coffee/had what I needed while I waited. They also had my car completed right on schedule so that I could get back to my day as quickly as possible.

I bought a set of four 20" Bridgestone Blizzack winter tires. I arrived as scheduled and they got right to work on it. In one hour and 15 minutes my truck was done.I was pleased to see the waiting area and restrooms were clean, as well as the showroom. This is probably the 14th set of tires I've purchased from Dunn Tire for myself and my wifes" vehicles and I've been pleased each and every time.
